With another state added Medicinal Marijuana (Arizona), With more states that will be coming onboard. It will be only a matter of time till sector becomes main street!

So how relevant is Scott Dockter to the auction Scenario.
Also any thoughts on Auction scenario for FGOCQ? Shareholders equity positions in the company...is it gonna be luck of the draw on keeping our equity position?

Sorry I have no connection with anyone over there. I was reading up on the posts on this board and use some of the posts on the companies liabiliteis and did my due diligince.

The scenario looked very good where gold is and continuing to climb to new highs. I currently own my shares at .012 and I am down currently 62% which really sucks. However I am waiting this out, as the scenario looks promising. From my understanding the stocks are not safe. Meaning if there is not enough money raised in the auction, we will be out of luck. On the other hand If there is enough money at the auction. You can see TVMET and other posts showing potential PPS being as high as .20 - .60 range.

It would be nice to see the company restructure their obligations and come out of bankruptcy with the shareholders intact. I am not sure. As for me I am pot commited at this point and just gonna stand by and wait and see.

The company has to be auctioned at a certain price point or higher. Otherwise we the share holder do not get any money at PPS and we are out of luck.
It will depend on the outcome of the auction.
I do not believe their will be any restructure of the company. So are interest as stockholders of the company are not safe.
I think it will be a roll of the dice, 50/50
we will have to wait and see.

Good to see that there is other people listing outside of PACER. Does anyone know the status of FGOCQ. in regards to potential bidders or possible restructuring of the company.
As gold has hit its new high and I excpect it to continue to climb in these economic times. The company has enough assets in the mines to meet all there debt obligations and then some.
Was hoping they were able to restructure the company and us investors as well. I think that is a better scenario than an auction personally. Any thoughts or does anyone know any more info on this possible scenario?

not upside down on CBIS, I own it at .0584 pps that is only becuase i made a dumb mistake when selling some of my position and bought accidentally. which raised my PPS which kinda sucked, just measns I have to pay attention when I finalize a transaction.

Yes I still have a significant position of 500,000 shares at the .0584 PPS. I have no intentions of selling my position as this is a proverbial no brainer.

New and upcoming market kind of like being on the ground floor and investin in aol when the internet just came on the scene. We all know were the people are that invested in the begining of those new and upcoming markets.

It will be intresting to see where this Rallies to at the end of the month with Dividend stocks being issued out.

Enticing sellers when this Stock hits the .02 range and higher. You will be seeing a lot of selling and buying in anticipation of the auction. However I think it will hit about .08 range then it will be hectic.

True with the pumpers. However you can forget about the hollywood weirdaos and soros. They are in it for full legalization and effecting scoieties views and change. I personally do not agree with soros on a lot of things and raises flags for me when he puts his money into anything. Especially what that guy is all about.
first FDA approval I think will come. As CBIS is not in the game of being a pharma company per say. They will be selling rights to their growing methods on medicinal canabis and selling those rights to Big Pharma companies. Kind of like buying a franchise, you pay up front monies and royalties on the use of their product or service. Which will be for a very intresting business modell.
2nd They are currently working with RockBrook inc in Colorado. So we will be seein some stuff in the near future.

In regards to the pumpers out there. We should all know what they are about. They are here to help pump a stock and get their profits out. Then move on to the next one while accumalitng more share at the lower price point. Especially if they see a solid futre in the company. perfect example....CBIS

Taking that into consideration, where do you think this stock can be on best case and worst case scenario.
My belief is we get divy stocks issued and get fda approval. Markets open up in the the 14 states that medical canabis is legal, the eurpean markets open up, possibly several other international markets. Which can easily take this stock on the NASDAQ and trade in the teens if not higher.
Worst case scenario, we get delayed with everything and approval doesnt come thru and this stock is back and trading were we are or a little bit lower like the .06 - .07 range
Just my opinion were we could possibly be this time next year. Therefore if we end up somewhere in the middle we could be trading on one of the excganges.

I here you, but with Prop 19 everybody was jumping into the sector and trying to pump the stock. we retraced considerably but are holding up well. I think it will stay in this current range next week. Then moving up higher in anticipation of Divy and FDA clinical trials.
Look the PR from the company was right. They are in the Medicinal arena and this goes to their favor. As it is they are 14 states that are currently legal with medicinal marijuana. When the FDA approvals comes aboard. Then forget about it. This thing is going to take off like a rocket and their will be no turning back!

I think it will start moving in the following week or as more news about the auction comes in. People that have bought in for high are biding their time for the auction or they are waiting for the FGOCQ to climb before liquidating there position.

