900,000 shares (looks like 3 purchases) and PPS up 30% ???
I will put my broker on notice also. I suspect his firm not to bother with PS stocks.
Veltex Analyst Changes from Barohn to David Tildesley, CFA
Apr 19, 2004 (financialwire.net via COMTEX) -- (FinancialWire) Investrend Research has announced that the analyst for Veltex Corporation (OTC: VLVT) is now David G. Tildesley, CFA, replacing Gary Barohn, CFA, whose other commitments prevent him from preparing the company's Focus Research Report in a timely
fashion.
THAT WAS 6 WEEKS AGO.
I assume that this guy will have his report ready sometime in June???
GLTY
By the way we also have a lottery tonight...who knows ?
However at the present time I feel my odds to be better with Veltex than with the lottery (odds: 1 in 13,750,000).
I tought from an old post of yours that you were dreaming of a $ 0.40/share PPS.
This one could still have been covered by my sentence: "However, speculation could boost this justifyable PPS to ...".
Sorry I did burst your bubble.
Let's make a deal ...
- You go back to sleep,
- You get back to your dream and
- You pray (i join you in this prayer) that I was full of it in my previous analysis... I mean: "was to pessimistic".
May your dream come true!!!
At current level of O/S (175,000,000) this would mean a capitalisation of $ 175,000,000.00.
Assuming a multiple of 7, as quoted by Shane Rodgers (whoever he is) as reasonnable in his recent interview, Veltx would have to generate a net profit of $ 25,000,000 or so or 14 cents/share (15 times what they did in 2003).
That is very unlikely before many years if everything goes right and what we saw up to now is to be confirmed by credibly and reported audited financials.
Personally, notwithstanding this critical "IF", I look forward (in my optimistic moments) to a verifyable profit of + or - $ 2,500,000 in 2004 therefor a PPS of + or - $ 0.10.
However, speculation could boost this justifyable PPS to 15 to 20 cents per share for a while.
Whenever this range (10 to 20 cents per share) is reached, I assume we will live thru a R/S creating a PPS allowing us to move to a real market (AMEX ???)
This being said, CREDIBILITY remains THE issue and can be acquired IF:
- Fully audited financials are released and regularly reported to SEC,
- Large customers are identified, demonstrating acceptance of our products (quality, prices, ...).
For the moment, Veltex is very speculative and IF everything goes a dreamed herein, we should see a 10 cents PPS sometime in first half 2005.
Till then, keep your fingers crossed.
I wonder what happenned.
After the 3:15PM transaction (10,000 shares), the total number of shares traded today was 1,827,000. Suddenly in the last trading minutes, on PinkSheets volume became 2,432,000 shares traded and these last transactions never came up on FreeRealTime???
600,000 shares that I didn't see going. The reason I noticed is I had a ask for 100,000 shares at 0.01, got 25,000 just before 3 and never got the other 75,000 even if the 0.01 price was hit by almost 1,000,000 shares thereafter.
Trading on penny stocks is always challenging. Even if what is needed for our PPS is done by the company, the MM's will control the market till Veltex gets listed on a Real stock market ... if ever.
Interesting question to put with Paul at E & E.
Tough to get additional shares at $ 0.01 right now!
Anyone found out who Shane Rodgers (last week interview) is?
Just listen to the Paul's interview. Nothing new but one more location where someone can learn about the company.
I also noted that this time, Paul didn't feel necessary to insist on the fact that our stock would be extremely undervalued.
2,000,000 shares (3 trades) in less than 5 minutes. Even at 0.01 this represents a buy of $ 20,000. Wherever the shares came from, somebody bought them.
Someone found reasons to beleive out there.
Here are some comments I noted from Shane Rogers interview. I do not know when this interview was made but based on its content it is very up to date (including 2003 recently released numbers).
1 - The fact that VLVT is currently trading at 1 time earnings may be explained by the fact it is listed on PS market. To attract required capital needed to finance expansion this will have to be changed (management expect to do it). Normal multiplier in the industry should be in the 5 to 7 range (I consider that conservative).
