Firestream:
I loved the woman at the SHM that talked about Baltia as a "rising Phoenix." She said Baltia keeps on crashing and burning only to rise from the ashes yet again. She had been an investor from the very beginning (according to her) and had a lot of great insights about Baltia's business practices.
OK SJT, I guess we can wait another 3 weeks for the SEC filings.
As Baltia promised more transparency, I am sure they will let us know if that changes.
Baltia is the best non-flying airline.
Hmm, I thought at the May 11th shareholders meeting Tony said the audit and the SEC filings would be up to date within 60 days.
I must have been mistaken.
I thought the audit was supposed to be done by now?
Perhaps there were some complications?
Murray Winklebottom:
What do you figure the salaries are to Baltia's Allstar Team? Here is my guess.
Tony 225K
Sheryl 75K
Buckley 50K
Nico 43.5K
Kelsey 375/hr
Sherman 20% of the kill
What are you guesses?
Firestream:
There is no way in hell Baltia has $2-3 million laying around.
If Tony was filing accurate SEC 10Qs and Ks as required by law, we would have a better idea what the fiscal status is/was.
Firestream:
Logistics will probably be happy to walk with the $1 million deposit that is currently in escrow. However, if the parties want to litigate, it will likely take more than a year and cost Baltia hundreds of thousands of dollars just for litigation expenses.
SOON!!!
Well, I guess Tony will be purchasing Songbird in the next week or two because the FAA certification is perishable. I am sure he has the funding lined up, it can't be that hard to get a 5-10 million dollar loan when you have such a powerhouse company!
Firestream:
I asked certdog a very legitimate question about the cost of certification. Certdog has actually been through the certification process and may have some great insights on the costs involved.
certdog:
So lets assume that they buy Songbird and settle their debts with Logistics Air and Chicago Venture Capital (or whatever that group was called). How much money do they reasonably need to have a bona fide shot at getting certified if we exclude the debt payments and the cost of Songbird?
certdog:
That sounds like "fake news." Let's just assuming that the FAA certification is good for another 2 years, that will work better for the Baltia story line.
certdog:
Assuming that Songbird has been dormant since 2/17, when will their FAA cert be worthless?
Firestream:
Keep some dry powder. Tony says he has $1 million in escrow with a 3rd party. I am betting Logistics Air is drawing up plans to go after that money by filing suit and getting an order to freeze that asset. If that happens, the PPS will take a hard hit.
However, maybe Tony can give Logistics Air a bunch of shares to settle the debt?
Certdog, all they need is los and lots of money?
Dischino, when will updated financials be filed?
I got a good laugh about Tony's Songbird announcement. You have to love penny stocks and their "letters of intent". BTW, at least Logistics Air" knows where to find some cash.
Too bad the NDA prevents Tony from talking about all the great things on the horizon.
The "Baltia Whale" needs to step up and take care of this Logisics Air ugliness.
"There are 100 ways to skin a cat", but none of the will be good for current shareholders."
BK court may be in the horizon.
Tony should issue a press release saying he signed another Non-Disclosure Agreement!!!! The PPS would explode with that important news!
Only 5 weeks until Tony takes possession of the 767. It is very exciting. Perhaps Tony could issue a press release describing Baltia's preparation to receive the aircraft, pre=lease walk through, lawyers reviewing the contract, lease funding all set and in escrow, pilots identified to shuttle it to Stewart, identification of ground crew, name of the company painting the new logo, etc.
What happened to the Baltia Whale and all of the helpful insights into the future of the company?
mystermeat:
I have been on the phone with my shorty friends all week trying to calm them down about the Warren Buffet news. One of them heard from his cousin's barber who got bumped up to First Class on a flight from Newark to JFK and got the information from Warren himself. He also said Warren is a super cool gool and intends to see that Stone Crab, Cherry Coke and Marani Vodka are the only things on the menu for inflight service.
Time for Tony to issue a PR before the PPS collapses.
If it were good news, it would be posted on the message board.
Ned L. Siegel was a board member for PositiveID but it looks like things didn't end well for that company, ohh well....
http://www.thesiegelgroupusa.com/news/positiveid-corporation-appoints-ambassador-ned-l-siegel-its-board-directors
Good for Barry, he deserves to cash in at the expense of investors!
The market spoke very clearly today about investors views regarding the addition of Ned L. Siegel to the board. Try again Tony!
Tony needs to crank up another campaign or this is going to the trips SOON!
Redsky:
Tony was trained in Igor's Startup Airline Management Training Program.
Yup! The great thing about Baltia's business plan is that the airline could go on indefinitely without ever selling a ticket.
Inorout:
Yes, Yes, you understand. As long as the aircraft still has a tail to paint the logo on it will work fine, it doesn't matter if it can fly or not. It will be a cash cow!!!
No electronics....no problem.
Missing door...take all pics from the other side.
Inorout:
You are wrong! N706BL earned Baltia $50 million dollars or more as a prop.
Kalitta may have slightly more "flexible" lease terms, plus Connie Kalitta knows how to keep his mouth shut.
OK, I have a new idea. You and I buy up millions and millions of shares at .0001. Then, some unknown person starts printing PRs like they are going out of style, "Joint Ventures, Placement Deals, New Distributors, Huge Importation of Product, More Employees Hired, Donations to Starving Kids in Beverly Hills, ect", all which seem to be official and from Marani HQ.
Once the PPS is a few cents, we start dumping. The beauty of the plan is Maggot will be dumping for all she is worth too, as well as everyone else that owns shares. The SEC will look at Maggot first and as long as there is no paper trail in the wrong direction, we would be rich and safe.
What do you think?
I know there is a chance of wearing orange for a few years but think of the upside.
Firestream:
They need they money for the lease on or before the end of July. Maybe the 720K will cover that?
Dischino:
