The FELON CEO EVANS is NOT FINISHED putting it to us!!!!

The BUYBACK SPIKE was only .0002. Even the FLIPPERS here need more room for FLIPPING!!

So the FELON EVANS will surprise us with a REVERSE as he needs more room to continue the DILUTION MACHINE!!! Why more room? It is easier to Sell Shares into HYPED NEWS when the pps is say over a penny versus almost at NO BID!! Why does the FELON need to continue DILUTING???

By now everyone should know that I and a few others are disgruntled LGTT shareholders that believed in the BS spewed by CEO EVANS nearly 1 1/2 years ago. But after LIE after LIE after LIE and after LIE, it is clear that LGTT is just another DILUTION machine; namely DILUTE, HYPE NEWS and then SELL SHARES into HYPED news. The good news is I have a small miniscule amount of shares (compared to the rest of my protfolio) and after the REVERSE SPLIT and further DILUTION and pps deterioration, I will use it as a tax deduction this year. : )

JCB5 you posted you liked LGTT and the positives HCJF listed. I just posted back some issues that I had hoped you would address. Can you NOT answer these tough questions? Does the TRUTH ruin any chance at HYPED SPIKES? Here are questions again in case you missed them. Not trying to be difficult just wondering if my facts are incorrect, TIA:

2. What serivces and products could a 15-staff company offer to get a large federal contract? LGTT sells mostly gimmicky retail products, so what do they have that IBM does not? Oh yeah, IBM has no SPOOFEM!!!! LOL LOL

3. What is the current SALES REVENUE? Oh, that's right, WE HAVE NO IDEA becasue the FELON decided to HIDE any sales revenue in the Q4 P&L by consolidating ALL income with no detail. We know a large part of the 360K for Q4 had to be from the 504. SO where is the SALES REVENUE JCB????

4. You mean more WORTHLESS phone apps? Spoofem, the only app (if you want to call it that) was NOT approved to be sold by Apple and has to be downloaded from another site. What is the revenue for SPOOFEM since the app came on? If it was good, don't you think we would have heard something by now? Why have FLUFF HYPE PRs if the FELON could release REAL numbers PRs? Uh DUDE, go check the Q4 P&L, LGTT paid to be the provider for the Arena. Of course, my guess is that LGTT is providing zero services but is paying for worthless banner ads and more importantly paid for a luxury suite, that apparently employees are selling seats from in Craigs List!!! Go look under expenses and you see a large EXPENSE for the Arena and NO revenue listed!!!

We've been hearing this same list from you for the last year. Let's review:

1. Planned share buyback?

Are you talking about the HYPED PR or reality? Because the reality is there will be NO buyback because there is NO money for a buyback!! HCJF, if the FELON CEO EVANS needs 2 - 504s for operations and acquisitions, where is the money for any significant buyback? This is just another example of HYPE, huh?

2. Large signed contracts

Looks like Shawn pretty much shot this one down. LGTT has maybe 15 employees and mostly crappy retail products. What service or products would LGTT offer that would get a significantly large contract?

3. Increases in quarterly profits

HCJF, wouldn't that requyire that we have sales revenue? Because you seem to want to count the 504 income as revenue. The Felon CEO EVANS has never been honest about revenue and until he is, we can assume SALES REVENUE is little to nithing!!! LGTT has about 15 employees and still needs 2 504s. What does that tell you about the LACK of REAL SALES REVENUE??????

4. New phone apps hitting the market

ROFLMAO.....there are nearly 200,000 iphone apps that are approved to be sold by Apple. The Spoofem is one that is NOT approved and in fact has to be downloaded from another non-Apple site. SInce the completion of that app, there has been ZERO information regarding sales. I'm guessing again that is is little to nothing. It is a gimmicky product whose popularity is done!!!

FACE IT HCJF, the FLIPPING days are over!! The last HYPED PR regarding the BUYBACK raised the pps .0002. The FELON himself has now said there will be a REVERSE SPLIT. NOBODY and I mean NOBODY will buy this POS long-term and FLIPPERS will be in and out so fast that, it won't even look like a spike.

Sales Revenue is how REAL companies grow!!!

This POS has ZERO sales revenue as evidenced in the Income Statement that the FELON CEO EVANS has since taken off the Internet. However, the P&L does show consolidated income and when you subtract whatever income is from the 504 last Q (you need to guess as the FELON decided to hide the real number), what is actually left for sales revenue? Little to nothing!!!

Why is there little to NO revenue? Because the FELON CEO EVANS has no business plan and NO business development plan. DOes he even have anyone on staff in charge of business development?

One minute he is acquiring what he calls great companies, only to have him call them CRAP a few months later. He has gimmicky retail products like Spoofem yet says he wants federal contracts. He is a company of 15 trying to be in the retail, small business and federal agency business all at the same time, with the same set of worthless products. There is NO sound marketing strategy or product development strategy. He is just throwing anything on the wall to see what sticks. He hires what looks like good people and then fires them within months.

