The sealed docs in the court file have got to be concerning for the whole clan. I hope PapaNasty gets harpooned soon.

How could HCMC possibly lose $3.6 million with their product line?
I am doing a bit of DD on HCMC and this stock is hard to believe. Here are some pics of one of there stores, https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/the-grab-bag-co-gainesville There isn't any product in the store! What are they selling? How did they lose $3.6 million dollars last year?
Is this a good stock to short?
LT needs to find a way to blame his situation on "leberals".
Rudy should consult with LT on the best strategies for getting continuances.
Judge Brown has lots of experience lowering the boom on guys like LT. From his resume.....
Assistant U.S. attorney, Long Island Criminal Division, Eastern District of New York, 1996-2005; deputy chief, 2001-2003; chief, 2003-2005

Well, Cuba is still an option.
Cuba may be a good option for Johnny Boy.
Da bird may be singing and judgy-wudgy is giving the DOJ, FBI and SEC time to verify LT's rendition of da "facts" before he gets any benefits. That would account for an unreasonably long continuance.
Its time for Tony and the gang to bury their heads in the sand.
In the long run, LTs sober lawyers may not get him a very good disposition but they have done a hell of a job getting him continuances.
...or selling certificates for carbon credits. Barry would be great at it.

I am working in the oilfields now. A lot of the guys I work with are convicted felons. However, they all got convicted of charges like armed robbery, auto theft, malicious wounding, etc. The Baltia gang are white collar crooks, I don't think the are qualified for this work. They should probably consider working at convience stores.
In case they are wondering, drunken lawyers are qualified.
Johnny Boy must have done absentee ballots to vote in the Georgia Senate run-off?
John Boy is at the point in the game that many criminal defendants opt for the old fake suicide attempt. Perhaps he might let the police save his life from jumping off the Brooklyn Bridge. It won't work though. As soon as he was released from the psyche ward at Belview, he would be put in jail for safe keeping until his next trial date Judges have seen lots of John Boyz.
Papa nasty has a very distinctive voice, if he every gets sentenced, his presentence investigation will be legendary. There is no way in hell he can deny it's his voice on those recordings.
As a drunken lawyer, AKA officer of the court, I feel like I have a duty to communicate with his probation officer.
He has to get convicted first, either by guilty plea or trial, He will then be remanded to wait for his sentencing date. The probation department will do a presentence investigation, concerned citizens can contact them and express their view of what his sentence should be, The sentencing judge is required to read the presentence report but is not required to follow the recommendations (but they usually do!)
As it turns out, LTs probation officer was mortified about his dossier on her!!!
Good luck LT.
Lot's of guys are planning to be at LT's sentencing to see him get remanded and help console his wife....they may even get an invitation to stop by and test the jacuzzi!
Here is Tony's new job, VP Investor Relations.
Tony's New Job
I don't know if Drago will rat out his confederates or not. I am looking forward to his first "TOH", he is going to love it. His real lawyers probably don't bother telling him about important future facts of life. If he had hired a drunken lawyer, he may have stayed out of prison but he would have at least known what he was in for.
Drago, hire a prison coach while you still have time!
Its too late for Drago to plea and expect to have any chance of avoiding prison. He has gamed the system too much, the sentencing judge is going to hammer his ass. He can take that to the bank!

Looking Good!
Have you filed a complaint with the SEC?
flaflyersfan:
The board members can be sued personally, a few of them actually have significant assets. A plaintiff would have to "pierce the corporate veil" to do so but that likely isn't a problem in this case. The only former director that is totally free and clear is Connie Kalitta. It is pretty obvious that once he saw what Baltia was all about, he resigned.
A depo of Connie Kalitta would put a few former directors in a world of shit.
FYI, Logistics Air may be going after a few former directors. If that is true, there may be no money left by the time they are finished.
My hope is that one day Tony Koulouris and his clan will eventually be arrested and go to trial. Jurors are told multiple times during a trial to not investigate the case, including investigating using the internet.
Even drunken lawyers know that a WHOLE lot of jurors disregard this order and find out all sorts of "facts." Personally, I hate this because it does limit a defendants chances of getting a fair and impartial trial.
However, guys like LT need to process this fact into their calculation when deciding whether to accept or decline a plea.
How about paying kickbacks for bringing in new investors? (A witness exists to many of the transactions, the SEC knows who that person is.) That shit was never reported in the SEC filings as required by law.
How about failing to tell investors that they didn't own the name US Global Airways in their SEC filings.
How about taking a look at the Risks section of their SEC filings which failed to identify any of the risks investors faced.
How about using unlicensed sales agents to sell their shares.
Need I continue?
In deference to da whale, he may have some legit concerns about former check cashing hut clients coming to visit in the wee hours of the morning.
Da whale was working hard of his dossiers. He was probably figured out that the trial judge only got a "C" in 6th grade civics. He gonna rock the world with revelations like that.
Da whale might be able to buy protection from MS-13 using stock in his Caribbean crab leg company? No, those guys aren't that stupid.
MS-13's membership criteria is not based on inclusiveness, da whale gonna need to come up with a product or service they need.
LTO:
I am starting to think the DSM-V might have a couple pages dedicated to describing da whale.
Da Baltia Whale would be better off with a drunken worn-out criminal defense lawyer. Civil lawyers don't know shit about criminal defense work. If I am remembering correctly, da whale has already done at least one other substitution of counsel. That usually means the "good night" story prior counsel are telling their client has a very tragic ending.
