Your welcome but this was not directed at you as much as just clearing things up as to why the erratic trading that we are seeing. We have a single or multiple "ROGUE" MMs out there and I am sure they are trying to figure out what to do with this situation.

You can see the Daily FINRA RegSho numbers here. Just type in HALB and you will see the last 21 days of trading. You will notice just in the last 5 trading days the MMs have created a WHOPPING 389,329,752 NAKED SHORT POSITION. How the HECK do they GET AWAY WITH THAT???

Who is minding the MINT on this stock? FINRA? Is there any Regulatory Person or Agency keeping the MMs in line. Certainly does not look like it to me.

By FINRA Regsho Regulations it has to be closed out by today. But that is not going to happen. It would appear that the MMs are doing most of the trading between each other to clear the Short positions, but that isn't working either because they are Naked Shorting More than half of what the Trading Volume is. But if those shares are not covered they are "Supposed" to report their "Fails-to-Deliver" which I do not see them doing that. So it is incumbent upon the Company Management to ensure that they request a status from FINRA of the Naked Short Numbers and to ensure that the MMs are creating a "FAIR" Market for all investors and shareholders. (But they are not!)

As I explained in another post, those naked shares are suppressing the stock price considerably, as in 655.67% based on the number of shares that have traded in the last five days which is a WHOPPING 829,944,627 Shares in Trading Volume!!! That is not a "FAIR" Market.

The Current Price of $HALB should be $31.80 as of today. "IFFFF" the MMs had let the stock naturally break above the .12 mark of which it would have on day one (1). The first time would have brought in heavy investors with deeper pockets and the stock would have broken the $10.00 barrier within the first day "IF" the MMs had not flooded the Market with "FAKE" Non Existent Shares. The second time would have busted the $20.00 mark and the stock would have reached $31.80 by now. But the awful truth is, unless the company is dumping shares in the Market, the Stock price is massively suppressed!

This is what is wrong with the MMs and how they are fraudulently allowed to "CONTROL" a stock price when the "Market"", meaning the people who are trading stocks should determine that value and they have based on the number of shares that have traded.

Time will tell. Next week I think $HALB will be in a new playing field.

Zeta, I am sorry but I will have to disagree with you. The .07s are not a Magnet. They are a small Train Station Stop that will be a blur as $HALB SCREAMS by that station to .12 and higher.

I agree with the Barchart opinion this is 100% Buy no matter what the current price this is going much higher.

JEvans, you couldn't be further from the truth. I truly do not want it to go that low. I just know the MMs are in real trouble here and they will whatever it takes to recover those shares.

I have never seen the blanket manipulation that has occurred here in the 20 years I have traded in the Pinks. The amount of Naked Short Shares is off the charts. How are they going to even remotely cover those shares without driving the price to $20+ I have not idea.

So lets hope this goes higher. I paid in the .03s, .04s, and .05s so no I want it to go higher but I am realistic about what usually happens.

Guys and Gals, Kudos to those who are putting out the great information concerning the agreements and alignment with ASU and the Press Releases. Those are the facts.

And they are applying for new Patents for the newly discovered Protein Variant. This is a whole new development that will bring about rapid changes to the scenery at $HALB. And I mean serious influx of money to this company. Don't forget $HALB probably has numerous Big Pharma burning up the phone lines with major offers.

You have to stop looking at the minute by minute trades. The stock has a GAP way low, (.0058) so look for the MMs to either spike it down on as single trade to close the GAP or take it down 50% to cover some of the Naked Shorts Shares. Yes Slojab I said Naked Short Shares, LOLOL. This is nothing less than a Rocket getting ready to launch.

On another note, I truly apologize when I said that the MMs were covering their Naked Short position and that is why the trading was so huge. I spoke too soon and DID NOT DO MY DD before I spoke. So again I apologize.

What has happened is the MMs have been literally blindsided by the activity here.

On Tuesday $HALB Traded 406,058,626 and yesterday 263,022,364.
That is a total of 669,080,990 Million shares Traded in two days on a Pink Sheet Stock.

Here is where it gets interesting.

Of the 406,058,626 traded, 170,483,657 were Naked Shorted, which is 41.9% of the total trades. Of the 263,022,364, 136,193,678 were Naked Shorted which was 51.8% of the total trades.

More than the Unrestricted traded in the last two days! That is an actual feat and the MMs are probably not liking the picture if more heavy trading comes in.

That is a total of 306,677,335 shares Naked Shorted in just two days. First I am stunned at that STAGGERING NUMBER. STUNNED.

Let me write that again, Three Hundred Million Six Hundred Seventy Seven Thousand and Three Hundred and Thirty-Five Shares, 306,677,335 NAKED SHORTED. There is no way that they can cover those shares in the blink of an eye. Heck they will be lucky to cover them in a year!

Worse for the MMs is that just a few days ago $HALB just updated their financials along with the Share Structure.

There are only the potential for 260,484,414 to be in the FLOAT. The Company should release that number if it is less than the 260,484,414.

So what is important then to traders now. The MMs flooded the Market with an additional 306,677,335 plus today's 25,269,299 for a total now of 331,946,634. This INCREASED the FLOAT 160% which DEFLATES the actual fair price of the stock. Based on the trading volume and what the MMs have done over the last three days, if I were the Company I would be calling FINRA and asking what's up with the MMs and what are you going to do about it. This is overkill to an extreme. The MMs are supposed to let the stock move and breath for shares to swap hands, not sell millions of Naked Short Shares which held the stock down. This is now truly Stock Manipulation. But don't beat the drums yet. MMs have to cover or Report their Fails-To-Deliver. If they drive the stock price way down then FINRA could force the issue. We have to wait and see how this will play out.

But next week would be an opportune time for the Company to drop an absolute BOMBSHELL on the Market and let the MMs weep as the stock screams up!

I have a very good idea what the next Bombshell is going to be. And I want to see .015 or even as low as .012 so that I can get the shares for the ride.

Could this mean a Short Squeeze? I think so if the right things line up especially if the Company were to ask FINRA to Enforce the Naked Short Covering Rules, Rules 204 and Rule 4320 which means $HALB could see "Fails-To-Deliver" show up. If that does happen and I expect it will, then a Short Squeeze is possible.

That is when you let all of your friends know about the stock and what ASU has discovered. Also pay attention to the Press Releases, don't just gloss over them. There is very telling information and this is scripted like a Mystery Movie. You don't know the end of the Story Line but you can guess where things will end up.

Have patience, let people do their thing the longs and the shorts and just let it play out. Pay attention to DDAmanda as well on the next alert.

I am looking for .017 to .015 support to hold if not we are looking at .012 or .009 for the bottom and spike down to .0058 to close the GAP.

Ok Guys and Gals, pay attention to the dollar amount being traded here and pay attention to which MMs are involved.

$HALB Traded almost $10,000,000 yesterday! And traded almost $15,000,000 dollars today! OMG! When does that ever happen with a POS Stock? Almost never! But something big is happening and I think we will all know soon enough.

The MMs are sucking up the shares and pushing it down to do so. This is not the Company dumping shares, they are locked up. You need to do your DD and pay attention to who has what shares and if they are restricted and if any agreements have covenants that prevent the conversion of Other Classes of Shares. And stop bickering about the CEO, keep that up and he won't tell you anything.

I just finished doing my Charting on this (I recommend going back to the 10 Year Chart to see what the potential is) and HALB is going to hit .12 for sure and possible spike to .17 and if we are lucky up to .25, either next week or the week after. Does not matter either way. Someone already knows something much bigger is on the horizon and we are truly talking dollar land on HALB within the next 4 to 6 months unless something unruly happens like the SEC crashing the party.

As long as they put out legit news and the Main Scientists behind the scenes also make public statements, then you know this is for real. I will work on the Charts over the weekend to see exactly where HALB can go and where I think they will allow it to go. A lot of the trading was MMs covering their Naked Short positions and they only do that when they know major news is going to pop the stock. So pay attention and listen to the Guy from DDAmanda he knows WTF he is talking about!

Dollar Land by April next year for sure if not sooner and people don't dump the stock.

From what I am reading in the news and the Medical Journals and all the Big and Little Pharmas all beating their drums to make a Vaccine about COVID, if these tests do as well as they are already showing, this would INCREDUOUSLY put HALB as the LEADING COMPANY to PROVIDE A NOVELL VACCINE that would basically wipe out not just the current COVID Virus but all COVID Virus versions. Start doing your DD and research. Because of Ph.D. Qiang Chen and his Novell methods they have already broken the barrier with the protein variant. Which can also be used for Alzheimer's. This is a one off the main stream that very few were looking at and now HLAB has interest of BIG PHARMA ringing their phones off the hook.

Based on what I have read and what I am learning about there is a real possibility of HALB being bought out as early as July of next year. I am kicking myself for not getting in sooner. But better late than never.

Grande not that I am aware of. I wouldn't know where to begin. the SEC isn't involved because they are not fully reporting. I think they stopped being fully reporting because at the time they were not making enough money to matter. Who really knows. What matters is the current CEO isn't reporting any income either. And we can't just call him up and ask him to do so because he wouldn't talk to any of us anyway.

Right now my focus is on HALB. I had purchased HALB in February, paying off now. TMSH could fly like that only 100 times better based on revenues and the fact that TMSH's Float is only 200M.

But then again there is the Naked Short positions that have never been covered. Like I said before. if TMSH breaks above .015 then I am in otherwise forget it.

Slojab they were selling tobacco products and selling fuel to several gas stations. They had connected with a family that had tanker transportation services and they never disclosed any of this or just some of the revenues in their filings back in 2010, 2011 and 2012. They were making over $75,000 per month in the first year and were up to $125,00 per month in the second year for tobacco and fuel sales. They required cash payments from everyone so that they would not have to report the income. They were making almost the same amount of money at the Gas Station that Kent Strickler ran out of Siletz, OR. They made plenty of money, they just did not report it. Avg per month income was approximately $150k first year, then about $275k the second including the Siletz Gas Station. I wasn't able to get any information from anyone after that because I had posted some of that information on other boards so they stopped communications from their direct contacts of which I had a connection with one. But that person stopped communicating with me as well. Where do you think they got the money to buy that Yacht they never disclosed to anyone? Doug Johnson and Kent Strickler pocketed all the money which belonged to TMSH and the TMSH Shareholders. The question is what were they making the years after that? They got an agreement with an Indian Tribe to grow cannabis on the Indian Reservation and that was in 2013 or 2014. So how long have they been making money on that revenue? What was the revenue then? What is the revenue now? Why isn't the new Management disclosing anything? Why isn't FINRA forcing them to disclose their revenues?

If they ever did disclose their revenues TMSH stock price would sky rocket and people would make bank overnight. But the new management is not better than the previous management. They are all about themselves and hiding the revenue because no one is making them adhere to the requirements of a Public Company.

My best guess for the cannabis revenues based on the amount of acres they were growing back in the day is around $80,000 per month. That would be roughly $960,000. But that is based only on the acres then. They were in the process of get 3 times as much. So if they did and they are growing on all those acres because there were over 100 acres they were trying to lease. You are looking at no less than $2,880,000 revenues per year if not more.

With the current float that would put TMSH at $0.69 per share. I think.

Slojab, you are correct, that has been the biggest issue with this Company is the GLARING Lack of Transparency for YEARS!

Their stock would trade more run higher with FACTS on Revenue instead of hiding the FACT that they are making a ton of Money.

Time to cough up the facts TMSH, so bring the news and facts out to the public shareholders.

No I don't. Stocks move on actual "real" news not fluff or BS. I have no idea who this new person is that is now Managing $TMSH, but if he is real, and "if" he puts out news about revenues, then the stock will move on it's own accord based on the revenue versus the stock in the Market.