2 - 900 employees in Bingladesh and 30 to 35 in USA (wharehousing and head office). 15 people actually in sales all accross USA. Plan to grow to 35 in 2004.
3 - Fixed assets are worth $ 10,000,000, the company has very small debts and Matin has invested $ 7,000,000 himself in the company.
4 - Low earnings (???) of 2003 do reflect departure of the transportation sector (40 trucks). Wasn't it for that, earning would have been 50 to 60% higher. Therefore, forecasting revenues of $ 25,000,000 in 2004 and not having this impact, earning would make the real value of the stock great.
5- The company expect to participate in most of the 24 business shows available to them in 2004. Key to getting new customers.
Outstanding interview. Who is this guy (I missed it if the interview mentionned it...
I have informed E & E of the requirement to review the site which is pretty much what you describe.
However, going to "+ website links" you get to a site that allows you to click on http://www.veltexapparel.com. That site up right corner offers you to click on product lines giving you short descriptions (and pictures) of what the company offers.
Curious set up an this last site needs a lot of improvements whenever Matin accept to invest in it.
We know (from the company's release) that this site (revenues, O/S,...) is not up to date and I hope they soon include up to date data and a picture of whatever facilities they have in Bingladesh.
Undervalued stock? We will know much better whenever the company reports to SEC. If recent releases are true, we are undervalued 1 to 15. The issue is the "if".
From my following of this stock for years and doing as much DD as I could, I now beleive Veltex is for real. However it is still a non reporting company and that allows doubts and therefore makes this stock a speculation presenting high risk but low cost.
From what I can see and get from sources, I am optimistic that sooner than later, the cat will come out of the bag. As I wrote earlier, the company now (last 6 months or so) looks much more professionnal in whatever we can withness and/or read and I feel they are executing a plan of action leading to normalisation of the company.
However these feelings are obviously not yet shared by the market. Look forward to see whose feelings are right.
To quote you at your best: "BAWhahahahahhahahahahahahhahaha!"
No more interest in addressing you.
Right on... C R E D I B I L I T Y is THE issue.
Solution: Normally reported, credibly audited financials.
My view: Current releases do come from the on-going process of getting to that point in a more or less near future.
They now seem to have numbers for 2001, 2002 and 2003 and I assume they actually put Q1/04 in shape so they can release them soon.
I do not know for a fact but I FEEL that they are actively working toward making the company credible thru normal reporting and offering greater transparency (we still have to get a proof that Bingladesh, the basis of this business, exists for a fact and understand its capabilities).
Looking at the last 3 to 6 months (releases, shows, decisions, ...) this looks much more serious than it did before (lack of follow up on promisses, no verifyable public activities, inconsistent IR/PR's,...).
This being said, third party testimonies (auditors, analysts, customers, ...) will be required to render currently available information CREDIBLE.
If what was released up to now is real then our shares (assuming 200,000,000 out there) should be worth at the very least $.0.10 may be even $ 0.20 before mid-2005 (capitalization of $20 to $40 millions).
Note the "if" however...
Catching up on my reading of messages...
You ask a very valid question.
I do not know for a fact but one explanation could come from the following:
Matin said: "The Company also announced ... it has dissolved its transportation division. While this division was grossing approximately $1.4 million annually, it was an unprofitable drain of cash ..." (source: "Veltex Acquires Embroidery Firm, MKL, Inc., Expanding Its Apparel, Corporate Wear and Promotional Products Division" 3/10/2004.
Notwithstanding my lack of respect for you (your obvious racism not helping), I must note the following...
"Je vois que vous êtes entiché avec Roger et adore son serré peu bout. Vous deux appartenez ensemble"???
English is my second language but I certainly hope it is not that bad ???
And by the way, should I deduct that because yours is English, you reside in England and your Premier is The England Premier?
Poor you!!!
OOPS a short spike of brain then back to your sickness...
Poor guy ... realy sick...
Pathetic...
I see no trade as of now on Veltex and cannot reach pinksheet.com. Is the market alive?
