Years , never ….
Highly unlikely it seems for it to be sooner that years. Unless of course they have a miracle planned, but wouldn’t bank on it
What do you mean for how long ?
Adar Bays ??? VIBI now has a president familiar with Adar Bays, whether anything comes of it is to be determined. Although unlikely IMO
Grey sheets on Friday.
Rock Chalk Jayhawk. Good luck $VIBI
It might be possible depending on this Daniel guy and whatever he has planned
At this point , nothing has been done outside of the reinstatement in Nevada.
It’ll trade on the greys once the suspension / halt is over … whether there are filings or not.
So that would be this Friday, which is 10 trading (14 actual) days.
So what happens if the new management files an S-1 instead of the Form 10?
Meaning what happens to the current shareholders ? Wiped away ?
In theory, even if let’s say a miracle occurs and financials are completed and uploaded within a month, the actual review process at the SEC can take 2 years , correct ?
Point being it doesn’t matter how quickly the company gets the information together at this point?
Renee ~ would they have to become up to date (current) with their financials to file the Form 10?
SOS Re-Instatement really plays no part in the SEC’s current actions against VIBI.
Although I will say , if nothing else, the timing of re-instatement and change of “management” is interesting. Not sure anyone was expecting to see that during the 10 day suspension / halt.
Wonder what the story is behind all this? Why waste your time ? It’s only a couple hundred bucks to get reinstated so it might just be a gamble or what not
lol there’s more where that came from
Well that would make sense. Otherwise it seems like they just threw money down the toilet right ?
Just curious , how long before the registration is revoked ?
Yup ; they lost money here as well, curious what they paid for the shares
If it was .0001 it’s about 29k , prob a drop In the bucket for them
Viola’s DCAC is a predictable disaster. Rinse and repeat
In theory that is correct.
SS will increase tomorrow based on the volume here today.
There hasn’t been consistent volume in a long long time.
Just the nature of this stock. Quick spikes and drops, and then dead.
Hence why people are hesitant here, can get stuck a a bit
Ouch imagine if they gave them cash for shares in exchange for VIBI becoming current.
Too bad they didn’t make it In time
Figured that, thanks.
They would have to get current in a hurry. If their registration is revoked , they would have to go through the entire S-1 and all that jazz which takes forever.
Additionally it’s not just get current, they would need a MM to sign a Form 211 to trade again.
It can definitely happen, but it can take a while.
Nobody knows , and since they held less than 10%, we won’t know.
Understood , however the post on VIBI board had nothing to do with that.
Any follow up to the last email from Gert ? Just curious
He didn’t mention the VIBI tweet account ….
Come on DCAC is an OTC stock …
On the OTC people prefer a 4 billion A/S with a 3.5 billion O/S
Less room for dilution and the company dumping on any pump/momo play
Don’t believe me, look around the OTC and the biggest runners.
Violas issue is he did this before , maxed out the O/S and then did a reverse split.
He did however not change the A/S, which was left at 6 billion.
That’s a chit ton of shares available to dump on investors, hence why a OTC with a O/S below 400 million is trading at .004 and lower. And oh yeah, they have a business operation and profits , go figure.
Leaving the A/S as if was a dumbass move
4k you mean , regardless still a bunch
He hasn’t responded to this point it seems, not sure what the probability is that he will in this case either.
I have seen some screen shots of emails floating around where he supposedly says he’s working on it , but then again , that’s assuming it’s him and not someone else responding from the email address.
If anything , they would have to file a new S1 to get onto the market at some point.
Indeed. Despite what they say about Gert coming to the table and getting current ; doesn’t matter now.
So essentially there is a 0% chance this trades again on the OTC Pink Market.
Even if they register for reinstatement, it’s years down the road.
Yes it’s the risk. No financials unfortunately leaves the door open for such things.
I hear ya, strange you bought back into VIBI after
Saying you were reporting to the SEC. maybe just wanted a lower price point lol
Dam man, I thought you got out based on your previous posts about people flipping VIBI during the recent runs. And the post about reporting VIBI to the SEC

Losing money sucks. In the same boat here.
Renee , quick question about VIBI , for educational purposes if nothing else.
What happens if they actually do file all updated financial information. Now, I know that is unlikely and unprecedented, but if they did, what happens then.
From my experience, 99.99% of these companies never respond to the SEC, nor do they actually follow up on any of the part due filings, which is why they are eventually completely dissolved.
Correct . This is the reason why these situations don’t work out. The companies don’t have the money or resources to catch up on 2, 3 ,4 years of financials.
In the case of VIBI, they owe financials starting period ending 6/2019. So almost exactly two years worth.
The fiscal year ends 3/31 so they owe 2 yearly (2020,2021) and 6 quarterly filings.
Unless they were already working on them, it’s gonna be tough sledding.
Yup understood. They never file updated financial so that’s not surprising
So it’s for not filing financials. Thanks Renee.
That’s usually the case.
