and 7-11
That’s why you have to work on multiple things at the same time, which they are. They seem to be leaving no stone unturned. Hopefully the loan is gravy by that point.
Her said within the next few weeks and reiterated Q2. That means June my friend.
The interim is supposed to be NOW! Not within the next two weeks. The full report is coming in March for god sakes. They have interim data now so they should release it.
Aren’t we supposed to be getting interim Phase 3 data any minute? The lead scientist and founder’s wife said it was likely to be out over the weekend...that was this past weekend! Wonder why it’s not out yet? Anyone have any thoughts?
Dumb post and clearly on the short train.
Not much interest in this board I see. Even on news of restructuring. Can't believe this isn't over a buck after this news but I must be missing something.
Certainly logical.
I would agree but for the fact that Dr. Javitt alluded to announcements being quite imminent. And they were trying to produce 100,000 does by October so you'd think we'd be hearing who the partner is.
Partnership announcement seems a bit overdue at this point. I'm guessing that is the next domino to fall yeah?! Anyone care to list what they think are the next three catalysts to fall.
I'm in GEVO but I took some of it to HJLI for an afternoon pop. That company makes a cutting edge heart valve that just reported a positive update in live patients after a full year. Only 38M shares outstanding. Gotta believe the news will translate into hospital cardiac units and doctors utilizing this product more and more and that it's worth somewhere between $100-150M. That's 3x from where it is right now. DYOR
Positive update on VenoValve patients. This is the kind of news that validates the product so they can sell into a ton more hospitals. It is very good news.

Saw a post from his wife that said vent was at 60% (down from 100%), BP stable, oxygen levels slightly better, etc. It’s posted from this morning. So looks like slow but steady improvement. Saying prayers for him and hope more and more people can be saved!
This doesn't square with the T-1 halt which is for material news forthcoming. Very curious indeed.
Traded the entire listed float and only about 25M to go to trade all OS. That could happen in the next hour or two depending. Could see this doubling up before it's done.
The questions is WHY? I'm guessing we will find that out at 3pm today.
If it is a dump I’m buying. There is enough evidence already of this being successful that I can’t imagine crappy results. We don’t usually get insight into a drug’s effectiveness like that along the way but covid changes the rules.
Good point. The news updates with this company are very fluid.
Wild guess on where this is EOD today?
The government should fund this if continued efficacy is shown in next patient data update. There are critical reasons for this as follows.
1) greater than 50% of people in the us do not get vaccinated for the flu. What % is going to try a fast to market vaccine for covid? So covid is going to be around for a while people.
2) this is easily available in inhaled form
3) it attacks the worst problem covid patients report, lung damage that often leads to ventilation and then death
Could open $1.50 tomorrow easily. Crazy where this could be in a week or a month’s time.
Anyone have an educated guess regarding how much government funding could be awarded here if rlf-100 continues to show recovery for sick-very sick covid patients. I’m guessing we’ll get more patient turnaround data within a week’s time since the drug is currently being used. Can’t see how the government doesn’t get behind this.
Not touching RLFTF as this will continue to play out in rapid succession. If there is further documentation of success with current patients getting the inhaler then look for swift government funding (if it's not already being allocated). Next is more data and third could well be a buyout.
Agree. Next news likely to be funding and of course further efficacy data. Would not at all rule out a buyout. This drug will be used to treat a wide range of respiratory ailments beyond Covid-19.
No. The price will open based on the bid/ask in the U.S.
A few things to consider for the U.S. Market by way of comparison with Switzerland.
Population: United States- 328 Million Switzerland- 8.57 Million
Total Covid-19 Cases: United States- 4,974,277 Switzerland- 36,108
Total Covid-19 Deaths: United States- 161,635 Switzerland- 1,985
Point being, people may wonder why a vast price differential may exist on Swiss vs. U.S. Market. I think the answer can be found in the fever for a treatment that has engulfed the U.S. as our economy has shattered. Do not be surprised to see a close of .40 - .50 CHF and over $1 today in the United States. Switzerland will catch up to the pace that the U.S. sets over the next many days. Watch for funding news next or potential BO. Makes complete sense at this point.
Question is where does this open tomorrow and can we put together a couple of solid days in a row to establish a higher base price?
Wow! That article came out today after hours. RLF-100 is one of only four treatments on the list and quite possibly the most effective, not just with the critically ill but also those who are not at the critical stage. And this friggin thing is trading at 15 cents, unreal. Will be interested to see the impact this article has not just on trading over the next couple of days but also how it speeds the process of gov’t funding, etc. This is a great moment to own this stock!
It's 2:45am in Switzerland.
This will continue to surge, pullback a little, surge some more. But if you are smart and understand how valuable this is you will not day-trade it.
Not with people selling. It doesn't work like that man. It's up about 300% as of this posting. If we are able to surpass the June 8th high of .28 we might see .40 today. But it's just the beginning. The value of Relief Therapeutics is in dollars not cents.
Who gives two shaats about that? The float is half the OS. But this thing if it continues to be as advertised will be worth $3-5b real quick. Let that sink in. This is no typical penny my friend. How many pennies do you see with legitimate coverage in the New York Times?! Yeah, I thought so.
This is going to surge, then pullback because DT's don't get the significance of what this really is or is worth, or don't care, and then surge again. This is worth (providing everything continues to bear out in terms of the drug's efficacy) $2-5.
Is the Float confirmed at 5M?
This seems to want to jump but just can't tell. Anyone have a sense of closing price? No pump or bash, just realistic closing price.
Anyone have any sense of where this should trade in the next week? Not just today with news.
It's so stupid to get caught up in the day to day here. NIO just did a huge raise to fund development and operations which was a strong move and quickly behind them. Each month brings new sales and delivery figures and this is just the beginning. Where is the stock when 10k deliveries a month is in play? How about 20k? Won't be at all surprised to see $18-20 at some point this year and with strong growth double that next year. Dumb to be concerned about $6-7. Go find something constructive to do FFS.
I see no lockup agreement either. I'm sure they can sell their shares at any time but they'll wait. Doesn't make sense to sell atm obviously.
Once again, dilution will end and this will move up. This requires patience. Selling here is moronic. See you on Monday, have a good weekend.
