Zippi is a real company with real apps but they have an uphill battle especially with investors because of the bs reverse splits. I am committed to holding my shares for the long haul, maybe a year or 2. Their projections show profitability in 2012.
I had spoken to Karen at investor relations about 6 months ago and she mentioned that Rob and Dean Rositano have a goal of being listed on the Nasdaq and they had to do the reverse split to raise money since the company was not profitable at that time. If they do get to Nasdaq, it's going to be an impressive pay day. If not, it was worth the risk on my end since the shares were cheap. Best of luck to the Zippi longs.

I live and work in Denver, CO. I own a NV corporation as well. You do have to maintain a registered agent in NV. If you were to look up my company it would have the address of my agent which is 601 E. Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89104. This was done because there is no state tax in NV. I only pay federal tax by doing it this way. I believe Delaware and Wyoming have this option as well.

I had bought DYER back last April for .006 It really didn't do anything for months and then in October when it's merger was announced it starting going up, little by little. I sold half of my shares at .25-.30 I still have some shares that are now around $4.00 post split. I bought some TTDZ about a month or so ago. Still holding, have not sold a share. I would imagine this could be the same thing. Might take a few months but the gains are exponential. Good Luck to all the longs here.

very true, ALWAYS follow the money. This was a top 10 rule at one of my options classes last year.

That's exactly right. With DYER, it was really flat for about 5 months and then it all happened over a 2 week period, a very slow progression. It had to clear .01, then .02, nickel, dime, etc. I hope the same will happen with TRDY. Let's get to a nickel first, right? It seems to me that if a person is long in these types of plays they should expect to hold for a few months if not a year. Again, what do I know. I am new to pennies but I am 1 for 1 and the same guy brought TRDY to my attention.

I am new to these pennies but it doesn't seem that far fetched, .20 that is. I bought DYER back in April as a R/M play for .006. I sold at the end of October for .25 after it's news came out. I believe it went as high as .50 and now it's at $3 after the merger and reverse split. This is my second penny, r/m play. Exactly. I use a company called the Corporate Place for my registered agent in NV. Any NV corps using this same company as their agent will have the same mailing address.

I haven't read enough but I am sure it's because it's NV corporation. I own a corporation here in Denver, CO but it's registered in NV. Everything that is filed has a Las Vegas address. Did anyone see the projections on their website? It shows breaking even in 2011 and profitably in 2012. I guess we don't have much of a choice but to be long and ride this out. I hope Zipi Swap comes out.

Does anyone have any news? It looks like someone bought 50,000 shares today and the price went up 25%. Trying to figure it out.

I was looking at a 5 min chart. Did anyone see at 10:20-10:25 est, there were 31.5 million shares traded, pushing CGFIA from .0020 to .0025. That's a 25% push in 5 minutes. That has to mean something, right?

I know of 2 others attempting to go through the conversion process. So, 3 of us for sure. I hope it works out. Then I would like to see what these guys can do over the next year or 2. They released some forecasts awhile back showing profitability in 2012.

not sure when you saw it, but it went to .20, .25, .30 etc. then it had 1 for 20 reverse split on 10/28/10. Post split price was about 2 bucks, then went to $5.00 Not sure shat is going on now but I am still holding my shares.

A couple of weeks ago I received an email from Karen that said to be expecting the paperwork, certificates, etc or something to that extent. She said it should be a couple of weeks from then, which should be any day now. I will keep you posted.

not trying to do "a nice try" I just want to know what everyone is planning. The last shell I bought into had a reverse split and I would have been better off selling before. TRDY is my 2nd shell play. I am long in it and have not sold one share. I am only looking for feedback.

I am new to the penny world, and am long in TRDY. Have an avg pps of .012 and have not sold 1 share. Most stocks follow the trend. The DOW is down 153 points right now and pretty much drags everything down with it. Does anyone think that is why TRDY took a small dip today? Are pennies affected by the overall trend?

Just picked up more shares at .008. I will now sit and sip my beverage and watch this shoot to the moon when the filing comes out.
