Time to get this board going again--need to check out what has been going on with this company in the last 6 months--FDA approval for Bioflux back in December.
Major award in early June-- https://finance.yahoo.com/news/biotricity-bioflux-named-best-remote-120000884.html
Extremely low float!!
Not telling you to invest but you might want to take a look at the company--early money reaps the reward.
Doesn't directly answer your questions but the video does show they are continuing to expand what they can detect. I have shown this video to several friend and family members who are excited about this invention and what it could mean in the context of thwarting future terrorist attacks.
Where did this info come from--3pm today??
My kind of stock--
Check out the share structure--this is why I jumped on board--as well as the organic growth that is showing up in the PR's. Just don't find this combination in pennies!!

At this point I will believe it when I see it. In the e-mails I have received back from Mr. Sacco, he has used words like "in the next few days" which has now become several weeks. Either he does not understand the concept of time, does not choose his words very carefully, or is not being honest with me when he communicates. I am hoping it is letter B (a poor choice of words) but don't take my word for it--I have pretty much given up on seeing anything at this point.
I second that!!
I e-mailed Matthew Sacco to ask him about the Buyer Beware symbol attached to the company--here is the question and below that his response that I received today.

Subject: RE: financials
Someone on one of the message boards seems intent on "trashing" the company with his daily trade facts. The question brought up today involved the Caveat Emptor Skull and Crossbones that appear on HRAL. Will the Caveat Emptor be taken away once the financials are released and/or do they need to be audited financials in order for the symbol to be taken away? I am concerned that there are some folks afraid of jumping in because of the symbol. The link is below.
One last question--will the release of financials be pre-market or in a weekday mid-morning pr, which tends to give the most bang for the buck?
Trying to keep the questions to a quick yes or no because I know that you are a busy man.
His response:
Dear ******
Yes the financials being posted will have the skull and crossbones removed. As far as timing of release we will let our IR guys decide what is best. The good news is that we are reviewing the finished financials as we speak.
Regards
Matthew

You and me both. I've got a good amount invested in this (which probably isn't much to most people) but on a teachers' salary, this would be a pretty big hit if Mr. Sacco did not keep his word.
In the few times we have communicated, I have felt like he was a stand up guy. Time will tell.
I was told release would be in the next couple of days--my guess is by Wednesday but I have been wrong before--just ask my wife.
Everything seemed to stop in '08 including SEC filings and the stock paid the price falling from over $1/share--why would anyone want to invest in a non-transparent company?? I am starting to wonder after talking to an employee at one of the stores in a Walmart in the greater Toronto area if things have turned around and business is doing well (no insider info just the impression I got after the conversation on the phone--example--she could not get me in for a free hearing screening for 3 business days because they were so busy) and if that is why the financials are being reported again--my optimism could be misplaced but something has motivated the management to begin filing again--but please don't take my word for it. This week should make things much more clear.
Great news--e-mailed Matthew Sacco our CEO the other day to ask about financials being released--I know we were all getting a little impatient--and here is the response I received this morning.
The financials are now a day or so from being ready to post. The accountants have just completed the quarters up to date and they are being reviewed by CFO.
Regards
Matthew
I will not be surprised if .01 is a distant memory very soon but don't take my word for it.
Yesterday's news was not the clinical trial results you are waiting for? Is it the phase 3 study and if so, any indication on when those will be done?
New to the stock--what news are you waiting on????
By the way, can't believe how small the float is on this thing!!
Just got off the phone with David Drake, in charge of investor relations with the company--he told me that he talked to Matthew Sacco 2 weeks ago and was told then that financials should be out within the month which means we may have a window of 2 weeks here give or take. IMHO our patience is about to pay off.
HearAtLast's newly launched shareholder relations campaign will include the establishment of a toll-free number effective immediately that will enable investors to speak to a live representative about past and present developments at the company.
This is from the PR dated May 9th--anybody had a chance to call the number yet to find out when we can expect some financial numbers???
I am really pumped about what numbers are going to look like with the Wal-Mart tie in and since they are going the audited route but patience is waning--particularly since they hired a PR firm who they said would keep us informed on a regular basis.
Any reason why Mr. Sacco can't give us a heads up on when he thinks financials will be released--nothing unethical about that--I would think that he has some idea when the numbers will be coming out.
Could this be the week????? the company unveils their first audited financials???? or their business plan going forward??? I predict the PR comes out before the Mavs end the dreams of the best team money can buy!!
Thanks fbi---Were you given any indication when the next PR or the audited financials will be coming out?
Are these mainly buys or sells today?
May sound like a dumb question but if there is no bid, does that mean that all of the transactions in GERS in any given day are buys--
as in are all 54,000,000 shares traded so far today buys???
Just e-mailed Mr. Sacco to find out when the PR is coming out that he promised on May 9th--should be out any day now!!
HearAtLast intends to announce its revised expanded business model within the next two weeks as well. The company believes that its newly expanded business model should significantly boost its potential revenues and profitability.
I will let everyone know as soon as I get a response.
Hoping for that pr that was promised by the CEO tomorrow or this weekend--it will be 2 weeks which is when he said he would give an update on the business.
Great stuff fbi. Need dd like that while we wait for next pr to keep encouraged. Was thinking about pulling the plug on this due to my extreme impatience, but you got me fired up again!!
thanks
E-mailed CEO Matthew Sacco last week to ask him about financials being updated. Got a response back this morning.
Here is his response---We are correcting that as we speak and have commenced work on the financials that are in arrears.
Thanks and Regards
Matthew
I for one am looking forward to the PR's over the next few weeks.
This came out on May 9 in the PR and is one of the reasons why I bought in here, along with the WalMart partnership.
"HearAtLast intends to announce its revised expanded business model within the next two weeks as well. The company believes that its newly expanded business model should significantly boost its potential revenues and profitability."
Based on that, we should be getting an announcement in the next week or so!! No speculation here but if Matthew is giving a heads up on that, I would imagine it is going to be something we will like to hear!!
The ultimate oxymoron---a pinky and Walmart--I'm loving this!!!
Sightings like this come along about as often as seeing the Loch Ness Monster---and today we may see the unveiling of a new monster!
More DD--a review of the Vitasound hearing aid--Neuro Compensator--from a web site especially for people who are hard of hearing with all of the latest news and reviews.
http://hearingmojo.com/vitasound-neuro-compensator-applies-brain-science-to-a-unique-and-potentially-revolutionary-new-sound-processing-system-for-hearing-aids
This is what they are offering in the Hearatlast stores in the WalMarts.
Not an endorsement to invest but hopefully some helpful dd necessary to help make an informed decision of what to do with your hard earned money.
I have to admit I am liking what I am finding but don't take my word for it!!
Has anybody checked out the Vitasound Audio web site--the company Hearatlast has partnered with. They look to be pretty cutting edge in the area of hearing loss and have many locations in Canada--both inside and outside Walmarts where they sell their hearing product:
from their web site---
The NEURO-COMPENSATOR™ based hearing instrument is powered by the newest groundbreaking neuro-biological technology designed to enforce an optimal signal from the root of the auditory nerve to the brain. The Neuro-Compensator™ amplifies the audio bands so as to target a near-normal neuronal activity in the auditory system.
This is not some hearing aid you can get on the back of a cereal box--this is top of the line stuff that Hearatlast is selling in their stores--
The more DD I do, the more I am liking this investment for the long term.