Oh and he calls himself the #1 Hacker but seems to forget he got caught stealing (hacking) numbers from AT&T. The REAL hackers I know have not been caught. FELON EVANS is the #1 Hacker that GOT CAUGHT, and that is it!!! He couldn't HACK his way out of a paper sack. Add that to his juvenile and limited business skills and it adds up to ZERO.

The only and I mean ONLY reason this POS LGTT has not declared bankruptcy is because the FELON CEO can still DUPE and CON people into investing in his worthless company!!! BS and HYPE is what FELON CEO EVANS excels at!! But even that is now wearing thin.

Mark this post, LGTT will be BKed within the next year max!!!!

Of course I own shares and all at a loss!! Why do you think I despise the FELON CEO EVANS so much? I was duped into believing his BS but after 2 LIES about dividends and LIES about him buying shares and LIES about BIG DEALS and LIES about share structure and LIES about new products each week and LIES about LAkeesha and LIES......well just about every time the man open his mouth and his lips are moving -- there is a LIE COMING OUT!!!

And what really burns me was and is his continual name calling and blaming of shareholders. Somebody needs to educate him about public compnaies. WE OWN THE COMPANY!!! If FELON EVANS doesn't like shareholders he should not have gone public.

OH WAIT!!! That would require him actually having millions of his own money (another LIE) or being able to get a bank loan, neither possible events!!!

So he HYPES, LIES, DILUTES and then blames shareholders.....all the while STEALING our money!!

After the Reverse Split and then massive SHORTING, I'm waiting to see how many of you are EVANS fans then!! LOL LOL

Speaking of workers, when I look at the payroll check expenses on the Q4 P&L statement, I'm having a hard time finding 25 employees. In fact, more like 15 and most women. I used to be in hi-tech and software development and female IT experts are few and far between. Does anyone believe for one minute that FELON CEO EVANS has 25 cracker-jack employees? Maybe his black female models (that he alsoo advertised for in Craig's List) we be the hackers testing your PC? LOL LOL LOL LOL

Show me the sales revenue clever!!!

There is NO revenue. The Q4 P&L statement shows about 360K of Income. The FELON CEO EVAns itemized the expensed BUT summarized the income. The income includes BOTH the 504 income and sales revenue. SInce the 504 was for a $1 million and was completed in Q1 of this year, we will know what, if any, income is from sales once the Q! numbers are released. I'm guessing sales revenue for last year was UNDER 500K and probably closer to under 300K!!!!!

By the way, I remember an Income Statement that showed sales revenue for ZERO in Q4 but that Income Statement is now missing. I believe the FELON CEO EVANS deleted that financial when I pointed it out months ago.

Ask yourself this, WHY has the FELON CEO EVANS summarized income on the P&L????????? Because the sales revenue is too high!!??

There is NO MONEY for a buyback!! If I'm not mistaken, isn't money or cash required to buy shares? Where is the money coming from?

Q4 income was $360K or so. Income includes ALL income. Thats means sales revenue (if any) AND 504 income. How much of the Q4 income was sales and how much was 504? I'm guessing the sales revenue was less than 100K for the quarter!!!!

If by traders, you mean FLIPPERS? in other words, when you're hyping this stock during a PR spike, you're actually selling? Is that what you mean by a trader? Just curious.

Hmmmmmm.....sounds like something the FELON CEO EVANS would do!!!! Sorry, but I'd rather take a tax loss than CON some poor new bagholder to buy my worthless shares in a HYPED PR spike. I guess that's just me, huh? : )

Spoofem Revenue has to BE MINISCULE!!!

Why? 2 reasons:

1. If the Spoofem revenue was $3 million as you 'guess", why would we need 2 - $1million 504s, one right after the other? Wouldn't $3 million in revenue easily fund operations? Afterall, the last filing has the number of employees at 15-20? Nobody has seen the infamous 25 employees that our Felon CEO claims in video blogs. Pictures of employees mainly consist of young black females......hmmmmmmmm, and they appeared after the LGTT Craig's list ad looking for black female models. My question would be are there even 15 employees?

2. If the Spoofem revenue was even over $1 million, our FELON CEO would be bragging and hyping it all over the Internet. Instead we have had ZERO official financials regarding Spoofem revenue. There are now many competitors to Spoofem, many with better features and iphone interfaces. It is a gimmicky product that has probably lost its initial appeal.

I doubt the Spoofem revenue is over 300K if that. And until our FELON CEO Evans gives us actual numbers, expect it to be low and declining.

I have no use for a SPoofem product. It has NOTHING to do with cyber security and in fact is used by some for illegal/unethical activities.

Did you buy it? And do you know what the quarterly and yearly sales revenue has been for this product? Not guesses, but exact figures please???

The SEC couldn't even catch Madoff!!!

However, some things have changed and they do now like going after big-name CEOs. CEO Evans fits the bill given all of his self-promotion. I've sent stuff to SEC and FBI; wouldn't be a bit surprised if our little felon is being watched very closely. Notice how the video blogs have stopped and disappeared?