And you still have to factor in the unintended naked shorting that has been going on for years. So once $TMSH breaks above the .015 mark I really think we will see .02 then .03.

But the real fun will begin once we break above .03.

Grande I totally agree, but once $TMSH breaks above .015 and hits .02, then it will hit .03. The real kicker is when it goes above .03, and when it does it will trigger a lot of interest translating to buying power. And the next stop is $0.10. Now that will be something to watch.

Everyone loves a great runner whether there is legitimate business or not. People trade the trade by the Chart or for Money. I do both. I think it is a matter of time. If you look back at the cycles of when a stock trades, and if it trades alot without news the Company does the smart thing and withholds any News because there was a possible leak. So my best guess is the Company will wait about 2 to 3 weeks before any news comes out and I have a feeling it will be pretty impressive. As in REAL NEWS this time.

FIRST - So, if you guys want to see a breakout and a "BLUE SKY" RUN - JUST DON'T SELL ANY SHARES AND WATCH WHAT CAN HAPPEN!

SECOND - $TMSH - Hmmmm, Well when you see solid buying before there is any news, especially when a stock goes up 55%, then someone knows something is about to happen and this could get interesting. But usually on a Friday you have a sell off. What I would expect to see is a standard 25% retracement back to .012 which was resistance and should now be support. But if that does not hold you are looking at .01075 for the next support down then .0096, then .0085.

I did notice that most of the large buys were at .012 so should be good support unless someone dumps to take it down or the MMs start messing with it.

THIRD - If TMSH breaks above .015 which looks very possible, it will be the first time in 4 years and could indicate a run to .03. Which was the resistance point in June, July and Aug of 2016. If TMSH breaks above .03, then there is no real resistance until .10. I may have to take a bite on this one if it goes above .015 today because I certainly did not see that coming. With that said, TMSH could be ready to start something positive and if people start to notice, then this could take off with a lot of buyers coming in. NWPN did put out a press release on the 16th about some actually extremely positive news about Congress making changes to laws to allow a more open policy on research and grants as well which is a huge move in the right direction for the cannabis industry which puts cannabis on a whole new level.

FOURTH - If TMSH comes out with news on any type of actual revenues since 2019's Press Release, then you are looking at a potential surge in trading and then an upward move with unknown potential. If the volume goes over 5M then we could see .03 quickly. That is where I think we will gain a lot of attention and if TMSH is smart they will take advantage of the interest in their stock and put out a sequence of "REAL" News not BS or Fluff and get this thing above $0.25 to $0.50.

If you look back at the chart in 2010 when I first jumped in on that run, it went from .005 to .21 in a single day. That was on 8.28M Shares. The run on TMSH caught the MMs float footed. I got in at .0023 and rode this all the way up to .75 and was selling from .65 and up. But I did alert some heavy hitters like myself and we each came in with about $25k to $50k in buys, then sold higher.

If buyers start coming in and pushing this up, then it could really take off.

FIFTH - But there is another issue for the MMs and I want to explain this before any confusion is started with "Short Interest" versus "Naked Shorting" and state there is no "Short Interest" showing there, so there is no shorting going on. Well, that would a false statement. Short Interest IS ONLY for standard shorting in making a trade betting the stock will go down. That is NOT NAKED SHORTING which occurs and creates Naked Short Interest when an MM has to make a market and provide shares to a buyer when there aren't enough shares available in the FLOAT (what is in the Market) and the MM has to sell the Buyer Naked Shares. This is not malicious or intentional like a lot of people believe that the MMs are doing. This is something that they HAVE to do in order to make a Market. You can see the DAILY Naked Short Interest from RegSho off of the FINRA Website. FINRA REGSHO here: http://regsho.finra.org/regsho-Index.html Scroll down to the ORF Section and go to each day and it will bring up a Text List of all OTC Stocks, search for TMSH then copy the Naked Short Information and compare it to the OTC SHORT REPORT and you will see that they match.

