WCoastGuynCA ?@WCoastGuynCA
@JNapodano Still holding your "Buy" rating and .20 price target on $AMBS even with your suggestion of a 1:100 reverse split? Just asking!!
Jason Napodano, CFA ?@JNapodano
@wcoastguynca Yes, target is still $0.20. If they did a r/s my target would go to $20, but a lot depends on share count.
What Is the potential value of MANF to treat Alzheimer's?
Although there have been three medicines approved for Alzheimer's disease since 2000, there is still a substantial unmet medical need, including for disease modifying therapy. Existing drugs offer some benefits to some patients but they treat the symptoms only. Alzheimer’s disease is one of the largest and fastest growing diseases in the U.S., both in terms of human suffering and costs to the health care system.
Over 5 million Americans, or one in eight people age 65 or over and almost half of individuals age 85 or over, were estimated to have Alzheimer’s disease in 2012. By 2050, the number of Americans with Alzheimer’s disease is expected to triple without advances that would prevent, slow, or stop disease progression. Without such improvements, direct costs are expected to increase from approximately $170 billion in 2012 to over a trillion dollars in 2050.
A medicine that could delay the onset of the disease was estimated to reduce the cost of care of Alzheimer’s patients in 2050 to all payers by $447 billion.
Note: The F.D.A. granting O.D.D. for MANF for Retinitis Pigmentosa will be a major step forward for MANF for numerous indications.
Gerald's last tweet. Anyone care to decipher?
Gerald Commissiong @G_Commish · Oct 29
@rlou8888 @seanctweets less tweeting, for sure. Very dangerous the need for immediate info all the time.
O.K. I am surprised.
$AMBS Loss of $4,399,000 In the 3rd Quarter?
Only $680,000 in cash on hand.
Is $AMBS becoming Gerald's personal A.T.M.?
Interesting week ahead.
No surprises in the 10-Q.
I expect the LymPro launch and the F.D.A. approving the O.D.D. for MANF for R.P. will spike the share price above .15 before the end of the year.
At that time I expect L.P.C. will purchase 10,000,000 shares which will provide the company with a minimum of $1,500,000 in cash.
Stay tuned for news.

$50M market cap when the company has a drug that could be worth billion$.
Surprising that "big pharma" hasn't made an offer or maybe they have.
Looking forward to the conference call on Monday.
Before the end of the year I think we'll know if the company is more than a cash generator for Gerald and his father.
I'm thinking it is but then again I thought it would be more apparent by this point in time.
It would be great if the next substantive news actually exceeds expectations.
Stay tuned for news.
Twitter: @AmarantusBio .... 10,200 followers.
I don't pump and dump.
All three of the changes in my position were tied to specific events that occurred and were primarily related to Gerald's screw ups.
Read my posts and it will be very obvious what those events were.
I'm a buyer at eight cents. Anyone that doesn't think it's heading higher should sell and move on.
I definitely wouldn't be selling here.
I think anyone selling for eight cents will regret it very soon.
Let's hope Gerald finally delivers substantive news which translates into a higher share price.
It's unfortunate that so many "whales" continue to ignore reality as you have described it to be.
Gerald's credibility is definitely on the line here.
Interesting weeks ahead.

p.s. The optimist would say that Gerald is in a "quiet period" before releasing substantive news.
There are several potential events that could occur which could change the financial landscape at any time. If the F.D.A. grants O.D.D. for MANF for Retinitis Pigmentosa which I expect will happen it could be the catalyst for a major move higher as an initial O.D.D. for MANF for additional orphan diseases would be expected. If the company is able to ink a development partnership for MANF for R.P. with a reasonable up-front cash payment in the $10M range then an initial share price in the .25+ range is quite possible.
Follow this scenario with "firm" revenue numbers for LymPro in the $25M+ range for 2015 and several times that amount for 2016 and the share price firms up in the .50 range as additional O.D.D. applications for MANF are filed and additional development partnerships anticipated.
A reasonable share price would be .50 by the end of 2Q2015 although it could be much higher. Who thought the share price of JAZZ would explode like it did?
