More importantly to me
Mr. Ciavarella took some of this years salary in restricted shares. That further demonstrates his confidence in this company. These warrants should be redeemed soon save for those held by insiders. There is no long term debt and using that last offering to resolve the long term debt was important to our current state of potential growth.
It is a matter of exposure
I think you are on point. There are so few shareholders that to fill bigger orders they will have to pay more. For months we have watched someone or couple of people accumulate share. Small trades virtually every day. I can't wait to see how this shakes out.
Took one for the team
I ordered from the website so I will update as to flavor/quality.
Michele Ciavarella
While we can take credit for the investment Ciavarella has made this happen. 2 observations. Number one. He has been at this company for about 15 years. It has gone from being a company trying to but hotels in China to an Italian gambling company. After the Days Inn debacle the shell had a ton of share outstanding and lawsuits abounded. He got it all under control and has created a potentially big company.
Number 2, he has been responsible with debt and shares and has never pumped. As a matter of fact, 4 or 5 years ago they did a forward split and didn't even PR it!
Lastly, he has fine tuned the BOD until it is top notch. They threatened to sue and implied Ciavarella doesn't pay his bills. Now, McMeekin's company is on their 2nd reverse in a year and are barely over a dollar. We see who was real.
Sure are
This is what you need. If the product is desirable it will sell. We really just need to have some sales growth and the revenue will follow. I have a feeling the chocolate is really good. I am going to order some so I have a first-hand observation.
Did you see this?
We are now in Seattle

Happy New Year!!!!!
Yeeeehaaaaa!!!!!
If I remember correctly
We have a First Person, who is a Chief, as a 5% or so shareholder. I wonder how that could play in to getting traction in Canada?
One issue I also see
Why would anyone exercise options on warrants a few weeks before a new year? If they were running out of time I could see it but generally investors work to cut taxes this time of year not make more. I am not questioning the numbers just the logic of it. We should see a form 4 very soon to explain it.
Don't forget
That most of the revenue comes from Italy. It seems that there are license auctions this year and further consolidation is imminent. I read that they are making an effort to get the unregulated operators to go legitimate. That is a whole separate issue, if I understand it right.
Me too
To me it is as simple as they would not go to the time and expense of doing this without having a good reason. The Canadian gambling issue is great because we can get in on the ground floor.
What is it about a quarter?
When we see a trade go off at 18 or 19 cents, a trade at 24 or 25 cents is sure to follow. I have watched a lot of stocks and I have never seen this type of trading on such a thinly traded, obscure stock. There is a reason. I will not dump a share until I find out what it is.
I am thinking
That after the reverse split and the subsequent price drop this might be worth buying again. I just don't get the secrecy about who their contracts are with. Good luck all.
It looks like
Small lot trades. This sector has gone up so much in the last month that these days show how strong your share price really is. I am resisting the urge to trade this stock because it is so volatile. It looks like we may be headed back toward $6.00. Looking good!
The insider purchases
Are the news before the news. The real news is imminent. Wait for it!!!!!
Merry Xmas!!!!
May you make lots of money on ELYS during the new year.
My thoughts exactly
Some of the best days trading are days like today. This was the third time we seriously tested $6.00 and it instantly rebounded. That indicates to me that we will soon shoot past $7.00, a natural resistance point. To be that resilient after such a solid run is a great indicator of slack in the share price. Onward!!!!
Scratching our way back
These are the days that show the strength of a stock. Everybody wants to buy when the stock is up 20% every day. What happens when that inevitable 5-10% drop comes early? Do you panic or trust what you see?
Finish over $7.00 tomorrow?
That would be very sweet. I wonder how many shareholders we have now as opposed to a month ago?
Solid post....informative
Today the stock went up $1.50. A few weeks ago a share was $1.50. What a turnaround!!!
Nothing but "blue skies" ahead!
100% correct
There is news coming. At least wait to find out what is behind this. I have no proof just years of investing. This run is not an accident, not a Twitter run, and no other type of P+D. There has been no pump so why dump?
$7.00? Are you kidding me?
Keep your stop loss set softly and walt for the news that is sure to come soon. My experience with insider buying of the magnitude that we have had is that the buying is the discreet news before the real news. Imagine the explosion if Mr. Ciavarella or Gold Street bought a large block at these levels.
That was kind of my thought
But more like a virtual sports league. I knew I remembered seeing something along those lines.
A question
Does anyone know if ELYS has the capability to simulcast a sporting event effectively making TV announcers obsolete? If you could do that could you actually have a league that is 100% random yet capable of mimicking human movement on that scale? Just a thought.
Anybody care to edit the inbox?
It really needs an updating and I cannot seem to get it done on my phone. Since I no longer have a laptop it seems to be an issue. Just become a moderator and update away!
Last one to leave, turn out the lights
Up 40 cents more after hours?!?!?!
Tomorrow should be interesting.
Yep
It is hard to set a good sell point when it is so volatile. The great thing is that the share count and debt are so low that they could do a merger, acquisition, or expansion and have room to get investors. This company really is primed for growth.
This is an incredible run
This stock blew right past heavy resistance points, including $5. The buying pressure is so heavy that you can watch the trades on real time and literally see it rising with virtually every trade. The stock seems to be picking up steam as opposed to consolidating. It certainly isn't like I have had many days of making over $10k in one day on one stock. I am watching it very closely but if there ever were a blue sky breakout this is it.
Up, up, up!!!
The best thing about this run is the volume is so high relative to the float that we are establishing new floors as fast as 52 week highs. Think how easily they could effectuate a 2/1 or even 3/1 split. If the buying pressure stays high we will need more liquidity to keep an orderly market. A really good PR or next earnings report could make that happen. Eyes everywhere are on this stock.
Close over $5.00?
That would be great. The way this stock has shot up for the last few weeks it is very possible. On to $10!!!!! (We can dream!)
This is just plain foul
I hate to say it but my unbiased analysis tells me we all got taken. I think back to the last few years. They got a contract for building air flow from a company called Tellus. About a year later they got a contract for air monitoring for a small Indian casino in Montana. Absolutely no follow up from either. So, is this company incompetent or is the tech not as advertised? Why aren't other casinos and office buildings jumping in on the savings?
Most telling of all, they had some sort of agreement a few years ago with ELYS. When McMeekins people started working at ELYS the progress froze. They were soon gone and McMeekin called the CEO of ELYS a fraud, dishonest, filed a lawsuit, and intimated that he couldn't even get a license. Today, ELYS sits at $4.30 with a 9 million share float, 18 million total O/S, and growing during a pandemic. This fantastic CEO has bought a few hundred grand worth of stock recently. The facts are the facts.
21% more today....looking strong
I still think there is resistance @ $4.50 but it is not strong resistance imo. $5.00 will probably be a challenging hill to climb short-term. I only say that because it is such a natural and obvious profit taking price. I thought the samething at $2.00, was wrong, and it cost me money. I am done "trading" this stock for a while. All of the trades I have made here have ultimately led me to where I was before Covid.
Exactly
Also, these buys are not 100 share signal buys. He is putting up a lot of his own money, a few hundred grand near as I can tell, on the open market. I have liked this company for quite a while and I am very much of the belief that absent Covid this company would be bigger and worth significantly more right now. Fortunately, due to excellent financial an share management, they were able to weather the storm with minimal damage overall. The share price tanked for 9 months but that was to be expected. Onward!!!!!
