Market cap is just SS divided by closing price. It changes daily. So saying UNRG isn’t going to be as good as DCGD is stupid.

Well they’re still getting deals done. And they’ll likely find a merger partner, they didn’t like what Ontario wanted in return. So move on and find someone else.

PCTL multiple hospital deals. Merger dead but they will just find someone else. Over reaction to 8k. Still an excellent play.

I got a couple explanations:
1) impatient shareholders thinking they need news when they get scared.
2) company getting things done but not completed yet.

I added yesterday and I’ll add today after exiting a couple other trades. If people are scared then they can leave. More shares for me.

I don’t care when the 8k or PRs come. I’ll keep buying cheapies. They have good stuff going on. Oil and gas, agriculture, healthcare, and who knows what else.

Today’s action wasn't surprising. It didn’t dip as low as I thought it would. I haven’t sold any. I. Waiting for updates. Remember the Q represents previous quarter before merger was even a plan. It was just necessary as an SEC reporting company. It brought us back to pink current. We needed that before putting out news.
I will look to add more tomorrow. I think the big part of the downside from a was today. Expect a dip at open then work back up throughout the day tomorrow.
