Nothing new has happened. The company has not produced a single dollar of revenue from product sales (unless you count shares of stock).

They can obtain all the distributors and vendor numbers they want. Without selling any product it all means NOTHING.

They can announce all the new product they want. Until they produce it all means NOTHING.

You may want to go back to late 2010 and look at the various new products announced. Atomic Dog Supersoda and new tea flavors ring a bell??

Nobody is buying at 0002 as I have had a boatload of shares for sale there for weeks. Not a single share sold. Impossible to sell for 0002 when the company/504's are dumping at 0001......

Its typical boiler plate verbiage that HAS to be in there. The truth is they cannot guarantee that they will 100% emerge from BK according to the Plan, accepted or not. There is always SOME detail of risk involved.

What did ever happen to that uplisting that they PR'd?? That lie should've helped them sell at least a billion shares. Thanks Calvin.

I'm not sure what that means, but the year end financials are NOT going to show where the cash came from to pay this most recent tax debt.

Those currently supporting the company seem to have predecessors that did exactly the same. Interesting that they can't see what the company is doing here, AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN.

Care to speculate where the money came from to settle the tax debt??

What does SHG have to do with any of this? If you read any of their info dumps on their FB page its pretty clear how this company treats anyone who speaks out against their agenda. But with that said, I don't really have one opinion one way or the other. I do appreciate their openness and assumed honesty; much more than can be said about HFB.

I still own many, many shares and of course I am here to make money; we all are, but some in different ways than others. I'm not going to lower myself to other's levels of lying simply to attempt to recoil my current paper loss. It's unethical and above all else illegal.

I am an honest person and believe in attempting to protect further damage to any potentially new investors by putting all the cards out on the table. It's how I sleep at night. I wish the company would do the same and live by a moral code of honesty and respect. Calvin Ross is a dog lacking all of the aforementioned. Although I am down big, I will not be going anywhere, whether I sell or not, until the rightful justice is served on all parties involved in perpetuating this share selling scam.

Regarding the SEC, I don't feel I need to provide proof to you nor anyone else on this board. I promise you that my information comes from reliable sources (yes, multiple sources). Check my posting record. I have absolutely ZERO reason to lie or persuade anyone one way or the other.

Regarding the lying from the company in PR's: one must reread the past PR's to find the truth. If one truly believes that things just "didn't work out", then I don't know what to tell you other then I shouldn't have even wasted my time replying. They PR'd DONE DEALS and later RETRACTED THEIR PREVIOUS STATEMENTS. LIES LIES LIES

You do realize that the company admitted to lying to shareholders via PR's??? That is the #1 sign of an SEC investigation and ongoing scam! Especially in the penny world!

Because its easier for the company to sell billions at .00011 per share than to make their business practices ethical and proper.

Hey Brad, you may want to apply for a City of Las Vegas business license before they shut the new office down. The City inspectors have already been notified multiple times and they take operating without a business license very seriously.

Just by associating with these criminals he has put himself in a very bad position. Please do call the attorney and get a response to report back here. I'm not sure why you haven't called him yet, as a matter of fact. If you want factual, concrete answers to your questions you should be asking the attorney handling all of this, not a bunch of investors on an internet forum.

I do have to give credit where credit is due, you have skin in the game and that is more than can be said for ANYONE else at HFB.

I would like, however, to see a filing with your or Mr. Love or Mr. Johnson's name on it SOMEWHERE. I'm sure you can understand why we, as shareholders, need to see this. The website is garbage, representatives of HFB have been unresponsive and/or outright vulgar when I've asked them questions, and past PR's have been chock full of lies.

Hopefully you can shape things up over there. Are you working out of the Vegas office?

Not the most share wise or dollar wise, but getting up there. Without a doubt its the kind of support we need to see after the blood bath the past few days have been!