Considering the recent price action I don't see much if any downside buying at the current share price.
I don't know of another stock currently under a dime that has the potential that AMBS offers.
Interesting weeks ahead.
Twitter: @AmarantusBio .... 10,200 followers.
.15+ by end of year seems very possible assuming first orders for LymPro are announced or the O.D.D. for MANF for Retinitis Pigmentosa is granted.
If both events occur .20+ is possible depending on follow-up related events.
Despite what many of the "whales" want to believe Gerald needs some substantive news to restore his credibility with the retail market. If this isn't true then why is the share price at .084?
Twitter: @AmarantusBio .... 10,200 followers.
p.s. I'm expecting the up-listing to occur in 2Q2015. No sooner.
$JNUG Is Oversold - $JNUG on 10/8@$12.35 with gold at $1,225. $JNUG currently $6.72 with gold at $1,214. $JNUG down 46% - Gold down less than 1%.
If that isn't a great example of an oversold stock due to an over reaction then I'm clueless.
I would have to say there is a 99% certainty that there will be a reverse split to up-list. Any suggestion that an up-listing could happen without one is pretty much a fairy tale. This assumes that the up-listing occurs before 2Q2015.
I think it's quite possible that under the best case scenario that the share price could reach the .25-.30 range before the up-listing
If I was Gerald I would want to start trading on the NASDAQ above $6.00. Whatever reverse split ratio is needed to achieve this share price is what I expect will happen.
In any event I see virtually no downside at the current share price going forward.
Interesting months ahead.

"Orphan Drug Designations: Why You Should Care" by Jason Napadano

Quite honestly every time I've changed my position the market has agreed with my assessment of where the share price was headed and I expect it will continue to do so.
Best of luck with your position in AMBS. I expect you'll do very well going forward.
Have a blessed day.
I've changed my position on $AMBS three times due to specific events or situations.
Why don't you research my posts and list the ones over the last ten days where I changed my price target ten times according to your statement.
p.s. Each of the three times I changed my position proved to be quite profitable.
I'll be buying under .073.
I don't expect it to go much lower.
Under my new realistic scenario I think that's a good entry point.
You are correct.
If Gerald was to contact L.P.C. today and tell them he needed them to make a $2,000,000 purchase next Friday how difficult would it be for L.P.C. to manipulate the share price down to the .05 or lower range especially with the low volume?
L.P.C. would then have 40,000,000 shares to dump on the market at any time they chose to do so. Imagine the control they'd have over the share price then.
If you don't think it can happen think again.
I'm still expecting a bottom in the .055-.06 range before the end of the year.
Don't underestimate L.P.C.'s ability to move the share price lower prior to their next buy.
The current daily volume portends of a move lower.
p.s. Did anyone really think that the additional one billion shares would be ignored by the market?
To be a stock analyst and place a sell rating on a stock do you have to have read the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934?
Do you think the analyst/brokerage that has a sell rating on Apple and a $60 price target has read the act? What is your best guess?
You should concern yourself with more important things in life than following one stock.
p.s. I predict the company will do a 1:50 reverse split when the share price is in the .08 range in order to up-list to the NASDAQ in the first half of 2015. What is your prediction?
Thanks for answering my question. I guess there was a large block of shares that was sold last October (173,000,000?) that bounced the number of outstanding shares substantially.
Could you please research this and post the actual number of shares and what the terms of the agreement actually was. You seem to be very good at conducting this type of research.
I'm certain if and when the share price goes lower that you'll certainly be taking advantage of a cheaper share price.
Legal action for posting questions and raising concerns about a company? I'm surprised that there wasn't a class action lawsuit against the company after the LymPro fiasco. Lots of money was loss in the fall from .198. It happened to Al Mann with statements he made regarding Afrezza's anticipated approval before it was rejected the second time.
Good luck with your investment in AMBS. I hope you make a lot of money.
p.s. Once again I'd like it noted that I can no longer respond to private messages as I am no longer a paying member. I am not ignoring your requests for my opinion.
Key words are "potentially" and "if".
