So to sum things up, things are looking bullish with the increased volume, and dwindling supply of shares which in economics 101 is summed up as supply and demand (less supply, more demand = $$$$$).

Question, after hours trading shows 93 Mil shares and price of .0009. Will that impact tomorrows trading or is it irrelavant?

So what kind of price ceiling are we looking at? someone mentioned a 600% return, are they basing that on a .01 exit range or higher? New to this stock so not sure of short term and long term expectations from board.

That's how I see it too, but compared to many many other sub penny stocks Identa stood out to me in the areas it's products specialize in, drugs and bombs.

That said, being a pink sheet stock they are not required to divulgs financial information so I don't see NOT giving that info as as negative. I look at it as KISS (keep it simple simon). Give what info you need to warrant giving stockholders information and that is what I see Identa doing. AND I do feel we will be rewarded hansomly for our investment in them for the sole reason the world is a very pessimistic violent place right now and Identas products are in a position to cash in on that mind set.

The way I read it is that they already sold tens of thousands of detectors in 2009 to India agencies. The article also says they are makign changes to the detector to make it more attractive to India so there could be problems in getting that satisfactory and is taking longer than thought or it could be all our expectations of how fast things should move forward aren't realistic and we need to be more patient.

Though a confirmation of a contract would be nice I like what's been being said in pressers and will continue to add to my position as often as possible while the price is still low.

It can be an advantage to terrorists knowing what they are using for a backup so they can find ways to trick it. they likely have done just that with the current systems in place. regardless of what you or I think things are taking as long as they are for a reason. I'm done debating stuff we have no control over.

I can understand the impatience onthe stockholders part to some extent but we are not in the position of doing the deal making and regardless of size of company it can be tedious and take a lot of time especially when you're dealing with a company whose decision could impact a lot of lives if the product doesn't work properly, their employess aren't trained to use it properly, or if they feel making their progress known publicly can somehow be used as an advantage by terrorists.
It's not as cut and dried as we'd like to think.

What we might expect versus what the government expects could be light years apart. while it would seem ligical that the products are easy to use so go ahead and order them already, the government wants people trained properly in using the product. There could also be a waiting period just because the DOD has other things going on as well so expecting quick results might not be realistic in this instance. I agree it's unnerving things haven't developed sooner but unless we're in Identas or the DOD's shoes we really don't know what's what and have to rely on the press releases to make our judgements.

To keep things in perspective as to the number of shares outstanding. It's not necessarily bad that there are 2 billion shares outstanding for Identa. Ford Motors has over 3 billion shares outstanding and it's up over $10 a share.

I will continue to add to my position as much as possible as long as the price is sitting here between .0040 to .0045.

Thanks for that info it's good to know. I emailed the CEO a few weeks ago asking him that very thing. whether Identa is considering a reverse split to reduce available shares and boost the stock price to possibly make it more appealing to institutional investors. I also asked if there was going to be any word soon on the US drug store chain they are negotiating a contract with. Never got a response. Didn't surprise me as I know he's probably inundated with emails.

Problem with retail is that most likely the product will have a retailers name on it not Identas. that is my understanding from the announcment that Identa is in contract talks with a US drug store chain to sell their product on store shelves. it mentions that the product will have the chains name on it unless I misunderstood the wording.

Identas business with many other countries shows it is on solid ground or those countries would likely not do business with them. If Identa had no other business and was relying on the US to get it's start I would not have purchased their stock.

Things I like about Identa:
1) Their head scientist invented the products of 3 other companies that were part of the 5 companies the DOD was testing. So basically 3 of the products being tested were invented by the same scientist and the newest Identa product was viewed as superior to the others. That is impressive.

2)Company is located in Isreal. What better proving grounds to have a drug and explosive company in.

3)Established business with many other countries, and already had business with Miami police.

4)Agressively pursuing business in the US. Army, DOD, FBI, etc. If Identa gets business from just a few of them it opens so many doors and I think it will all lead to Identa becoming more open about financial records and reporting earnings on a regular basis.

IMO Identa offers us a rare opportunity to make lots and lots of money by investing heavily right now in it's stock. I plan to add to my position a few more time to get over 500k shares and more if possible.

Being a pink sheet stock they're not required to report earnings like they would if they were a NASDAQ stock. So there's no reason to mention profits. that's how I see it any way. I have a lot of shares and I feel confident that Identa is going to be a good money maker for people buying in at the current prices. When that happens is the million dollar question.

why May 7th? anything expected before then?

I have 300k shares and want to hang on but that's farther along then I thought anything would happen.

I think there are too many shares outstanding for institutions to get involved yet. the price is where it is because of the large amount of shares available. If t hey do a reverse stock split to bolster the price then we might see something happen. I thought it would be pushing a penny a chare by now but it's having a hard time closing over .0052 for any extended period.
