Just to set the record straight here for folks who obviously dont know. This ticker: SUTI >>>>>deregistered their stock years ago relieving themselves of ALL SEC reporting requirements. (Audited Financials, 10K's, 10Q's, 8K's......everything). They are an Alternative Reporting Company, an 8K filing if filed would immediately have SEC people asking the company why they filed one. It was a mistake by mgmt to state an 8k was imminent. Yes, we will get an explanation of the deal but not in an SEC filing.

A company has to have REGISTERED STOCK to file an 8K, which SUTI doesnt regardless of what the PR said, it was another mistake, a big one...to say SUTI is going to file an 8K. They will acknowledge this as time goes by.
