Financials tell me BANKRUPTCY is just around the corner, buying in this stock with such a bloated PPS is like calling for a mugging in bright daylight

no assets, no revenues, tons of debt, that speaks for itself.

Did not buy or sell any shares, but i would wager that shorting this would make you a very rich man.

I honestly don't see how a company that has 0 assets and 0 revenues, yes 0 (read the 10-Q), can be trading at such a bloated price.
And add in the millions of debt they owe, i mean, this is pretty much a death spiral for PPBL, they have 0 cash to even pay the interest due on their debt, only way of financing is to dilute shares, the latest stock awareness campaign really shows what they are trying to do to survive. they even stated in the 10-Q that they could be filing chapter 11 BK if they dont get any financing soon.

What is your opinion on this?

We have temporarily suspended publication of Poker Life Magazine and presently are earning no revenue. Before resuming publication we require additional financing and arrangements for the settlement of our debts. We have begun negotiations with our current creditors for the settlement of the amounts owed them. Such negotiations are continuing and we are unable to predict the outcome of these negotiations. In the event we are not successful in settling our liabilities, the Company may be forced to reorganize under the provisions of Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code.

PPBL has no assets, no revenues, shareholders need to read the 10-Q and educate themselves

10Q from May shows PPBL has no assets whatsoever, and over 3 million dollars in debt. over 8 million dollars in accumulated deficit.

LOL. PPBL issued TWO press releases on the same day that the guys who received the free shares released their "mega-pick". if you cannot see through the common sense, then i guess whatever money you put in here will be gone pretty soon.

I've said, and proved, if you need more proof you can gladly contact the SEC to get them to find more proof for you.

I already showed you all the proof you need to know, sadly there are a few promoters here that did not disclose they received free shares, therefore only the SEC can dig further for more evidence