Just wrote Matthew Sacco CEO to find out when they would be releasing quarterly financials--expressed my concerns about the price of the stock today and that a release of financials would go a long way toward easing people's concerns. I will let you know when I get a response.
Patience--this is a solid company--when I called Southern Ontario store yesterday I could not get a diagnostic appointment until next week due to backlog of people wanting to get in--the woman on the phone was very apologetic that I would have to wait that long. PR indicates there is more news coming out in the next 2 weeks and a strong desire to keep shareholders more up to date with what is going on. Can you really go wrong with a business that caters to an aging population in WalMart. I don't think it can get any better than that--with a pps under .05 Does it get any better than that?
Just called the Hear at last in Catham in Southern Ontario--asked for their specific location--the woman told me they were in the WalMart and even gave me the street they were on. She said they were booked up for hearing tests this week but would be glad to schedule me for next Tuesday or Wednesday--I guess I had better book a flight to Canada next week to get my hearing tested--not only are they the real deal but sounds like business is doing quite well when I have to wait until next week for a hearing test--this is a good one folks!!
THAT was your nail in the coffin--better come up with something better than that to get people to dump their shares so you can grab them. There is nothing that indicates this is a scam--like calling a phone number and no one EVER answers or merging with a company in Trasylvania who no one can track down. This is Wal-Mart we are talking about--and how much foot traffic will that generate??? A penny stock company in Wal-Mart. No company is guaranteed to last but being in Wal-Mart gives them a leg up on the competition!!
Is it even possible to sell when no bid price is showing?
Is this the perfect buying opportunity--if the bid and the ask are both at .0001, can you buy and sell at .0001 with the only risk being the commision?
funny!! Are the mm's really THAT evil??
Looking forward to tomorrow. Fridays have been interesting lately with some good activity. 2 theories on that---maybe for fear of being on the sidelines when next pr comes out if it happens going into the weekend--or maybe because pr's did come out on Fridays--5 of the last 7--almost like they want to give us regular updates at the end on the week. Things seem to be moving faster now. Looking forward to the possibility of more news anyway--time will tell!!
Nice to end the week on another positive note!! And we may see an EOD rally on top of that.
I count 29 projects and 150 claims on their web site--pretty impressive!! Anybody know how many of these are operational at the moment?