"when it reaches my realistic target price I will dump the pig and walk away"
And what is the "realistic target price" we should all pray for so you walk away?
I also did try (months ago)to communicate with Matin but he doesn't answer e-mails from people he doesn't know personnally, was I told by someone close to him.
I hope you get them rapidly and that Matin gets his act together right after.
As for King, I do not even try to understand his malfunctionning mind anymore. Even him doesn't seem to understand what he writes or what he means. I have given up on him and plan not to address him anymore.
Another dull day to add to the hundreds we longs, went thru with this company.
Matin likes to issue releases on Wednesday or about but the only release I look for is one outlining up to date audited financials.
I assume I will have to wait some more weeks, may be even months.
This being said,
Here is a note addressed to Matin (I suspect he will not see it but just for fun):
Show us a picture of the plant in Bingladesh,
Give us the name of those leading the company with you,
Give us a business plan as you did in December 2002 (now that you did acquire some experience, you should be able to put one out that is less ambitious but more realistic),
Give us the name of some customers,
Hold a conference call,
Tell us which auditing firm is working on our financials,
Tell us what did happen to your ex-freind TG/MM,
...
I do beleive a Veltex company does exist. However, it's obvious that the market doesn't beleive it to be worth $ 2,000,000 in capitalization. I would like to beleive it's worth more than that even if not as much as suggested by "unofficially" released financial that you did issue.
You seem happy seeing your stocks be worth 1 penny. I realy wonder why??? You obviously have a plan but it's hidden from all of us.
Note to kingnazzikanazzer:
Do not bother answering me. I cannot care less about what you say you think (anyhow I do not beleive you realy say what your objective is).
I choose not to. Enough time spent with him. If interested, one can go back to old messages.
LOL!
No problem. This board allows exchange of opinions and informations ... generally in a civilized manner.
Let me clarify a point that I had not noticed in your previous post.
FREQUENTLY doesn't mean I was sending the same message time after time. It means I sent each new accusation ONCE to the accusee. MM/TG gave me the occasion to repeat this FREQUENTLY.
Second, I realy do not understand why you think this could be bad for VLVT, informing them or very close partners that criminal accusations (anonymous) were out there regarding themselves ???
"I wonder if Paul (Roger) sent emails of other poster on the board with good views and comments about VLVT????"
Effectively, in my DD process I did. As a matter of fact, at least once a news release followed a suggestion of mine made out of a positive post made herein.
Over, enough time lost here (In any case what do you care of the opinion of a dumb ASS ... you being so smart).
You certainly have the right to your opinion. However, I effectively informed those being accused of criminal acts publicly, having in mind that if someone did it to me I would like to know.
If the author of the accusation is as you say a delusional psychopath HIDING BEHIND CREDIBLE UNDERSTANDING OF THE TOPIC HE USED TO CONVINCE READERS, he has to be sent to place where he can be cured, otherwise sent to jail.
I do not think they would respond to me I KNOW THEY DID. I even found out that, at least in the case of Matin (thru someone close to him) and Anne Tahim (directly) they were concern and did take action in view of stopping him ... if possible at reasonnable cost.
Finally, you have the right to beleive whatever you want of me but honestly I do not realy care. I even accepted to answer your post ... having no illusion relative to your reaction ... if any.
I am not realy missing him, that's for sure
Considering what he wrote (I took the time to send his messages to Anne Tahim and others frequently) I would not be surprised at all if he was under legal order to stay away from his pc and messages boards, pending criminal procedures. Anne Tahim for one wrote me at one point in time that she was putting her legal advisor on the case.
If he is in trouble, he realy called for it.
What is your point.
Do you suggest Veltex to be a scam?
Do you suggest Veltex to be a mismanaged company?
Do you suggest Veltex to be a failing company?
What is it you have as an hyppothesis (that's all we can have right now) behind your posts.
Number of shares outstanding is a relevant topic but it has to be looked at in context.
Currently, we have 170,000,000 O/S at a PPS of $.0.01. That means that the total capitalisation is $ 1,700,000.
