The facts speak for themselves.
No financials, no earnings, no
reliable guidance, & promises
of news that fail to materialize.
On top of that Wiley has failed
to pay taxes for ATWEC and has
found a way to let (2) homes be
forclosed on in the last two months.
Blinders are hard to remove.
Try it with just a portion of your
Atwec stake and Invest with
a more transparent company.
You might be glad you did.
This POS is being sold.
Take the freaking blinders off.
You're only kidding yourself!!
Are you sure

Are you insane!
What analysis did you use
to conclude that this POS
is worth anything more than
$0.0003?

recent S-1 (top of page 42)
Right!
Supporting a POS that has lost you a
bundle is pumping. When all evidence
says that this company is a failure,
believe it.
Show any progress this company has
made at increasing shareholder value
and I might become a believer.
Again, delinquent 2008 Shelby County
taxes and two foreclosures do not
equate into a successsful business.
Your reluctance to turn enormous
paper losses into actual losses is
nobody's problem but your own.
Remove the "Blinders". Trying to convince
others that your analysis of ATWEC is
valid speaks volumes about your lack of
experience (not mine).
Understand This Anyone New Here
The Pumpers on this board have lost a bundle.
Since 2007, I've lost over $300.
They(the pumpers) are in much deeper.
They refuse to take their loss and move on.
Don't let them sucker you in.
Tax delinquencies, foreclosures and the lack
of financials should be enough to sway your opinion.
Maybe a lack of real revenues plus a BS PR claiming
delivery of unnamed products will convince you.
The Facts Speak For Themselves
New Product
Who are you trying to kid.
Wiley has already claimed in PR that
"ATWEC Begins Delivering the Next Generation
of Its Safety Products."
If it's already been delivered, someone knows
about it. Why not the Investors?
Wiley's desperate.
He still hasn't paid Shelby County taxes for
2008. Add that to the two recent foreclosures
and you've got what?
Some of you would claim that this indicates a
healthy business on the verge of greatness.
Take the blinders off and see this POS for what
it really is: A company going nowhere fast
except maybe into bankruptcy court.
Don't be taken along for the ride.
P.S. Wiley has had many years of economic growth
to generate revenues. This economic downturn is
about to crush his dreams.
Don't let him crush yours.
No Opinion?
This board room shuffle brings more(?)
independence. I guess.
Maybe Iroquois is looking for a way in.
Not the worst of company.

It's still under a buck.
A Spec, but a spec with financials.
I'm in a little. Doing more homework.
I'm just about out of this loser (ATWT.PK) - At a Loss.
Guess I've learned another lesson.

What else do you people need to see that this guy is a loser when it comes to running a business and his personal finances.
Today was kind of like a lightbulb before it burns out.
$400M Shares Outstanding
35.5M Float. And this is after a 1 for 50
reverse split in the second half of 2008.
If this isn't a shaft job in the making
(again), I'm missing something.
Looks to me like the company is diluting
the float on a regular basis while insiders
maintain their ownership.

May be a good company, but I see nothing to
indicate this is a good stock to own at this
price. $0.005 or lower sounds like a good
entry point.
Good luck though. I'm staying clear until
they begin filing quarterly reports.

