Dear xxx,
Thank you for your inquiry. Encounter is on track with its restructuring. I submitted the company's formal request to the Colorado Banking Division on Friday for use of the new name "National Properties Trust". Colorado requires the notice to be published on its website for 10 days, and, if there are no objections, they will permit us to file the necessary amendment to the company's Articles of Incorporation with Colorado's Secretary of State.
As to the reverse stock split, as of Friday last, no formal determination had been made; however, Encounter is submitting its notification of corporate actions to FINRA on Monday, thus, a decision will be made by that day.
Lastly, to address your question about Central. It is in the midst of its reorganization. Following our receipt of the acknowledgments by the U. S. Copyright Office and the U. S. Patent and Trademark Office, respectively, we will put into motion the name change for Central and effect its full and complete reorganization. We will notify FINRA as to Central's corporate actions on such date we receive confirmation from the aforementioned government agencies.
For obvious reasons, I cannot predict the dates we will receive confirmation from the State of Colorado, FINRA, the State of Delaware, or the State of Utah.
As developments occur, the respective companies will provide the shareholders and the public with announcements, accordingly.
I hope this information has been useful. Thank you for your continued in The Hudson and Grande Organization.
Best regards,
Randy Hudson