Agreed, however even if you bought at resistance levels it is okay if your patient and have time. As these companies already have established businesses and Prop 19 was for legalization for recreational use. All that did was shed light on this market and pump it up a bit then crashed after the vote didn't pass. Why, most just jumped on the band wagon on news alone with no DD. Oterwise they would have known that these compnies have been in business for some time and they are providing a service in the medicinal canabis industry which passed many years ago.
This market will continue to grow and if you have time and patience. you will ride out this and make money.

Thats okay, it will bounce back. People all freaked over the prop 19 vote and sold off big position I am sure. However a lot people failed to realize that Prop 19 was there to bring light to the medicinal canabis which has been legal for a while now.
CBIS is getting ready for clinical trials for FDA Approval. Which is a huge deal. Not to mention they are also working with other countries all in the Medicinal arena. They also are currently selling thru RockBrook in Colorado.
This isn't going to stay down for long and we have Divy coming out at the end of the month.
You can make some good money trading on these big swings no doubt but I much rather hold on for the long term investment play that this is and make a ridiculous amount of money from my investment with CBIS

yeah I saw the second half. Very intresting show at least from where I started watching. The part that show the most potential, is that medical marijuana is in play in 14 states and it is a thriving business. It will only get stronger and more bigger as more states get on board. Eventually the federal goverment will have legalize at the very least for medicinal purposes.
It will have to decide how to regulate, tax and oversee this new industry. As well as put all the guidlines in place, which will create a new manufacturing industry and spin off just for medicinal purposes.
Now the show made it out that within a short period of time, Marijuanna will be legal just like alcohol is currently. That will be an intresting scenario when that happens for sure.
At the very least there should be rules and regulations with oversight for medicinal purposes on a national level sooner rather than later. As it has been proven by our own federal goverment that there is a place for medicinal canabis.

Strongly DISAGREE! They are going to clinical trials and raising capitol for it. I don't think they would put out the divy news if they did not have a plan to implement it.

It is a temporary thing due to current news on prop 19. That play doesn't effect this companies bottom line. As they are not in recreational use of canabis. They are medical canabis company and they will be playin in several countries shortly. Also note they are working with RockBrook in Colorado.
They will be releasing their dividend stock by the end of the month. Which should tell everyone that they are in it for the long run.
Prop 19 helped bring light to the medical canabis which has many benefits to the medical community.

Regardless, no one is selling at those prices with an upcoming auction and gold prices where they are. This will definetly move up in the .10 to .15 cent range near auction time.
If there is any solid news about the auction or restructuring of the company then forget about it. You might as well double the PPS to .20 to .30 Cents.

IT shouldn't really matter what prop 19 vote is. As it was hype to bring light on medical canabis. I get prop 19 is about legalizing recreational use. However GRNH is on the medical side and this will not effect the profitablity of the company. As it still has a revenue stream on the medical use.

I am a republican and I am for the vote. So don't go saying its the republicans fault. Ultimately it the peoples decision and republican or democrat don't play into this vote.

Sorry but I DON'T Think So. there is a lot more at stake here than Prop 19.
1st Prop 19 does not really effect the long term play of this stock. As its primay objective is in the medical marijuana which is legal in 13 states currently.
2nd They are currently working in the european market which should open up for them shortly.
3rd they are going into clinical trials for FDA approval on medical marijuanna.
4th They are releasing Divy news tomorrrow regarding a new class of stock that will give its current shareholders on record a divendend stock.

Lastly as the medical field starts realizing the benefits from CBIS products from its clinical trials. This stock will no longer be trading in the pennies. I venture it will not even be trading in the dollars. :)

I here you. There is some pretty great potential here. Also a lot of RISK. Kinda sucks that we plummeted back all the way down here. What the heck happened to take the stock back down. Any thoughts on when we will start seeing a climb back into the pennies again? Or is the action on this stock gonna have to wait till mid November just before the auction?

Well I am not in that position, I will be pulling a loss, so I will have to wait it out a couple of days to weeks to recover any portion of my original total investment.

Guys should hold out to were your comfortable. If you want to play it safe hold your shares till monday or tuesday. Then sell your positions on voting day. If you think its gonna go thru, I would still pull a little off the top and hedge your bet. So if it doesn't go thru your playing with house money.
Now if you think it is gonna go thru.....then hold em.

Even though the company is in it's infany stages. It is nice to see them refocus on their core business. This is were the companies bread and butter is.

1. you have the up coming confrence being covered and shortly played on national TV on several channels.
2. you got the divy news that will most likely break out at a strategic point next week.
3rd you have prop 19 which everones eyes will be on this sector.

CBIS is big on the medical side of this industry which makes this a huge play. They are position in the right places and will explode due to their postion. Don't judge a book by its COVER, OPEN IT and you will find out what it is really all about.
