Ever notice how Dan never speaks in plain english? Think some time ago he let the cat out the bag in his creative writing ways. Must admit he has taught me alot though... Makes some good points... he post multitudinal... IMO.. if you know what I mean.. LOL
Hey Simple...
Can you do a survey on this board.. See it above the subject line....
Does everyone think the announced acquisition will close before 9/1/05?
What is the predicted price for this acquisition?
What high will SYTE test 2 days following the close?
Well what's cheap..LOL
IMO the person or persons selling under .04 is getting out.... Hoping they don't know more then us.. LOL
Think it could be Dan? Moving..starting the poker page..building a house.... He had 2.5 - 3.0 million shares..
Big blocks are selling... Last time I saw that... it was in Nov - December '04.
All IMO
Compare past 2 q's to ELNK and GEEK
Earthlink and Internet America are the closest companies to compare to Sitestar. All have mostly Dialup with some BB. All basically provide the same exact service with some slight differences.

IMO....Notice the EPS and PE differences. SYTE is trading at a lower PE due to debt. If the company can somehow get that working capitol flipped...Then maybe they would be trading in the 10 PE range everyday... Will this buy do it?.. You would also think it would test a 10 PE after the buy... and that would put the PPS at .07
Note: GEEK took a one-time charge for layoff... Should be back in the black this q.
Southfork, This is not the company doing an un-announced buy back. 99.9% sure...
At shareholder meetings, the question always seems to pop up. Mr. Erhartic always says he thinks there are better uses for the cash. The last repurchase was to buy-out past directors.
They will need every penny of cash for this purchase. Especially if they are not using shares to make the purchase.
It to be a "mini" accumulation. Just last year, people were buying this at .01 and Profit taking by someone perhaps on the sell end.
I'm thinking.. If this LOI closes...
At a good buy.. The company again proves legitimacy and Mr. Erhartic will surely take it to a different level.
Not real sure what will happen with the PPS immediately following the close but think volume will be huge that day.
May see this week???
Thanks Simple... I don't mind sharing my DD.. Interested in others points of view too...
You sure you want to go there? LOL
http://ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=SYTE
Some on the RB board think you might be able to wait and get some at under .03 ... Timing is always difficult for me.... I cannot imagine why someone would want to sell at below .04 .. Not without waiting to take a peek...
I guess it's fear that the LOI won't close. That is a risk. You never know what they might find when they open the books.
If it doesn't close... The MM's could then sell the thing short... drive the pps down and I'm 99% sure it will scare folks into selling at a lower price. In addition, I think Mr. Erhartic's reputation will be damaged too. Planning on keeping much cash around in case this will happen... Because even if the LOI does not close....The company should still pull a net profit in the 3rd Q... I will give the company a chance to stag another ISP..
Given the history of Mr. Erhartic... I see greater odds that it will close then not...
Having no doubt that the mkt cap will reach $4-5 mill this year.
With share cancel coming...
$5,000,000/75,619,483 = $0.07
This is a comparison of IVCM to SYTE
IVCM just reported last Q. I just compared both companies last Q's. Both are otcbb and have very close business plans. The main differences are IVCM owns a company that turnkeys wireless, design and equipment. IVCM plan is to buy dialup and convert to wireless. Syte owns some retail stuff but is buying ISP's with BB and fight to keep BB. The main reason for IVCM's huge loss is a legal settlement. But the point is... IVCM has a much larger mkt cap vs SYTE... yet IVCM has a much less appealing balance sheet. Why?

Conclusion... As you can see.. Our pps is $.035. If we traded like IVCM then our pps should be $.05
Now consider this.... Close the new buy...

This is more like what you would expect. But! If SYTE then continues to make same profit margins PE would be about a 2.5 at this level... So is SYTE undervalued or IVCM overvalued?
All IMO and welcome any response.
Simplegreen.. Good to see you get this board going…
It’s an easy board to post stuff… cut and paste, etc..
