Most likely will be called early.
Mixed up my meeting dates.
Vote tomorrow and no posts. So here's one.
What happens to SPAC units after merger that are not split by the holder before the merger/ticker change?
Someone help me understand the 10X folks are talking about with IPOB Opendoor.
2019 rev $4.7B, CP says $9.8B by 2023, so where does the 10X come from? Just from an increasing multiple?
Aside from the fee that may be required of your broker, there is no fee from the transfer company. This from fidelity:
Thank you for reaching out to us regarding a fee charged by the transfer agent of Tortoise Acquisition Corporation (SNPRU). I am happy to assist you with this and hope you are well.
If there is a fee from a transfer agent during a corporate action like this, the fee is passed to the brokerage firm to charge the shareholder. Since there is no fee listed in the corporate action details, there will not be a fee for the split.
Anything.
Thanks. I new the owners' shares had more restrictions. it was just a very high PIPE percentage.
Does this large PIPE percentage of 41.5% bother anyone other than me?
Disclosure, I am long.
PIPE shares registration within 15 days of merger.
The proceeds will be funded through a combination of Switchback’s approximately $317 million cash in trust, assuming no redemptions by Switchback stockholders, and a $225 million PIPE of common stock valued at $10.00 per share led by institutional investors including Baillie Gifford and funds managed by Neuberger Berman Alternatives Advisors.
In addition, Switchback’s sponsor and certain other of its founder stockholders have agreed that a portion of their equity will vest only if following the closing the share price of ChargePoint exceeds $12.00 per share for any ten trading days within any twenty consecutive trading day period prior to the fifth anniversary of the closing of the transaction."
Remdesivir fully approved by FDA.
Remdesivir fully approved by FDA.
Still waiting.
Read the operating costs in the investor presentation again and look at the fuel cost assumptions. They are not currently correct. Not saying they won't be by production time.
"But Hyliion also believes that the total cost of owning and operating a truck with an ERX drivetrain will be lower than for conventional diesel-powered trucks available today -- even with a higher upfront cost."
Percentage of PIPE shares.
Can one of the mods get in touch with an iHub admin? The HYLN board was closed and moved everyone here, and now it needs to go back. iHub will not do this on its own.
Anyone know the PIPE lockup, off hand?
$23. Everything is 2x a normal spac.
Buy more shares with 2/5 (or 3/5) warrants attached or just warrants> Your thoughts?
Call your broker NOW.
Typically 30 days, share price should not take a hit as the dilution should be baked in, but might go down a little due to folks not understanding.
Or, based on the offering statement, they can call the warrants for redemption if they so decide.
I think the split is at the market close.
Is anyone else having the warrants track properly on Yahoo Finance in a portfolio? Shows the day price, % change and gain, but only for the day...not within the portfolio. All those fields are blank.
I would rather get news yhat shuts Scooter up than raises the share price.
Talk about a log term play.
Vote delay. Seriously?
Utz board open.
Welcome former CCH shareholders.
Author in disclosure says he's short.
So, just the weekend to keep posting here as Monday one of us will request a UTZ board. It'll be sad to see the original go, but all children must grow up.
So what? Lawyers have been doing this for all SPACs.
I think the fund is too small, or they will acquire a company with no revenue, just an idea.
You know that your broker lied to you about Microsoft's market cap.
Because it trades on the Swiss market during the US overnight until 11am (maybe 11;30am ET). So we open based on where they are at the time.
And multiple therapeutics, based on production demands and the phase of C19 of the patient.
One drug is not going to open or save the world.
Just as an FYI. Aside from extraordinary events, the financial news networks (CNBC, BB, FB) do NOT cover OTC stocks as they have policy restrictions on what companies they can cover based on where they are listed, market cap and trading volume.
While CYDY did get a screen mention of FB a while back, that was an outlier event.
If you want mainstream financial news, you need to be a mainstream company.
Will uplisting help that? Of course. But it doesn't mean we'll get coverage unless there is news that is really news.
Agree. One drug can't immediately save the world. Everything that's approved will be thrown at this. And once the dust settles, the top 2 or 3 will remain...but for each phase of the virus.
AH bump probably due to Shack Shack upgrade.
Sounds like you bought the Swiss issues not the OTC.