What was the number of outstanding shares one year ago? Isn't the number of outstanding shares five times as many today during which time Gerald was acting to minimize shareholder dilution.
Two billion shares is a lot. Can you honestly say that you thought three months ago that the share price would be at .0839 and the company would have two billion shares authorized as of today's date?
When did AMBS last receive any type of grant funding?
If you think the current share price is the bottom I think you should buy all you can afford.
The company will need cash before the end of the year unless they borrow another $500,000 from L.P.C. which happened earlier in the year.
You may want to ask Jason why he can't convince Zacks to put a "buy" rating on AMBS.
I assume it's because it's a penny stock facing substantial dilution.
Let me know if he responds to you. I asked him the same question and didn't get a response.
Don't let the facts get in the way of your perception of reality.
http://www.zacks.com/stock/quote/AMBS
p.s. If there's another Zacks' rating that I'm not aware of please post a link.
LOL!!! I did fine with AMBS last week.
Don't pull out the party favors just yet.
Two billion shares is a lot of shares when L.P.C. can buy as low as four cents.
Best of luck with your AMBS investment. I hope you do as well as I've done.
p.s. I have to believe that there are currently about 1.1 billion shares "in-play" with AMBS. This doesn't include shares that will eventually be sold to L.P.C. to raise cash. Do the research and you'll figure it out.
Note: Due diligence shouldn't consist of only reading company press releases and Gerald's blogs.
Everything I post is either a fact or my opinion.
What did I post that wasn't true?
LOL!!! What do you think stock analysts do?
Don't you understand that there are 1,000's of up-grades and downgrades issued by the major brokerages every month. They're predicting the future all the time.
Why is it that Zacks has a "hold" rating on AMBS and not a "buy" rating? If they thought AMBS's share price was going higher wouldn't Zacks have a "buy" rating on the stock?
The following is the broker's coverage for Apple:
Price Target Summary
Mean Target: 112.64
Median Target: 112.00
High Target: 139.00
Low Target: 60.00
No. of Brokers: 44
Which one is correct? Is Apple worth $139.00 or $60.00? Don't you think it depends on whether you hold a short or long position?
Have a nice day.
p.s. Do you think the major brokerages are trying to influence investors to buy or sell certain stocks? If so, I think someone should notify the S.E.C. and have them investigate these allegations.
Everyone wants to forget the "elephant in the room".
The company now has two billion shares authorized and Gerald has shown no inclination not to dilute.
Lincoln Park Capital can buy shares as low as four cents and they have the ability to move the share price substantially lower before their initial major buy which I expect will occur in November.
The flippers and L.P.C. are in control of the share price. They are the ones making money here.
I've seen post where individuals claimed to own millions of shares of AMBS prior to the last run to .198 and those same individuals claim not to have sold a single share and they think owning million of shares gives them some special level of insight into the future share price when they weren't smart enough to pull some profits off the table. It is what it is.
Best of luck to everyone. I hope all of you make a lot of money in the market.
Don't celebrate too soon.
.071 is far from the bottom.
Don't be holding when it gaps down.
LOL!!! You know nothing.
The outstanding warrants and 154M shares for the 2014 Stock Plan already put them in play.
Please get a clue.
You are now ignored as you obviously don't know what is reality.
Good luck in the market. I think you'll need it.
The company will need to raise cash before the end of November.
It's in L.P.C.'s best interest to have the share price as low as possible.
Interesting weeks ahead.
p.s. The market isn't giving Gerald a pass on the additional one billion shares.
Some individual bought today due to Gerald's tweet about updates being released shortly.
If the updates are nothing more than "puff and fluff" the selling will resume which is what I expect to happen.
I'm still expecting to buy in the .05 - .06 range or lower before the end of the year.
Does anyone know what is the most recent information regarding the cash position for the company?
I'm thinking it's about time that shares get sold to L.P.C. as the company should soon be out of cash.
Expecting a bottom for $AMBS just north of a nickel (.052) before the end of the year (mid November).
Lower if the market correction accelerates.
Best of luck in the market to everyone.