Here’s some of my DD & IMO
If the Letter of Intent closes… The company should be very close to double revenues in '06.
- Current YTD net profit margin is 14.4%
- So if we get $6 million in revs x 14.4% = $840K in net profit
- $840K/76Mill shares = .011 EPS
- ELNK and GEEK trade at about PE of 10
- So 10 PE x .011 Future EPS = $.11 PPS
This assuming they can move the buy into without additional operating cost... Comments??
Do these guys sell anything..
besides stock?
I never see any revs!
Missing something?
72K net profit! Waiting on more good news.... Just have a feeling we are going to wake up one day with a 500K net profit.
Yes that is odd...
He's alway's making subtle bash remarks.
He may just be connected with AJW... Not real sure if AJ made money on SYTE or not?
I got me a few more under $.03
To me, If things did go well 4th Q, and I think they did, no reason the Mkt Cap should not be in the $5M range which would put this in the $.05 to $.06 pps.
Noticed you talkin to your bud Hen... LOL. He talked about his losers...
Central Wireless AJW CD
Insynq, Inc. AJW CD
I don't like his post.
Sultan, Congradulations on ALMI. I looked very hard at that stock but didn't pull the trigger.
I think that mineral may work well in plastics. You might have them call R&D directors at Polyone, A.Schulman, GE Plastics, Ampacet, Ferro, Ga.Gulf, just to name a few big guys..
jfloyd7, I think there's interest... Just waiting.
I've owned this stock now for 18 months now. Waiting for news...
1) That CD gross up payment was made! IMO several investors may be holding off because they are afraid they cannot make the $275K payment.
2) 4th Q was profitable and profitable year.
3) New acquisitions... We know they are looking and did 2 last years.
4) New business area like Wifi or Voice over IP... waiting for right fit.
5) More shares retired.
Waiting for the news and betting one or all sends this stock higher.
Why did you buy SYTE?
Sultan, I plan on holding over 1%+ float well into the next year and feel very fortunate to be in this position. I will continue to hold for years should the company give me reason. Those day traders may move it up quickly but then things will come back to reality. To me, reality is Mr. Erhartic's plan is working and I believe more acquisitions are coming. The IPS business is consolidating and it only makes common sense for smaller ISP to exit. The real fight may be coming. If the government regulations go Sitestars way, I believe Mr. Erhartic can take this company to highs we cannot imagine.

Thanks to you, Ida and Dan for answering some dumb questions at times.
Sultan, Nech, and other longs
This is the board I first discovered SYTE. Thanks for the post as I might not have stuck it out and kept confident. This will be a winner for me no matter what happens here out. I hope it’s the same for you to. My family thanks you all!
I'm sure that is correct.
"If they wanted too"
I always thought if you have a good cash flow and EBITD, then you could show a profit if you wanted to on the books. Depends on where you want to use the cash, depreciation, etc. Maybe I'm wrong.
Nice run today. Sultan, Don't you think if FRE and Judd wanted too, they could show a profit?
SYTE ISP customers should be worth $3.4 million based an assumption of 12,800 + 1,950 = 14,350 x $239 = $3,429,650.
http://isp-planet.com/research/subvalues/subvalues_history.html
Chikka Holdings news release makes it sound like Sitestar invested. For a second, I thought we owned a piece of Chikka, then I see the below.
http://www.fronteracapital.com/investments/inv_sitestar.html
OK... I guess it was just Manlunas using the Sitestar name.
Oh well... It would be nice if SYTE could somehow show a little profit.
Does a SiteStar "Affiliate" still own a Minority Stake in Chikka Holdings, Ltd?
July 25, 2002 it invested $500,000?
http://www.chikka.com/article_1M.html
SYTE ISP customers should be worth $11 million based an assumption of 12,800. 12,800 x 917 = $11,737,600.
http://isp-planet.com/research/subvalues/subvalues_history.html
Maybe... Also, is a sufboost tester a current dial-up customer? Maybe my numbers need correction.
