I’m thinking we will have to wait till after the spectral ipo
We are on the back burner. As long as Americrew is still making money we should be good
.
They sold their money maker and divested into a shell. They want any chance of moving forward as a business, the anmericrewb acquisition has to go through.
I think we may see 001 high trips soon if ol Jim does not get funding to get this train moving
I’m totally disappointed in humanity’s leaders and this f ing leader of this stock
Yeah these company officials don’t understand how retail views their stock. To me it’s very simple for a company to put out a pr saying negotiations are ongoing or council advises no communication. WTF do they expect after 5 months of silence?
Seems they only talk to shareholders when they want to dump shares
I emailed Daniel and the corporate email two days ago, no reply yet
No meat on the bone to chew on yet
Called the number on the otc profile page and filing and surprise surprise surprise the call fails
Hoping they sell the shell to pay for legal expenses
5 months since the last pr in October stating they were acquiring Americrew . I may be wrong but something is not right
Spectral’s ipo is supposed to happen in the first q so hopefully we hear something in the near term
These crooks need to be forced to make a decision
Shareholders, here are way past due for some good shit to happen
And us
Who is funding it is the question?
If I had the money i would hire an attorney to investigate these crooks MacKay and Van Noy. The OTC AND SEC need to be involved investigating these crooked CEO’s that trap shareholders money for years and hide in the EM not answering calls or emails. They need to be held accountable!
He said he wasn’t involved! If he was I’m sure if would have gotten investigated and busted
If I controlled the otc I would bring back the old Wild West and discontinue the rules adopted since 2021. There is no way to bring back liquidity to the otc. The Market is total screwed and corrupt anyway with these greedy CEO’s screwing their shareholders in the Nasdaq micro cap with constant dilution and reverse splits to stay complaint plus crypto
I think the otc needs to get rid of the rules they adopted and bring back the old Wild West to bring back liquidity. The whole market especially small cap nasdaq and bio/pharma along with crypto is total corrupt and fucked
Do it now as long as Trump and pelosi are still profiting like they are
Ai says: Operational Alignment: Recent LinkedIn updates and industry posts from February 2026 continue to describe AmeriCrew's subsidiaries as part of the Telvantis 2026 business plan, which targets over $40 million in revenue for the combined group.
The lack of a formal "Closed" press release, combined with the ongoing operational activity, suggests the companies are in an interim management phase. They are likely waiting for the satisfaction of the debt holder approvals mentioned in the definitive agreement before legally transferring all assets.
CEO Commentary on Integration Status
Strategic Anchor: Contreras has repeatedly described AmeriCrew as the "anchor-acquisition" for Telvantis’s vision to become a fully integrated wireless and fiber infrastructure provider.
Operational "Phase 2": In late 2025 and early 2026 updates, Contreras shifted messaging from "restructuring" to "Phase 2," which focuses on aggressive expansion and accelerating real revenue. This suggests that while legal closing formalities (like debt holder approvals) may be finalized in the background, he is already treating the AmeriCrew units as part of the active 2026 business plan.
Milestone Execution: Contreras recently celebrated the completion of the divestment of Telvantis Voice Services to Spectral Capital on December 31, 2025, calling it a "milestone in the execution of our strategic roadmap" that allows the company to focus exclusively on U.S. infrastructure like that of AmeriCrew.
I do recall they have a line of revolving credit of of $45 million
AmeriCrew Acquisition Financing: The acquisition of AmeriCrew’s subsidiaries, which closed around year-end 2025, was notably structured to be non-dilutive, avoiding the issuance of common equity by utilizing debt arrangements and existing cash resources.

Timeline and Status
Binding LOI: Signed July 10, 2025.
Definitive Agreement: Signed October 7, 2025.
Closing: The transaction was slated to close by year-end 2025, subject to debt holder approvals.
To determine if AmeriCrew Inc. (the operating entity acquired by Telvantis) had revenue in 2024 and 2025, you can look at the historical and projected figures provided during the acquisition process.
Revenue Status (2024 & 2025)
2024 Performance: AmeriCrew's operating subsidiaries were active and generating revenue throughout 2024. While specific audited annual figures for the full year 2024 are typically disclosed in late-year filings, the company maintained an active operational footprint in fiber and wireless infrastructure.
2025 Performance: Based on the definitive agreement signed in October 2025, AmeriCrew’s subsidiaries were on track to exceed $12 million in revenue for the full 2025 fiscal year.
Run-Rate Growth: By the end of 2025, the company reported a scaling operational capacity, targeting a $2 million monthly run rate (MRR) entering the first quarter of 2026.
Operational Indicators
Revenue in these years was driven by several key factors:
Tier I Carrier Contracts: AmeriCrew maintained Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with major U.S. carriers for 5G and fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) deployments.
Federal/State Funding: The company secured projects tied to the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) program, which began distributing funds for rural high-speed internet in 2024 and 2025.
Public Filings: Because the acquisition was structured as a merger into Telvantis Inc. (OTC: RDAR), AmeriCrew's historical 2024 and 2025 financials are being integrated into the consolidated reports for the parent company.
Idk 50/50 chance we move up fast on the Americrew acquisition or we dump maybe with a RS pr? All I know is when ya wait this long on a material event that should have taken place it’s usually not good news especially in the otc
OTC is irrelevant now when the stock first started out I thought it might be one of the first ones to change things but it turns out it’s just the same old. OTC markets are gonna have to figure out what to do. They can’t compete with the small NASDAQ and crypto.
I would think if FCCN plans on doing their IOP there should be some kind of promo campaign. Hopefully RDAR takes advantage and talks then finally
Both of these key players are getting older. It may fucking die before they make any money on this. Put your ego aside and let’s just make some money and move on in life.
Can’t they both agree on something just to get this sold so everyone makes out? So fucking egotistical and childish
Same here! What I think is they wanted meaning him and Van noy after the last debacle with this stock and GEGI. He is APPARENTLY a business man running a private equity firm. If he has the preferred shares locked up at some point he will want to convert those and try something new or sell it to someone else
They may be waiting until FCCN launches their IPO in may include the American crew acquisition in that whole process
Did nothing for the SP
Yeah, I think it’s utterly ridiculous and a slap in the face to shareholders
"This strengthens our near-term uplisting potential and creates immediate value for shareholders. This is only the first of several acquisitions we are planning, and we are highly confident in closing this transaction in the near term."
The completion of the transaction is subject to final negotiations, customary closing conditions, and required approvals.
Telvantis expects to issue a comprehensive strategic update to shareholders in the coming weeks.
HEY DANIEL, it’s been longer than a couple of weeks

Has to be a finalized merger, any new loi won’t do. Investors are on to the Zimbler
I don’t think deeppower was related to Sflm. I think Chad bought Laden’s debt, got some shares and after a few pumps by him and X group he sold for a nice profit. Whether he has any plans going forward is hard to say. I wish he would do something soon. As far as Deeppower goes I think it folded up. His wibsite is for sale and had not publicly talked about it for two years. I think he is still listed as ceo on his LinkedIn page but he had blocked me so I can’t view it.
The "Graveyard" Effect: As of late 2023, there were over 3,300 securities on the Expert Market, with a large portion considered "orphaned" or defunct, suggesting most companies moved there do not return to active tiers.

Be nice if they updated us on if Americrew has been finalized! Typical bs otc
What companies are left in Telvantis if any after the sale of the voice service? I can’t make heads or tale looking at the filing, seems to be all interconnected to mexedia so I can’t really tell.