Even if O/S were twice that many (I obviously hope not) capitalisation would be $ 3,400,000.
If the company is a virtual affair, the shares will be worth nothing, whatever the number of O/S.
If the company is as per suggested by past releases, at current level of O/S, the shares are worth $ 0.20 or so (GREAT DEAL) for a capitalisation of $ 3,000,000.
If the company is as per suggested by past releases, at twice the current level of O/S, the shares are worth $ 0.10 or so (GOOD DEAL) for a capitalisation of $ 34,000,000.
At current rate of issuing shares (1,500,00 per week) it should take more than 2 years to double O/S.
At current rate (1,500,000 shares per week or so) even in this scheme we only talk about $ 12,000 per week profit.
I also beleive that some manipulation by close to Matin people or Matin himself is going on but I think that they are going for quite a larger profit over a longer period (months).
Whatever the case, for the moment, all we can ask is to know what this company realy is all about.
Personally I beleive that an operating company there is, they have an operation in Bingladesh, they have an office in USA, they are active creating a business in USA and the current capitalisation of $1,700,000 seems to therefore be low.
This being said, we have yet no way to know how close or not recent releases are to reality.
Hopefully the "drama" will unfold soon.
"just because the o/s increases doesn't necessarily mean it's a sinister happening"
170,000,000 or 200,000,000 shares outstanding at 0.01 means $2,000,000 instead of $1,700,000 in capitalisation.
If Veltex is effectively close to what has been claim, nobody will realy care if there is + or - 15% more shares out there.
They seem to be successful. Over the last 2 weeks, the company issued 3,000,000 share but close to 20,000,000 were traded.
O/S
The pattern of issuing + or - $ 60,000 worth of shares per month seems to be pretty constant. I wonder who is buying and why the company needs these funds?
June 30th,2003 = 99,948,613
43 weeks
April 26th,2004 = 169,531,946 (growth = 1,620,000/week)
2 weeks
Yesterday = 172,531,946 (growth = 1,500,000/week)
Thanks for having found that out for us.
This answer suggests to me (but who knows what is realy going on?):
- That the company doesn't NEED anymore to issue shares to finance its dayly operations.
- That, even if not audited, released financials could ressemble what future audited numbers will say.
- That, AS REPEATEDLY SAID BY THE COMPANY AND THOSE CLOSE TO IT, this could be an extremely undervalued stock (Nobody will ever be able to say they were not told)
- That those close to this NON-REPORTING company are (or have close ones) accumulating at currently very low PPS (Assume you are one of them ... wouldn't you if you KNEW the above?)
- That current lack of credibility caused by apparent to-nice-to-beleive releases fits the interest of those who could change that.
- That accumulation is not necessarely being done from newly issued (3,000,000) shares. About 30,000,000 shares were traded over the last month.
- That the scheme could very well get to its conclusion sooner than later (audited financial, Investrend report, credible testimonies related to the Bingladish operation, normal reporting ...)
If the above is the HYPPOTHESIS that gets confirm, some stands to make millions over the nex 12 to 18 months and no one will be able to say that the company did hide the thruth.
Legal? I do not know. Could the company do this legally considering it's not reporting and it's releasing "fats" (???) on regular basis?
Moral? Probably not but with all the current behaviors in the stock markets, who can expect angelism from companies nowadays?
Logical? Certainly more than the HYPPOTHESIS that this is just a scam used to dump shares in the hands of poor ignorant shareholders.
Not sure enough of the above to add to my position (I like it as it is) but certainly not ready to sell my shares at 1 penny right now.
Look forward to see the end (whatever it end up being) of a very interesting affair...
Last 5 trades of the day:
02:35:24 PM Trade 0.0085 5000 ($ 42.50)
02:13:04 PM Trade 0.0080 7040 ($ 56.32)
12:48:36 PM Trade 0.0100 10000 ($ 100.00)
12:06:02 PM Trade 0.0100 30000 ($ 300.00)
12:06:02 PM Trade 0.0100 100000$ ($ 1,000.00)
I wonder how low it would have gone if the market closed at 5 PM?
