Originally Magnolia was going to be the company PCTL traded on the Canadian exchange through. But they couldn't come to terms so PCTL formed Ontario to do it through. Magnolia was at that point out of the picture. Magnolia was responsible for informing their shareholders. So it looks to me like the Ontario deal is done and Magnolia had to inform their shareholders to get rid of loose ends in the deal and inform their shareholders they were out of the deal

No Pre market news doesn’t mean it is late. They have til 5 pm Monday to file the Q. I do expect a dip but cut the news late crap.

I expect some shake attempts tomorrow. Unless we get news pre market or during trading hours. The real move will start Tuesday.
