I agree, and I am long and holding 1's and will soon add more. I already profited here and am sitting on what I have left. There is no need for me to hit 3's or 2's because of that. Hollund will be successful soon and if I ride what I have left great. But if I can add 1's I will gladly slap that. Let's wait and see.
Yep...there were barriers at 4 and 3 as well...and it continues to get walked down. I will buy again at one.
I just think it is going down again before it finally rises up. Hollund indicated a two phase buy back if the first stage is successful. Well, why wouldn't it be successful unless they were attempting to buy back at a certain price point? I'm betting that price point is lower than where we are today. Why else would they go silent when they obviously have news to share?
I hope it does go to .0001 somehow. I'll buy even more...and, if Hollund holds true to their buy back, they could potentially retire even more shares than planned.
Last print at 2;07 pm @ .0004. Must be a software bug.
It's not software. The time intervals with the 100 share whacks after a uptick are random...And if you didn't notice on the high volume days, a 100 share whack did not occur between every uptick. This is a trader or MM with a stiffy for the company.
For what it's worth....
Another pump coming?
I found a picture of the road.

The majority of this debt was under old management, and it is not at all uncommon to incur major losses at start-up. I believe your arguments are valid when looking at the old regime, but too much has happened in short amount of time under new leadership...and for the first time, Hollund has something that it has never had before...a REVENUE stream. With this revenue they will clean up the corporate mess they inherited...much like they are going to clean up that lake.
I have followed Hollund for a long time. I have been burned by them under previous management. I was a casualty of a lying old regime that was often thwarted from doing business because of a stronger outside hand that wanted control of them. This is not at all uncommon in these microcaps. Although I cannot say that outside forces do not still exist, the way that the company is operating suggest that they still do. I believe this because of the almost secret nature of the pr releases, or the Plutus references to fluff releases. Once signed deals are in place, these outside forces have greater difficulty and expense to interfere. It's because of this signed revenue stream that Hollund finally has an opportunity to fight back. With new management executing what they are saying, and revenues finally in their grasp, this is a real company.
I maybe mistaken...but there is no advantage to current shareholders getting approval information 1st as long as it happens after hours, as this stock has no extended hours trading. Therefore, a PR only needs to be released prior to the next market open.
I didn't realize how tense these negotiations were. Why didn't you get I3 a better financing deal since you were in the room.
I learned something today from MTV that was very important to me. The FDA to date has required no additional information. I feel good about that.
It's not a train wreck...it's a DViS wreck.
My "friend" that works at the FDA leaked out this info about the DViS to me. The device works as advertised but there are three concerns.
1. They are waiting for crash test results since this is a mobile device that rad tech's will be bouncing off the walls going from room to room. There is alot of fighting in the group about the need for On Star to be included on board.
2. The gantry wheel spins way to fast to rely on those old drum brakes. An upgrade to an ABS system appears to be in order.
3. The cart wheels are spin balanced but have a low mileage rating. Wheel upgrade is easy, but the group continues to fight over a wheel rotation interval.
Again, this is from my "friend" at the FDA, BUT I really wouldn't trust this inforamtion if I were you.
I knew you couldn't wait to go there.
There not thinking about a paltry .60 PPS. There thinking about a buyout number. That's when they exercise the warrants.
If you walk into a bank with a million dollars to deposit you can also get favorable terms that are not advertised on the street. It's called negotiation. If they wanted to make 20% off a million dollars why bother to waste time talking to I3, waste money in attorney fees drawing up a contract, when all they had to do is go to the market and short the crap out of a low volume stock. Better believe that they saw the dominion and what it is capable of doing before they gave away a penny. Twenty percent is peanuts to them...they see the bigger picture...why can't you?
Stop trying to spin this. If you want validation that this technology exits and works as advertised...a MILLION DOLLAR answer was just given to I3 as validation.
Institutional Information...These large players, especially the ones that don't mess with little start-up ventures, don't take the time to sit down with companies to hammer out a warrant price with the intention of shorting the heck out of the PPS. It's like them saying, here is a million dollars to keep you operating and now i'm going to crush your pps and cut off all future outside financing avenues. Why would they give away money and then strangle what they just bought. The answer is they wouldn't. There is only 30 cents to the downside to short and a huge upside to make money. They are in it to stablize the pps and wait for approval. There is very little selling pressure and moderate shorting pressure, pps stabilization for these guys is less expensive and makes more sense than shorting it.
The whole MM point is this. The free market should be driving the direction of the price, not the MM's. When the going market price is established (say several consecutive buys at $ 1.00) the next MM posted price should not be less than the established market price unless there is downward market pressure (sells). When the price drops in the abscence of this pressure that is called price manipulation. The selling in I3 is light, the shorting is moderate, and the real market pressure is from the MM's playing cut throat with each other to play the spread. If this stock wasn't an FDA play, I would be out waiting for a higher volume up day. This stock is due to explode to the upside again soon. Watch level 2.
Mooch...There is a big difference between normal market action and what is happening with I3. I would encourage you not only to learn as much as you can about the art of interpreting charts, but focus on how each of your investments NORMALLY trades. Believe it or not, each stock has it's own trading pattern, or it's own DNA. Some normally trade trade down at the open and recover throughout the day, others explode out of the gate and then slide backwards, others do nothing (low volume) for a period of time and then for no reason trade heavily for several hours. When you understand what is normal for your investment you can then plan when then best time is to trade. Watch the level 2 quotes to help you gain this perspective. Learn which MM's are normally active and when more jump into the game (to the up or downside) you can get a good short term indicator of where the price is likely to go. What Benny says is true, watch closely and you will see it.
I had an idea but my analysis was deleted.
Yes...but that is company information and we all know that we cannot trust that.
I think Madtig's analysis is fair but as I stated before I3 is not trading normally under this low volume. Over the course of several weeks without news the pps would be hard pressed to move up or down .05. The next high volume day will determine the direction of the pps and determine which direction we are likely to trend. I think that it is fair to say that Madtig has a price in mind (that's why he uses charts, to find entry and exit points) but I don't view his information as vindictive.
Low volume = pps stagnation

