Thanks V, have a great Day Too!
Mattyhoho....LOL....Thats not a strategy..it my recipe for grilled Fish!! lol...As far as FFGO goes...well I do believe the deal will eventually be realized, but the big question is When? So I sit, wait and read this board with the expectation that when we get the A&B's it'll be Happy Days!!..In the mean time, I (perhaps foolishly) have a GTC limit sell order for 1/2 my position @ .0001 if it goes through, I'll be whole on my investments and will play my money elseware, If thats sucessful then I may re-purchase FFGO or get some NMGL shares. Regardless of all that, I'll enjoy my 3400% gain on my remaining FFGO shares, when ever we get it.
GO FFGL/NMGL.

Almost forgot!! Happy New Year everyone!! Lets hope FFGO makes it extra Happy in the comming days!
Go FFGO!
Grilled with a splash of lemon! MMM...Vianna, glad to see your on watch as always...I've only kept marginally aware of the board for the past few weeks. Anthing important that I might have missed? I do notice that the volume was increased a bit. I hope that trend continues.

Bobby,
The value of the prefered shares are in that they will be redeemed for a set Price by NMGL at a time of their choosing on or after Dec. 31 2010. Their value is not affected by the rising price of gold. However, any amount NMGL can sell the Gold properties for above that price will bennifit NMGL Common share holders. The prefered shares are to be tradable, and thats great for us, we can sell and make profit hopefully. But I doubt that they will trade at prices higher than what NMGL will buy them back at. I think the best bet for us is to sell on the run when FFGO announces the div date. We should see the pps go close to .0035 INMHO
I'm starting my X-mas vacation right now!! No more work till Jan 4th. I'll be watching this board every trading day though.
Merry Christmas Everyone!!
Go FFO
FFGO..Lets all sing "I like to move it move it""..then hit the buy button!!
GO FFGO!!
POW!!! Right in the Kisser!!
:~)
anything interesting on the LII?
was/is it an all or none sell order? Just curious
GeoInvestors advice is sound...do your DD and look at this thing from all aspectss...because once you press the buy button your money locked up. AS for myself, in an effort to make myself whole on this position I have less than half of my shares for sell at the ask, they are for sale because..well..I could be wrong and this whole thing could be a scam. If they sell, I will break even. The rest are waiting for the dividend, which I do believe we will get in due course, but that could be a long time from now.
Don't let it be said that you were not warned..."Buyer beware". There two sides here, and they are those who believe this will eventually pay the .0034 dividend, and then there are those who don't. There are also those who believe that a huge short position exist as well. You must decide what to do via your own DD. That said, the answer to your question is "No" You can buy at the ask as many shares as you want, the dividend has not been declared yet. For further information you should contact our board Mod. Vianna, you will not find a more honest and straight forward person. She can point you to all the info you need.
Go FFGO
Yep...seems like a thankless job to me, but I guess someone has to do it.
Go FFGO!
Yes, alot like a broken record. LOL
Mornin Rocket. If enough buyers pulled the trigger we might see a bid. Go FFGO
GM Vianna, Thanks for letting me know. It dosn't matter that it was deleted, the person I was responding to got the message. Thanks again.
If I get them thay will be worth .oo34 to me. Hope you enjoy yours.
Try placing your order agin, and if it is still rejected you should call your broker to find out why...let us know how it works out.
Thanks
GM V. Thanks, and yes my weekend was pretty good, and am now looking for a good week here at FFGO land. Hope we get more news and a bid back!
Very good take on things OldBen. One only needs to look at all the data to reach the same or similar conclusion.
GO FFGO?NMGL
Get r DONE!
LOL..yeah..ok...but just a few Facts for you. NMGL last traded at $4.50 they have a market CAP of $1.82 Billion. They are an OTC Bulliten Board Listing not a Pink Sheet. They just completed the aqusition of other Gold interests, and Cancelled a Boat load of restricted common stock. The Prefered A & b shares while being distributed (PAST Tense) as payment for our Gold interests, are backed by NMGL who has already stated the face value of the shares. You can try to spin your opinions around here as fact, but the true Facts do remain the facts and they speak for them selves.