I will contact someone I know and see if he will get me the totals on the current Naked Shorts on TMSH. That would be good to know. LOL

If the cumulative Naked Short in TMSH is over 50,000,000 Naked Shares, this could build up a massive pressure cooker like LEXG and a couple of others back in the day. LEXG went from .16 to over $28 dollars. NUTS! So on the flip side if the heavy hitters come in, their buying power could force a Short Squeeze. Back on 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012, you would see Short Squeezes quite often to the detriment of MMs. So the MMs started really working together to help alleviate the Short Squeeze and or the MMs start forcing the price down. But if TMSH breaks about .015 I would recommend that you get the word out to your friends because TMSH will get to .03 very quickly, and if it breaks .03, then all bets are off. Because the MMs were already over 27,000,000 shares Naked Shorted in 2016 and have never recovered those shares. My best estimate from six months ago when it hit my radar again, is around 36,000,000.

There are already 90M in the Float, so who is holding them? And you have to deduct the 36M from the 90M because those are not real shares and they are suppressing the price action.

Lets see what today and next weeks brings into play for TMSH.

One last thing, TMSH News only shows on Globewire which is not the main Newswire. And you don't always see it on OTC Markets either. But sometimes you can see the news there.

OMG! You know that they made serious cash and they never really disclosed this information publicly. Now I know where all that cash went to. They always made a claim of big money huge rewards or some story or another to get investors to jump in. But they never really showed revenue in anything. This new development seems to have some promises minus the Yatch. Why was it never disclosed that TMSH owned a Yatch worth $150,000?

That would have been interesting to the public. LOL

Wow. I had no idea it had that many people interested. I am not sure where this is going to go but I think you will see some activity within the next couple of months and some possible news depending on what the results of what they are working on.,It is always a matter of time. And I just saw another post about shares, I think the best way to confirm is to call the Transfer Agent and see if they provide an answer but at the State level it has been adjusted to the previous Authorized and Outstanding from what I read.

You have to go to Delaware State Entity Search and pay for the report. It cost me $20 to see the report. They have not made any announcements or even what they do. And they are in no hurry either apparently. But if we see a MM Sponsor or a Registration Statement, then well, it will only be a little time after that. So I am just waiting like everyone else.

If we see MGLG do the same trading or more over the next 2 to 3 weeks, then I would expect to see a breakout even on the Greys. I have seen it happen. Rare but it does happen.

For the record I only trade stocks based on their charts, their indicators and how long it has been since they ran.

They made money in the long run but had to go the extra mile. Many wells in TN still have that problem even today. But the companies are making money.

I am also playing GLD, SPY and a few Penny Stocks as well. Bought GLD around thanksgiving in 2019 in the $138 area, rode it up to $158 area and sold it, bought it back again in the $138 area and then sold it at $188 area. Getting ready to buy it again, just watching to see if it holds here then rises again or it it will go down to solid support at $164 area. That would be a solid buy there for me. We shall see.

This stock hit my scanners and I started doing some research. I remember this stock from 2009. And I made some money off of it because I live in TN where the Company was doing the drilling and I went out to the sites to verify that the Company was actually there and drilling and they were. Not sure of what happened to the company but in my research today looks like someone has taken the company over.

Apparently there were billions of shares sold into the market, but the MMs were forced by an order from the SEC to Finra via the State of Delaware to remove the illicit shares. So from what I can tell the Share Structure is back to the original share structure before the debacle, so looks like 900M A/S with about 600M Float.

I looked back at all the trades this year and someone started seriously accumulating in February of this year and amped up their buying in July and August. There have been more shares purchased than ever before in the last two months.

So whoever took over the company is the buyer or people in the know are buying is my best guess.

I found that a Market Maker Gendarme acquired 500M shares not registered through the Russian Group and they sold them into the Market in July and August of 2009 and made $355,000 off of them. Those are the shares that they were forced to buy back by the Courts. The SEC ordered that most of the money went to the Company. I think part of it went to the SEC for fees and fines.