NEWS Item on Web Site
Only 1 1/2 months old. Not bad.
Maybe.
Still, I am not about to give up on a
company I had little faith in to begin
with.
Why do you think something is in the
works?
I'm playing this @ < $0.0003 after
losing a few hundred back in 2007.
Thanks all for reading & replying to my posts.
Wiley is MIA []as usual. A ploy I say.
Nonetheless, an unprofitable one.
Unless you're heavily into this company,
I say hang tight.
Wiley has somewhat of a personal agenda regarding
his lack of communication with average speculators
like most of us.
Either we deal with his perfectly legitimate inner
circle bias, or we succomb to his natural tendency
to prefer one group over the other.
Good luck to all
He's still got 1/2 an hour or so...eom
My e-mail to Mr Wiley on 10/27
Mr Wiley:
Your lack of periodic updates to investors is disheatening.
When such is the case, I am forced to investigate on my
own. What I've found indicates that ATWEC is barely hanging
on. Your sale of 178M shares @ $0.0001 on January 14,2009
speaks volumes.
Apparently, you felt the company was worth little more than
$180K. Why else would you dump the additional shares
onto the market? A 10% holder (insider) would not sell at
such a tremendous loss if he/she knew the company was
headed in a positive direction. They would if they knew ATWEC
was about to go under. Since the stock is still trading, the only
logical seller is you or the Market Maker of ATWEC stock.
Any CEO worth his salt would promptly notify investors if the
MM's were manipulating the stock to such a degree. Since you
didn't, I have to assume you were the seller.
Maybe you were desperate for cash. Shelby County tax records
do indicate you are delinquent on 2008 taxes. You failed to become current after your $18K payday. Since taxes were not a priority, one has to assume the company's future is in doubt.
On January 30, 2009 you indicated that you were positive about the company's future. You also said, "2009 offers an opportunity to position us for what will ultimately become a bullish market again."
If passage of legislation in Wisconsin did not provide the company with such a bullish market, what will?
I am always on the lookout for nano-cap stocks like ATWEC. I am not a seller at this point. Neither am I a buyer with such a deafening silence from the CEO.
Too bad. I actually thought you had a shot at making it.
Follows is his reply on 10/29
Tom,
In response to your comments ATWEC is very much alive. In a market that has your blue chip company knees buckling makes no sense for a small cap like ATWEC to raise up at this time. Remember timing is everything.
I will issue a press release before Thanksgiving to give our investors an update on ATWEC.
Those allogations you are making I care not to respond to any of that.
My life is in ATWEC and you bet your by golly I plan to see this ship reach its destination.
Thank you for your support
Alex Wiley
If you'd like my e-mail to Alex T.,
and his response. please respond to
my post.
It's what's been intimated on this board.
but I can verify it.
If you use one line posts that offer no content,
get bent.
Real Soon ...eom
...eom means end of message
so I don't have to waste my time opening
messages that contain nothing more than
a heading.
Nothing personal. The majority of posters on this
board are guilty.
By the way, I sent an e-mail to Wiley and he
responded. PR coming soon.
The Real Question
is whether or not the news,
when it finally does arrive,
will reveal concrete results
instead of the vague projections
offered all too often.
What do you think?
or as often as needed,
I believe, conveys my
point without suggesting
that I know with any
certainty that news will be
released this week.
"or as often as needed" was
quoted from 1-30-09's release.
If anything, it points to
a frustration probably shared
by many on this board.
A tentative prediction follows
that Wiley will copy past behaviour.
News Out Thursday or Friday...
"or as often as needed."
Wiley's verification would be nice
I suppose someone got tired of waiting
and sold 1M+ shares.
I'll zero this stock out and even buy more
@ .0002 or even .0001
Hopefully, Wiley has begun composing his
October report to investors.

Taxes are late for 2008
But, look at the increase in assessment
from 2006 to 2007.
Some kind of investment was made into the
business.
Wonder if Wiley has anything to do with
the other businesses listed at 2799 Broad Ave.

178M shares on January 14,2009.
Or maybe those were yours. Since
I seriously doubt that, Wiley, in
effect sold over 10% of his company
for less than $18K.
Must be nice.
Or Are We Going
to cash in on a nice payday for
hanging with this sand bagger?
Either he's a total bum or he's
checking his hand till the pot
gets fat.
Somewhere in the middle would suffice.
I Knew News Was Hard To Come By
when I first traded this stock back
in 2007. I lost a few hundred on that
go-around, but kept a some shares to
try another day.
I, for one, am not too concerned about
the shares outstanding or the future
possibility of a reverse split.
What I find so perplexing is my blind
faith in a man who continually dumps
shares onto our lap and merely says
he would like to extend his utmost
appreciation to ATWEC shareholders for
their strong commitment to ATWEC.
Are we all just big Suckers being reeled
in by a man who'd have trouble selling
water in the desert and turning a profit?
Wedge Tested briefly on upside
and once on downside (@.355)
No confirmation on either side.
Still, MM's make it difficult to
read any movement. Patience is the
key here, unless you're buying.

Orphan Status indicates exclusivity
for 7 years post-approval.
Tularemia and Plague affect less
than 200k Americans, hence, one
reason for the designation.
Another concession made by the FDA, during approval of an orphan drug, is recognition that Phase III clinical trials on 1000 people might not always be possible, due to a lack of individuals with the condition in question.
Since Restanza has already shown safety
in PhIII CAP trials, indications for Plague,
Anthrax and Tularemia could meet almost
immediate FDA approval if Dept of Defense so desires.

Like I Said, "No Fun Here"...EOM
Seriously Though
Nice to see the weak hands flee.
I'm betting $0.0012 -> $0.0050
Already Gave My Estimate
1.6B shares translates into company value of:
$168M @ .10 (No way)
$16.8M @ .01 (Doubt it)
$8.4M @ .005 (More like it. Still...)
$4.2M @ .0025 (Maybe)
$2M @ .0012 (Good Possibility)
Just needs a shot in the arm. When it gets it,
50M shares won't stop it.
No Fun Here
No one will take a guess at the
possible value of this company.
It's worth Something!
