The CEO took the share price from$1:50 to .000001. Yet claims to be a successful leader in biometrics.

The latest 10k is out and it confirmed what some of us have said for a long time it's a scam. The last sentence says it all.

SmartMetric is developing its rechargeable battery powered fingerprint reader that is of a scale that fits “inside” a standard credit or debit card. The cardholder would then have stored inside the card his or her fingerprint. To activate the card, the person would swipe the fingerprint sensor, the sensor would connect to an internal microprocessor that manages the fingerprint sensor, fingerprint image capture and comparison matching with the pre-stored fingerprint of the cardholder held in the internal electronic memory of the card. The card is being designed to have a surface mounted EMV chip as found on EMV banking chip cards that is activated or turned on only after a card holder’s fingerprint has been scanned and verified using the SmartMetric miniature “in-card” biometric scanner. It is important to note that as of the date of this filing, no prototype yet exists.

Ten years of R&D doesnt mean its Ten years old technology. It means it has taken ten years to develop the technology that is in fact leading edge.

Yes the company is a development stage company. Next month it commences sales and will no longer be a development stage company.

The lawsuit against Visa and Mastercard is a real lawsuit that has real dollars being claimed for violation of a real issued patent

Smme is now completely obsolete.. Saw a clip of a guy going into a grocery shop in China buying several items and at the checkout paying with only his palm print... No cards, no phone and not even id.
That's where we are now... There will never be a large circulation of fingerprint payments card... The pilots we've been hearing about are now years old and nothing has come of any of them.
Chaya has fleeced us all and laughing all the way to the bank and, moved on to her next scam.

I doubt the CEO has ever released the 10K on time. I do look forward to reading the real deal on how much has been done with this phantom card. At least we know the CEO can't lie in the annual report. My guess is nothing will have been done in the last 12 months.

Seems we aren't getting any update from this scan lately. We usually get some incredible development of an improvement in the card technology at least a couple of times a year. However this year all that has happened is smme has gone into production. But, where is the card?... We will no doubt read about it in the annual report. There we will see the card remains in the development stage as it has for the past 25 plus years.