But Gendarme had acquired shares of 12 different companies in the span of 2 years, 2009 to 2010 and sold 15 billion shares into the market tanking all of those stocks. With MGLG they just dumped them into the market all at once which was what killed MGLG and caused the SEC to get involved. The SEC sucks in my opinion because they halt a stock which punishes the Company and creates massive losses for the shareholders. How backwards is that. Seems more like to me that the SEC Naked Shorts the crap out of stocks then halts them, fabricates these huge outrageous lies then keeps the money. Dark Pools, just dark Pools.

Well good luck if your trading MGLG, I made money once before why not 11 years later, LOL. So I jumped on board today. I got the shares quick which means the MMs have MGLG coded into their systems. I find that very interesting since most stocks on the grey market usually takes a couple to a few minutes to fill trades.

Lets see where this goes. If MGLG break above .0035, then it will go to a penny, .0099 to be exact. If it breaks the .0099, then you are heading for .0127. If it breaks that you are looking at .023. Personally I will be ecstatic and thrilled if it gets to .003.

So focus on the Charts and the Trading, place your bets on the table. But don't count on winning anything unless you keep your eye on the proverbial 8 ball.

Guys and Gals I have to be honest here. With the high hitting .0133, then the sudden appearance of ASCM, then the quick drop leads me to the belief that ASCM was dumping shares or as someone stated, possibly shorting.

But the Chart is the only thing I go by in trading.

Let me be clear on this. IF, and I do mean IF, ASCM stops dumping, the Company does not dump and this trades normally. This could become one of the leading stocks for a Break Away and all Market focus will come in hard on this. The Break Away level is at .077. If you break that and no dumping occurs, you will get the eyes of larger investors.

If we break through .077, next stop is .123. Now, this is where the Company needs to pay attention. IF, and again I repeat, IF, there is no dumping and people sell into the rise and stop hitting the BID, you could see a Green Sky Break Away breaking above .123. This level sets off bells and whistles of even Wall Street Firms. I know, I used to work there and they pay just as much attention to "Stinky" Pinky Stocks as they do to NASDAQ Stocks. There is a quick "ton" of money that can be made in Stinky Pinky land.

Now, here is where the RUBBER MEETS THE COMPANY ROAD AND THE INTELLIGENCE LEVEL OF THE MANAGEMENT.

IF, again, IFFF! There is no dumping, and we break above .15, you are looking at .83 before there would be any rest. This would be a BLUE SKY BREAKWAY ABOVE .25. And you would even have Hedge Funds jumping into the fray. Now, still with me?

There is no resistance after .83...... none......

IF, (no offense meant here truly), IF there is INTELLIGENT LIFE AT THE COMPANY MANAGEMENT LEVEL.... pause............ sigh ....... IF.... pause ...... sigh .....

Then the Company could create the actual "TSUNAMI WAVE" into the dollars with the right Strategic News, Marketing Strategy and put things into place to truly make a difference in the COVID world, you are looking at millionaires being made overnight. (To do that they would have to speak to someone who can help them achieve this, lol ..... any guesses as to who.... lol.) Moving on.

IF, there is INTELLIGENT LIFE AT THE COMPANY MANAGEMENT LEVEL.... pause............ sigh ....... IF.... pause ...... sigh .....


Back to Boring Basics... ( I know after all those wonderful thoughts, lol), but here it is anyway.

The first Key Support was .0073, which held and we bounced back hard to .009 for the close. That was a good move, not great, but good.

If ASCM shows up again, then the second Key support would be .0057, if, and I do mean if that breaks then we are looking at a retracement back to .0028 for strong support.

Key resistances going back up are .0107 (lot of trading there yesterday which is why the resistance there coming back up), then at .0123. If we break .0123, well then it will get very interesting, the next level of resistance is at .022, .025, then very little resistance until .045 and .052. IF FOR SOME ODD REASON, we break above .052 within the next two weeks, you are looking at .077 for the next resistance with the major resistance at .123 as I said above. If you break that, well, all bets are off and .25 is realistic after that then to ..... "Infinity and Beeeyyyooonnndddd!!!" (I know cliche' LOLOL). But I had to say it.