Hologic 3D Breast Image Device Deemed Safe by FDA (HOLX)
Sep 27, 2010 (SmarTrend News Watch via COMTEX) -- In a unanimous 13-0 vote, the
FDA said that Hologic's (NASDAQ:HOLX) 3D mammography device is safe and
effective noting that the benefits of this new device outweigh the risks. The
company believes that its new Selenia Dimensions 3D device is a new method for
screening and diagnosing breast cancer that, when used with conventional 2D
methods, can improve overall cancer detection rates.
Co-Founder and CTO Jay Stein said, "The system is designed to increase accuracy
when screening women for the presence of cancerous tissue, and to enable a more
precise characterization of suspicious lesions. I speak for all of Hologic in
voicing great satisfaction that the FDA Panel has weighed in so positively in
favor of this valuable new tool in the battle to limit breast cancer mortality."
SmarTrend currently has Hologic in an Uptrend. Since 2008, SmarTrend subscribers
trading Hologic using our alerts outperformed the stock by 117%. We are
monitoring these developments and will alert subscribers to any change in trend.
Charts are great and I use them myself...but they are not as useful in these trading conditions. Because I3 volume is consistently below the moving average (trading abnormally) the chart cannot be counted on with the same level of confidence compared to normal volume trading periods. Thank goddness that I3 is so far not a major shorting target. If it would become a shorting target under these lower volume days and MM's greed to pick up cheaper shares, the price would fall through all support levels. Pay attention to the charts, but watch for the level (%) of daily shorts.
Oh yeah!!!...you forgot to add that it will be one heck of a wealth building machine. All will be known soon, but your response will keep them quiet in the meantime.
There was some discussion yesterday about FDA cost to review the application. I found some numbers and they are not as expensive as I had imagined.
The FDA also charges a fee to review your 510(k) application.
Shown below are the user fees the FDA charges to a review 510(k) application. An annual Establishment Registration fee is also charged to all companies. The number in (brackets) is the discount given to “small businesses” with less than US$100,000,000 in annual sales. The fiscal year for the FDA starts on October 1 and ends September 30 each year. All prices in USD.
FDA 510(k) Application Review Fee
2010 – $4007 ($2004 for small businesses)
2011 – $4348 ($2174 for small businesses)
2012 – $4717 ($2359 for small businesses)
FDA Establishment Registration Fee
Payable once per year by every registered medical device company. No discount is provided to small businesses for the FDA Establishment Registration fee.
2010 – $2008
2011 – $2179
2012 – $2364
FDA 510K Fees
No I don't believe that they will manufacture the DViS there. But, I do believe that they have a small scale line to simulate production so they can create their quality system. The FDA would want to see the controls that would govern the manufacturing and QA process whether the units were made there, or off site.
Perhaps since the last video the massive warehouse was revamped into a small production facility. The quality system is a different animal altogether. If approval is in the final stage, I am sure the FDA would want to see an established plan (best practice) that ensures that the intended parts are used and installed in a specified order to ensure that each machine performs to it's intended specification. This would naturally include quality testing on the completed units to be performed prior to shipping.
It's pretty funny in reading alot of these postings that some people actually believe that they have a better understanding of I3's business than the CEO. They make it sound like he is just sitting around playing solitare while waiting for the FDA to do their thing. This guy is sharp, and a winner...He has surrounded himself with the expertise that he needs to get the job done. When approval is finally granted we will all see the real work that has been going on behind closed doors. Then we can evaluate if his management team is too large and over paid.

