Lining up...reallly....lmao
In your defense, there is 18 million at trip 1
What??? Ask is 10 times bid....false statement
Balance sheet.and table in 3b followed by notes in financials (section 8).....it is all there...get a calculator
Trying reading again...convertible debt numbers was and still is a huge problem...the issuance tableypu and i agreed on (still think it was convenient BS but at least numbers worked)
A little more now but still pretty weak bid support
3. The convertible debt numbers on balance sheet and table in section 3B don't match....not even close. They don't factor in interest in all notes and the randomly eliminated $13 million off the two biggest CD notes in table but the in the financial notes...they, by their own admission, publish that the notes are due in full
2. The CD issue are sins of the past but, by law, the company must issue shares to mature notes when conversions are sent in to T/A....
1. They raised A/S again to 2.5 billion
Boris late again reporting share numbers to OTC....
Scumbags who are smart, not imbeciles
They make a fortune raping shareholders
Nobody here called CDers imbeciles ....
The CDers are in complete control...because of issuances to said CDers, guessing Boris will not be so timely with his October share update like he was in September
CDers don't have much patience...let the bidwhacking commence
Wow...18 million shares at .001 ask
Only $2700 to trip 8s
Lol....yes he is
L2 is as scary as it has been...2x more shares on ask than bid....huge sign of weakness....if CDers get impatient, this will tap into trip 8s
It won't be shut down...this is the pinks...it will end up no bid if it is a complete scam
Pumpers all gone
Simple....no bid support....no bid support - price goes down after bid whacks clear out bid....investors of tired of CDers bid whacking away relentlessly
Yikes...18 + million shares on the ask @ .0011
Your thoughts on hundreds of millions of shares dumped by CDers? You do know the CDers are the culprit here....
Lmao....uh no. The company cannot repurchase more than 25% of the avg daily volume over the previous four weeks not to mention that they lack the cash...clearly your opinions not based on facts
Really makes you wonder if TommyBoy is a CDer....he works hard pumping this thing to get people to buy his shares and disappears until his next lot clears....hmmmmm
Please tell me your thought process has shifted after this massive CDer dump
Whoa trip 9s again....64 million dumped
They could not possibly funnel money back to issuer (sarcasm font)...that violates a half dozen SEC and IRS laws
You don't honestly believe that garbage do...
If you sell them at bid....yes it is...a 72-share dump
This wreaks of CDers being handed outshares and dumping....but I guess we have to wait until November 19 for the next set of inaccurate financials to be posted to see who got issued what
Anything sold heavy handed at bid is considered dumping...and you know that
Your 72 shares are part of the float....look at the DTC number to see what is exactly tradeable
Turn around fair play....he asks me to verify....asking him to do the same
It was .0011 x .0012....could not hold it....smh
And bam...300k bidhwacked away
Again, please show the exact page in financials that shows Exxe paying down long term debt in financials....and not their tweeted BS....cash flow statement shows ZERO long term debt paid in FY 24
300k at bid...4.5m at ask...you are looking at it backwards
Please show page in financials that shows paying down long term debt in financials....and not their gobbly gook verbiage....cash flow statement shows ZERO long term debt paid in FY 24
