Love the Insider buys. That's a huge statement & an attestment to the insider's belief this stock is vastly undervalued.

Financials alone won't be a magic-maker. There are plenty of undervalued stocks based on earnings alone. Need something to propel $SPLI into the spotlight

I would say it's a mix between consolidation and manipulation. When she turns, she'll turn on a dime and run like Forrest. There won't be any indication of when the run is going to happen. Need to weather the storm if you're long.

$SPLI is one of many e-cig/vaporizer companies on the market. They all have similar products. The best and most successfully market products will sell the most. Simple.

That's one product of many that will be offered. Competition is a good thing, the best product will sell the most. Not sure what you're looking for. There are hundreds of similar companies on the market, does that mean everyone else's products are inferior to their competition? Get real.

I love that they're diversifying into other Vapor products. A lot of the e-cig companies are sitting around trying to re-design their product while $SPLI/Vapor Group are out there developing new product lines entirely to diversify them outside of being just an e-cig company.