Well.. Frank said it depends on the accountants and how they report, where the cash goes. This tells me they are very close.
Let see if we can fiqure out what is needed to make a nice profit.
Current sale situtuation
Sept 2003 internet sales : $2,304,000
Per month = $256,000
Customers based on $20/month = 12800 customers
My guess it that if you test sufboost… you buy it. So Assume 90% buy after the 15 day test.
300 testers per Frank’s discussion x 90 %= 270 new customers every 15 days or 540 each month or 1620 a quarter.
This is about $32,000 in increased sales per quarter. Or $120,000 per year. That would be 5% increase in sales.
My assumtion is that it cost them very little to incease this business and they have plenty of capacity. We can probably roughly fiqure out when new numbers come out.
I would like to see more customers. I think 2 Q 2004 numbers will be very important. If they start increasing customers in this quarter, by the 4th Q 2004 cash flow payoff of past managers… well nice profit… nice cash flow..
Any input on above numbers welcome.
No surprises. Frank pointed the stocks 600% increase from $.006/share this past year. Damn, I missed that by a couple months. I have no doubt this stock will get over $.10 in the next year. The company is focused on dial-up, and with hundred of thousands of potential customers, it just seems positive. Dial up will be around for a while. I hope they continue to focus on lowering cost and do a sales job… Affiliates (yes and a nice referral program), service (?), quality (new stuff like surfboost). If they make a profit… the stock will sell!
Just read all the post on RB. I guess I see things differently. Not one post on what the company really does. It's a numbers game.. But heck.. You have a good product, in time, the business is going to grow with the right people running it. Wireless BB is the future, cable, sat. and dialup is here for a while. Great NC and Virginia base to build on nationwide. Best thing this company did was to hire Frank. How can anyone not buy SYTE when the CEO is so lucky?
IBC SPONSORS AUDI TT GIVEAWAY AT SERVICE NETWORKS
BALTIMORE, MD - ISPCON, renamed Service Networks, held May 21 - 23 in Baltimore this year was smaller than years past, which provided attendees with the best odds of winning the IBC sponsored vehicle give-away that was won by Frank Erhartic of
Lynchburg.net. Congratulations Frank!
Wow.. I saw the CD anouncment yesterday and glad I made my monthly buy before today. It looks like the market thinks $100,000 plus $80,000 in common is a good deal. Wonder how the the National Dial-up Expansion is going? Can anyone question that on Tuesday?
What is the CD issue? Convertible debentures? what up with this?
Patience is the right word. It looks like they got more then just goals. They have a new site http://www.surfwithus.net/ & Notice the site Referral Rewards program. Get a 1000 folks to sign and get $2000/month, that wouldn't be bad, but since I have cable, I can't get that deal. I might get my mom to switch? That's one. To get multi level marketing to work, you must need one heck of a site. I think AOL has the same price structure, that seems bad. It also seems like many dial-ups have the data compression tech. I believe it is important for sitestar make a profit and will hang as long as they make a little something. I bought this stock because I like the young guy running it and he seems to be aggressive. You just never know… It would be nice if patience would grow into $1 one day!
I like the fact they have a goal to be in the top 10 dial-up provider. With cable, sat, DSL, yes the dial-up market will continue to drop. For financial or other reasons, many will choose to stay with dial-up. 55 percent of U.S. homes will still be dialing onto the Internet in 2004. How can the take share from AOL and get in that top ten is the big question. I'm hangin.
A New Version of SurfBoost sounds good.
I don't see anything on 2 q results. Just started buying this stock and my thought too to is stay profitable each Q. In a few years, the stock could really be something. Is Frank Erhartic only in his low 30's?
SurfBOOST - anyone tried it? Is this new to the internet world?
SurfBOOST technology is a client/server application that allows any Internet user with dial-up access to speed up their web browsing an average of three to five times the speed of normal dial-up access.
Anyone out there can tell me more about Sitestar?
