I don't read that at all. I'd like a payout too but I'm not seeing what everyone else is talking about based on what is showing in the docs. this has been a long wait so i guess I'll wait to see if any of it ends up coming our way.

it's been a while since i seen that so i just had to. This is just another repeating cycle for this stock. We should all be used to the ups and downs til a real event happens. i always make sure to sell as we go up and buy on the way down. helps ease the pain of many years with this stock.

that only makes sense if you think escrows are still going to be paid. others cut out the last part of your theory where you start talking about escrows. Since the BOD never mention anything about escrows, I'm going with the latter.

ya INV take a look at the other side. they point at documents that were used to come up with our por 7 which makes those documents irrelevant. they believe they are fighting a fight no one with power even cares about. they believe in a massive cover up which will resolve itself "someday" which will make the majority of escrow holders rich. they still think after almost 7 years there is a rocket ship to the moon.

they can if it is legally binding. imagine buying a house for $200,000. It goes down 10 years from now. you cannot go back to the seller and get the difference back.

i wouldnt say it was fair. what i think is fair or not has no standing on if we get billions back. i also think i dont get paid enough at work but alas i have no control of that either. it is what it is. i am painfully waiting just as long as everyone else to see how this turns out. i have no choice.

i got escrows and that doesnt change the fact that billions wont be heading our way. those small amount of shares we got earlier is not even worth talking about. hoping doesnt change the fact that it has been years later.

just because we have escrows doesnt mean there will be billions. they cant remove them as everything is not settled yet but that doesnt mean there will be billions.
maybe some think its an initial payment however jpm doesnt think so. have you seen any reference that they are going to just lose 127 billion? i think shareholders would care but i guess they dont as there is no threat of that happening.