Looks like you didn't read them either. Take a look at the first part. It clearly states the the Dividend will NOT be declared UNTIL NMGL has. Which means that whenever they declare the DIV. they will be tradable. They seem to have made things very clear, I fail to see why people are having such difficulty understanding the written words.
JMHO
This Dividend will not be declared until NMGL has (a) acquired the balance of the Bouse Gold, Inc. shares of common stock giving them 100% ownership of Bouse Gold, Inc. through the issue of additional NMGL Preferred Series “A” shares (b) acquired the balance of the South Copperstone, Inc. shares of common stock giving them 100% ownership of South Copperstone, Inc. through the issue of additional NMGL Preferred Series “B” shares (c) audited both Bouse Gold, Inc. and South Copperstone, Inc. (d) NMGL will be required to file a “Super Form 8-K with SEC upon their obtaining control of both Bouse Gold, Inc. and South Copperstone, Inc. (e) filed a Registration Statement with the SEC in respect of the NMGL Preferred Series “A” and Series “B” shares (f) such Registration Statement has become effective (g) obtained a CUSIP Number and a Trading Symbol for both the NMGL Preferred Series “A” and the Series “B” shares and (h) admitted the NMGL Preferred Series “A” and Series “B” shares for trading on a recognized exchange.
You could very well be right, I'm just guessing at why the buys are not going through...for sure, I don't know as I am not trying to buy at this time, but am holding long the shares I have.
Go FFGO!
Seven, I'm betting that those attempting to buy right now have a AON condition set, and is the reason they are not filling.
The tooth fairy left my Kid a buck under her pillow for her First tooth the other night!
According to the company..they will be dormant, so our FFGO shares will most likely be of no value after the div. ex date.
No, they should be tradable on the open market...or you can wait until NMGL decides to redeem then sometime after Dec. 31st. According to the FFGO FAQ.
I just read through all the new filings from NMGL. The two filings that concern us are form D's that refer to the prefered shares previously transfered to Western back in Sept. All the other Form D's are for Purchases of other mining interests using NMGL restricted Common stock, and is not related to FFGO. No new prefered shares have been issued to aquire the remaining interests in Bouse or South Copperstone.
The filings are a positive step in the right direction INMO, but while this may be great for NMGL, showing credibility and all that, it is not the news we have been waiting for, or at least it's not the news I've been waiting for. I hope more news comes out as the day progresses.
Still keeping the faith here!!!
Go FFGO!!
Please run it up. Please do that. You would make my day to say the least if you did!! I'm sur Varmit would be happy TOO!
Go FFGO!!!
(WinK)
LOL
Ahh..ok I see what your sayin. Agreed..not much will happen till NMGL calls the shot.
Thanks
V.
Why do you say NMGL will be declaring the Div. Or did I misunderstand what your trying to say? Aren't the prefered A & B shares already in posession of FFGO/Western?
I would think that FFGO would need to do that since we are FFGO share holders. Please explain, I missed that tid bit along the way.
Thanks
Vianna,
All is well here, a little chilly this day...Stay warm.
I'm sure Rocketman will let me know.
Thanks
Nice to hear from you Texan....Thanks for your input...that starts to put things in focus as far as what NMGL may be up to. Although, other than creating a stronger position, I'm not sure how that really helps with our deal in regard to getting the other conditions met. Your a Long due historical dividends, right? Who holds the shares? Is it Western? I assume you have not been contacted by anyone offering to buy your shares have you? Do you expect to be contacted or do you think it will simply be a corporate action directly between the physical shareholder (Western?) and NMGL?
Just curious about your opinion.
Thanks
So it helps make them become more attractive to a potential buyer, or helps increase NMGLs PPS generating cash for the prefered share redemption sometime after Jan. 1st?? Assuming of course FFGO declares and distributes the prefereds by then.
Seven, I'll ask again, but clearer this time, help me connect the dots if you will...But what exactly does this action with NMGL share cancelation have to do with any part of the FFGO deal, or the declaration amd distribution of the prefered shares?? How does one affect the other? Do you think this has something to do with the possible short position in FFGO? If so how? I'm really trying to see how this is important.
Thanks
GO FFGO!
How do you see this in relation to FFGO and the Deal?
time will tell
Thanks Vianna,
All is well here..just wating and watching like everyone else.
