Thanks, helps a lot.

low, what do you think of CDR? From 52 week high to 52 week low in a matter of few days, it is coming back up strongly. It is a REIT as well.
Thanks

ahh ok
ICOA .0008 gap filled. I was expecting yesterday, but emotions were too high. Filled today.

Thanks to your advice yesterday, made my killing

Here there were no small bottles on display, just 10 big bottles in two columns, right in the middle of the counter. Very encouraging.

Shrewsbury, NJ Update
Went by Benjamin & Moores at Shrewsbury, NJ and found a fresh shipment of Winning Colours right on the front display in front of the counter.
Picked one up and rang it, and asked the salesman "how is this selling?". He took the bottle, looked at it and said, "Winning Colours, yeah lot of it, sells like crazy around here, lot of people buying it."
So, there you have it folks, this location at-least seems consistently selling it quite well, without discounts. I paid $9.93 for my bottle. I'll be back in a few weeks to check out the progress, and if Eric adds more shops in NJ, I will drop by them as well.

The best I can make of it, they left some of my shares off the calculation, although I had them for a while before the deadline.
Got mine on ETrade, 1 share of #B017993 for every 1153 shares of EATR.

Haven't sold one stock yet, been adding nicely, in fact. I know this looks bleak, but I am in for the long haul. These dips below penny are a nice opportunity to add.

Yummo, feeding time
Where does it say A/S is 500M in that news?
I got mine, but I am trying to clear my powder as fast as I can, please don't let this run yet , I want to buy a million more.
HE HE HE HE!! Guess who
Why do I get the feeling that this line of reasoning makes sense? Wait, because it does.
I was at the ask which is now bid
Man, I am not getting filled
WAIT WAIT WAIT!! I haven't bought yet WAIT
MBST baby, look at her go
HE HE, I got in again yesterday and at much lower
MBST - float locked up tight. Time to move higher.
MBST is flying
This is a long term hold for me, and these dips provide a nice opportunity to add some cheapies.
The company has a couple of good products, with one potential super star product. They are well established in canadian stores, and are still trying to get into a large USA account. They have had to raise money through 504(b) and hence there has been dilution. That said, the dilution has thus far not been so heavy like companies that went from an A/S of 500m to 1.5b to 5b to 10b to R/S. The A/S has stayed the same all these years and the O/S is roughly 1.6b as of now, a bit on the high side.
The company has stated in writing that it wants to purchase shares back from open market with profit. The trouble with that is that it becomes expensive to do it. But, at-least as of now, this is what they are saying.
The CEO is a honest and hard working guy, regardless of the complaints you see here today. The lynch mob is out today. He has always communicated every single development to this board, and then some. Some would say he is too verbose, I would rather have that than no communications whatsoever. He also seems to be an excellent salesman and socially responsible person.
The company is thinly staffed and so the overhead expenses are more in manufacturing and inventory than personnel. They do not audit their financials and the TA is gagged, but the company posts O/S on its website and updates it regularly and also files with Pinksheets.com. The stated goal is to uplist to an exchange as soon as it can.
Sales have not been commensurate with expectations and also it has been rumored that they will lost Walmart in Canada due to pricing issues, that more than anything else caused the stock to tank in the recent days. Also, the investor who buys the 504(b) common stock at discount from the company directly seems to be selling it almost immediately every time, and so there has always been more selling than buying. This has also not helped the stock price.
I have talked to some reliable traders and they feel that WNBD is heavily promoted and shares dumped on the promotions. I cannot vouch for that, because I have never seen this stock promoted. The company has been very honest about its stock.
This stock is actually a good swing play. It will go back up to the 1 cent range soon and then dives back to .008 and then goes back. So, there is some money to be made, however, the volume is not great, so I don't know if you can make a lot of money. My average is about a 1 cent right now and my time frame to sell is at-least 12 months away, if not more.
This is a 1000 feet overview of the state of affairs and you can now make your decision based on this

I am sorry, but who do you think entrepreneurs are? Rich, single playboys who have no domestic needs? Sorry my friend, 99.99% of all entrepreneurs are just like you and me, middle class and very well educated who are married with children. Just because they want to start their own company to bring an idea to market, does not mean they get no reasonable salary in the short term, to take care of their domestic needs.
Unless you have had a successful exit or two in the past, chances are, you have almost nothing in the bank and are relying upon the finances of the company to pay some reasonable figure, not too much, not too low. You don't want the CEO of the company cleaning toilets at night for a living, do you? If you treat the business as a separate entity from your persona, then it becomes easy to understand, Eric as a person is an employee of Winning Brands Corporation, simple. Why should he not get paid for all the work he is doing? You see, you and I, we own this company too, so in that sense, we are Eric's boss. Does that mean we should not work elsewhere for a salary? Think about it.

Very interesting
Lucky you, I could not free up cash quickly enough for the .006s, had to pick up a half million at .0075 today . Still incredibly cheap as they come by, I am like a stork, can wait all day long for my fish
- Crowded Mind
Looks like I might have to, after all.
Damn, you guys were supposed to sell me cheapies, I only go 10% of my bid .
I have seen TAKI make very consistently good calls in the past, except one or two that went astray *COUGH*XPH , and he might be right in this one as well, I won't dispute his take on the state of union. But I think I'll wait till Jan 2011 anyway.

Yup, I have been reading the last two days posts, and sure enough, they are exactly the same as 6 months before, which were the same as 6 months before that.
For all the sellers, please do sell more, I am poor, but I want to buy a boatload more, so the cheaper the better for me

Y'all will love this. I went to Benjamin & Moore paint store at Shrewsbury, NJ to pick up a bottle of Winning Colours. I went to the shelf, and lo and behold, they had only small bottles, about 10 of them. I thought maybe they don't stock up the big bottles, maybe it doesn't sell much. I went to the customer support desk and asked if they had the big bottles, and the gentleman said that he just got a shipment of bottles two days ago and he's already sold out . All the bottles sold out in two days, he said WC is flying off the shelf and he is placing a larger order today. I searched the entire store and finally found a large bottle hidden away in another shelf and picked up that and three small bottles as well. This stuff is rocking folks. Put on your seat belts and enjoy the ride.

Does anyone here know the history of the company? Why are they listed in Pinksheets if they are as old as they claim? Did they become delinquent in their filings and moved to Pinksheets from Nasdaq? Also, does anybody know how long has the current executive team been associated with this company?
Thanks In Advance

Well, I have seen stocks beaten down and then run 1000s of % within a few days. If this is a legit company, then the stock should catch up at some point. In the meantime, I'll go back to the offices sometime next month when I am back in town. Maybe someone will answer the door this time.
- Crowded Mind
Somehow, I find it difficult to believe that they are still moving 7 months after that post. Startups don't have the kinda moola that allows them to hold two office suites. I have worked for many startups and each time my company moved, it moved out completely off the old building and moved in completely into the new building. Unless they are sitting on tens of millions of $$$$ cash on hand.
The 20 million increase in the OS is probably paid out to buyins.net for their services. Assuming an average of .0025 for the 20,000,000 shares, it works out to just $50,000, just not worth the dilution if it is for cash purposes.

Good night crew, good day today. We'll be back in force tomorrow.
All that says is that none of the current holders are selling out. I would actually say that the interest level is quite high here. If I am not interested, I would sell out and move on. The fact that nobody is selling here speaks volumes.
