Hi Sleek, new to the board. I bought MCOA yesterday. I need to buy 1 more of the 4 picks. What would you buy today for most potential Gaines in the next 2 weeks. Thank you for these great picks
He is more information about Longaberger
Longaberger on August 12, 2015 filed an action in Franklin County Common Pleas Court of Columbus, Ohio (“State Court Action”) seeking re-payment of the notes. However, it is JRJR’s position that her claims are inextricably tied to the broader issues related to her terminated employment and the claims asserted against her by JRJR and The Longaberger Company, including breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, negligence, conversion, misappropriation of company funds, civil theft, breach of contract, and misappropriation of trade secrets, in an arbitration action in Columbus Ohio. Therefore, on October 12, 2015, JRJR filed a motion to compel arbitration and dismiss claims in the State Court Action. The trial is currently set for August 10, 2016, even though the motion to dismiss and compel is pending.
Maybe this is why Tammi went into hiding
From SEC filings
The Company has not serviced loans related to Tamala L. Longaberger . In connection with these notes, Ms. As a result of her misconduct, JRJR claims it is owed damages in amounts that exceed and therefore offset Ms. Longaberger’s claims. Therefore, on October 12, 2015, JRJR filed a motion to compel arbitration and dismiss claims in the State Court Action. On July 5, 2016, the Court overruled JRJR’s motion and on July 26, 2016, Ms. Longaberger filed a motion for judgment on the pleadings against AEI. On August 9, 2016 JRJR filed both a memorandum contra of Ms. Longaberger’s motion on the pleadings and its first amended answer, affirmative defenses and counterclaims. On August 17, 2016, the Court eliminated the trial setting and further stated it will issue a new case schedule upon conclusion of the arbitration scheduled for December 2016. On August 18, 2016 Ms. Longaberger withdrew her motion for judgment on the pleadings.
It's all public info, I didn't make it up. I still like the risk vs reward

Yep,I pick up 20k shares Mon and Tues at .99 and 1.02 Time to sit back and watch my money grow.
From the Columbus Dispatch
"Since I started ... I have listened and debated the topic of moving everyone under one roof," said John Rochon Jr., Longaberger CEO, in a message to employees. "I always agreed it was the smart thing to do but I always hesitated because I wanted to gauge the importance of the Big Basket to the sales force."
After spending the past year shuttling between the headquarters building and the manufacturing complex, "I now know why everyone has desired to move," Rochon said. "The energy and (company founder Dave Longaberger's) spirit is on the floor with the basketmakers. Honestly, mine is too."
The final element that persuaded Rochon was when the company recently bought a new telephone system.
"At that point, a group of leaders within the company said that if I would ever consider allowing everyone to move, now would be a logical time," Rochon said. "So, I held a private company meeting and with tears of joy and smiles, I broke down and agreed to it."
The article also said TLC has been behind on property taxes since 2006. Maybe Tami should have paid the taxes and upkeep instead of buying a mansion and golf course except she did not care about the business, she just wanted her lavish lifestyle at the expense of her employees.
Yea your up 50% in 4 yrs woo hoo. Come back when your like CVSL that went up 600% in 2 yrs. LMAO
I tried to buy 0002 a few weeks ago.To my surprise TD Ameritrade would not let me buy,I was pissed.Tomorrow I'm wiring money to my new E Trade account.Should be able to buy Mon or Tuesday.I hope im not too late.
I don't think shareholders are desperate. You keep forgetting to say CVSL went on a 2 yr run from .08 to 1.15.CVSL made a lot of shareholders a lot of money. The only bitter people I see on this board are not even shareholders.Maybe because their stock has not moved in 4 yrs.
His agenda is he let everyone know he was up 250k after he bought stock in his best friends company,Scott Pumper. He was greedy and didn't take profits when Scott merged his company with a larger one.Next thing you know the stock went back down to previous levels as he watched his profits disappear. Now he is making a fool of himself hating on anyone that has anything to do with Scott or CVSL.Its strange he doesn't blame the person that didn't hit the sell button when he was up huge. Also,I wonder why Premium didn't warn us CVSL was going to go from .08 to 1.15,lol
Someone forgot to take their medication today.I would be crazy too if is was in a stock that hasn't moved in 4 yrs.
First they have to clean house,I hear the CEO got his medical license revoked.ouch
I have had an order in at 001 for a month now,I keep hearing about this worthless company but nobody wants to give up any shares
Hi gofish165 I dont have private message Can you please send me the email. My email is cvsl20@hotmail.com
What a great buying opportunity here.I will be buying a lot of shares in the next couple weeks. The upside with this management is tremendous.
Btw Premium is using Scott's name on other message boards to slander and try to manipulate the shareprice. If anyone is going to jail it will be him.He is a compulsive liar that should not be allowed to own any stock.
What is going to be nice about the shareholder meeting is the non shareholders will never know what the audited financials and business plan going forward will be.
I bought 95% of my shares at .15 I have been to the bank already many times lol.Have a good weekend to all the real shareholders
I'm the one smiling all the way to the bank
Those 100 shareholders have made 500% return on their investment.
Maybe that's why Serge started SVMTECH,LLC.He can sell savi and keep working on other inventions under a different name
Their holding because they know how much revenue kmag has this year. Plain and simple
No frustration here, they have 180 days from 5/22/2014 for the stock offering.Nothing is ever quick when you deal with the Govt.
I don't think it is JR holding up the process
The verdict for LPI was the death blow for the SEC’s fraudulent case. The finger they had in
the dike to plug the hole was suddenly overwhelmed by a roaring river as the floodgates of
deception and cover-up were about to be in the headlines when the jury delivered the
verdict…NOT GUILTY!!
The truth is that the SEC knew about the illegal naked short selling of LPHI stock by multiple
brokerage houses. They concealed this for more than 3 years from Brian Pardo, LPHI, and,
most importantly, the shareholders the agency is sworn to protect!
Now, with this information about to be revealed to the world on the heels of an embarrassing
loss to Mark Cuban and others, the SEC is forced to confront the reality of widespread
corruption within their Agency.
That asshole has a 50 mil dollar contract with one company.I have spoken to them twice in the last month.KMAG is not going away
I wish KMAG would release audited financials too, their will be a lot of jaws hitting the ground when people read how much revenue they have had the last 2 yrs
Thank you all for the 6's,
PVSP is fill of lies and deceit!!!!!

According to a release, the awards, now in their seventh year, the awards recognize successful dealmaking teams at transaction- intensive corporations in ten industry sectors. The selection process for contenders is overseen by The Deal's senior editors assessing corporate dealmaking effectiveness over the past calendar year of transaction history as reported by The Deal Pipeline, The Deal's transaction information service.
"It's no secret that the dealmaking community is always closely watching their competitors, and potential partners alike," said Jeffrey Kanige, Editor in Chief of The Deal. "The Deal's Most Admired Corporate Dealmakers Awards celebrate that spirit of competition by shining a light on the most remarkable teams and inviting their peers to help decide which dealmakers are the most admired."
The Deal reported that the online survey will solicit responses from M&A dealmaking peers of the candidates -corporate executives, financial sponsors, investment bankers, lawyers and management consultants -over the next several months. Participants will be asked to rank each of the contenders' dealmaking teams.
Further, winners will be announced November 17, and recognized at the Most Admired Corporate Dealmakers Awards Dinner held at NASDAQ on December 4, during The Deal Economy Event.