Everything that the MM's do is NOT legal, but certainly transparent. Free markets are driven by current market prices, so when these prices are established (let's say at the ask) the posted price should NOT be reduced unless the price is under market pressure (from consecutive and persistent sells at the bid price). Price manipulation occurs when these posted prices rise and fall AGAINST the direction of the market action to these prices. As an investor or consumer, shouldn't you be pissed when you buy something at the current market value and the very next transaction is purchased at a cheaper price when the price is not under pressure?
I have been trying to figure these guys out for a while...anything that you can share would be appreciated.
I must not be reading the charts correctly and understanding the MM magic recently. I thought the insiders were BUYING the last week.
Explain to me why you would sell 100k shares today when approval appears to be so near. Especially after all of the suffering that you have experienced in the last three years by a corrupted CEO with his never seen technology.
This is from April 2008 so don't get too excited from the headline.

Imaging3 has received FDA 510(k) clearance to distribute the Dominion Vi Scanner, a medical imaging device that produces 3D diagnostic images of the body in real-time.
"This approval to distribute the Dominion Vi Scanner is for investigational purposes only allowing the company to glean clinical imagery and functionality during the FDA 510(k) approval process,” said Dean Janes, chairman and CEO of Imaging3.
The Dominion can be utilized for both diagnostic and interventional procedures, in a variety of clinical areas including trauma, pain management, pediatrics, orthopedics, sports medicine, cardiovascular imaging and neuro-vascular imaging, according to the Burbank, Calif.-based company.

Imaging3 has closed a deal to make Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon the first luminary sites for the company’s Dominion device. Other sites are planned for the near future, the company said.
OHSU is a public university that houses two of the state’s largest hospitals, Oregon Health & Science University Hospital and Doernbecher Children’s Hospital, in addition to a number of outpatient and research facilities. OHSU in known for a number of clinical and research breakthroughs in the areas of cancer, children’s health, computer technology, genetics, trauma care, heart disease, hearing, infectious disease, general medicine, reproduction, mental health, interventional radiology, neurosciences, nursing, and others.
Imaging3 develops medical imaging devices capable of producing 3D medical diagnostic images of nearly any portion of the body in real-time, the company said.
Can someone help me with this.
Is the above mentioned Dominion Vi Scanner (DViS ?) the same device that we are waiting FDA approval for?...and, how could there be a contract for a luminary site in 2007?
Was this device installed and used to " glean clinical imagery and functionality during the FDA 510(k) approval process,” said Dean Janes, chairman and CEO of Imaging3.
How can you draw proof of an ineffective CC when volume has swelled above 5.3 million and the price increased by over 20%. That is the effect of investor PSYCHOLOGY.
Inside MM BS is NOT the same thing.
I disagree...This would have run alot more today but as usual the MM's worked their magic and kept the price in a tight trading range. The evidence is on the T&S for you to examine.
It must have been Sano
You're wasting your time spreading the truth. It didn't take this board long to return to form.
The market has really sold off since the cc announcement. Dean must be behind this too.
How about a detailed plan going forward...manufacturing partnerships...buyout...etc
That's my understanding of how it works. It is also unjust to compare whatever the Dvis rad dose might be to a single x-ray. When was the last time you had an x-ray and not been nuked at least three times. Dean said the device is made with off the shelf parts meaning that the radiation levels are equal at worst to anything else on the market. The innovation is the amount of imagery that the DVis produces over the same or similiar radiation dosages.