From what I heard they had to get the funding before the new Chief Medical Officer would come aboard. So we should hear something on funding in the next couple of days or next week.

But I dont think we can just jump to .10 to .25.

We have a lot of resistance for instance at .052, so we have to break that resistance first. I think we break .022 resistance then hit .033 resistance, drop to .025 then off to the races for .052.

News tomorrow on funding, this hits three new levels of resistance at .022, .025, .03.

Then over the next two weeks you could see .05 to .073.

Just as an aside, thought I would check to see what the FINRA Report says about the Shorting that has been going on because there are so few shares in the market. I think it is around 16M if I remember correctly what I read in the FORM 10.

What is important to know is that the Market Makers are not intentionally NAKED SHORTING the stock. When they do not have shares or can't find shares to borrow, they still have to meet the Market Demand and put shares into your account for what you have purchased. This is why some of your trades take so long to go through. So have patience if that happens.

Guys, I realize you saw a low Float Stock and thought, "Wow! This stock can really move on a dime!" I would not argue that point in fact I would agree with it. That makes the stock very tantalizing for one of many reasons to take a more in-depth look. There is a much bigger picture here and I think you may want to also dive into the inter-workings of what Wellness Matrix Group is all about as I am doing.

But regarding the stock float and price, they are out of balance with what is actually in the market versus where the price is now. Without any products or product sales or monthly revenue from the monthly programs (unless there are that we do not know about yet), the MMs will hold the stock down. But on a basic level the stock price should be around $3.40 with the current shares in the Market. So it is slightly out of balance with the price. Go back and look at all the shares that have traded and that tells you approximately how many shares are in the market. I used FINRA OTC REGSHO Data for the amount of shares that traded daily. If any news comes out that has anything relating to product sales or revenue the stock price should revalue to around $1.25 as a base to $3.40 depending on any sales or revenue.

When you look at the website, it is not some thrown together stock pumping website. It has verifiable points about technology, the medical industry, what they are doing and how they are doing it and tying it into Virtual Reality to assist in the learning curve. How many companies do you know who are doing that or have even talked about it. Lets not forget that they mention stem cell research. You can now see there is so much information to digest and dissect and then categorize each aspect of the various technologies presented on that Website. That is when you realize, this has some serious underpinnings and there have to be some technology, financial and marketing partners somewhere in all of this. The question is who and where?

Back to the technology. I realized that I did not specify what specific technologies I was referring too. So I went to their website to pull these examples. This was a lot of work and took me a while to figure out the IHUB language to do so.

This is Huge! This is like a major health care company, only after doing my research I did not find any companies combining all of what this company is doing or going to do. This was not put together by fly by night people. The guys listed as management do not have a background in this, so who are the Architects and Science Designers of the technology and this endeavor?

Did you look at the Supera Card Technology? This an integration of existing an newly developed technologies which has the ability be backwards compatible to today's credit card technology.

Again, this is serious technology that is in development according to what I read.

Then on top if it they already have monthly programs for health at different levels depending on what you are interested in achieving.

From what I am learning about this Company with the most recent PRs is that they did not put Mr. Patterson in his position for no reason. I have been connecting the dots to who he is connected with and the technologies he has helped develop. They are actually astounding.

IS anyone else reading between the lines here with the various technologies that they are talking about integrating. This seems to be a foundation that the company may be putting together for a much larger project that is on the horizon.

Hi BF123, I do not have the private talk ability because I do not have that subscription. But I would like to know about this fraudster. The stock itself met the criteria I have set in my script last week for a low trade stock but reached a specific number of shares traded at what price. I do not usually play a stock at this level, normally .10 to .50.

But as I read the board there is no information as to who these people are and what they are about.

Would you mind sharing please. There seem to be a lot of red flags and R/S with expectations of a dump of a large block of shares.
