Did David tell anyone there might be another delay?

Obviously if someone has been researching pennystocks for long enough they would know some of them last for years and years. They get re-washed and played again and again using the latest hot theme.
That was one of the reasons the SEC started up their Shell Expell program - to rid the dead companies from being reused for fraudulent purposes.
So to brag this one is anything like a typical business and should be dead by now is incorrect.
I suspect the SEC might take notice though with those valuations they mentioned in their 8k.

This conversion was readily accepted by the Arizona corporation Arknet Inc, the holder of all of the Series F stock.

In exchange for the ownership of the URL, website, and business of www.RegalPhotoArchive.com, and because the company intends to monetize the assets resulting from the Series H preferred stock transaction by applying the PXR Tactical Platform resulting from the Series I preferred stock transaction, the extra majority voting structure set forth in the Series H Preferred Stock designation has been transferred to the Series I Preferred Stock designation, i.e., the holder(s) of the Series H preferred shares now have no voting rights, and the holder(s) of the Series I preferred shares, in any voting matter, now have a vote equal to, or in excess of, 55% of all votes cast in such matter.

I have repeatedly seen and heard investors say they “just got off the phone” or received an email from a company CEO and believe it or not - not to shock you - the CEO’s actually lied to them!

So I will pass on having any conversations with a CEO. They will only tell you the good stuff and they shouldn’t be disclosing anything that isn’t already public information. Plus they pretend to be your BFF and expect you to be the company mouthpiece and pump the stock.
Some people always feel so special when the CEO gives them personal attention.

Why would I ever ask a pennystock CEO ANYTHING? Especially one with a dubious trading history in multiple pump and dumps that was questioned by the SEC.
I’ll wait to see if the SEC does anything about it in the next couple months.

Excuse me? This discussion board would include any and all information about any insider or officers of this company. And their past history. So if Holly was involved in a revoked stock previously - that info may or may not be relevant to some.
And if David was being questioned by the SEC and he was quashing info about his financials - that might be good to know.
History does repeat itself with some of these players.
Each person can decide for themselves whether relevant or not.

One thing you learn in pennyland is the company CEO is the last person to ask.
They are selling shares - all you get is good news to support that. Some learn the hard way though.
