we might want to update the board as even trulieves website says 109.1 million shares which would make sense of the 1bil market cap.
did anyone else notice that on yahoo finance and a few of the other sites it says the market cap of tcnnf is 1 billion. this makes no sense as there are roughly 11mil shares correct? wonder if this is causing people to stay away from the stock? Who would i contact to correct this info?
Brian
In a sector where nearly every company trades at astronomic prices based on "future" growth, Trulieve has a tiny market cap of slightly over 100mil. While most companies in this sector have little to no revenue especially when compared to its market cap, Trulieves 2018 revenue will be close to 95 mil. They currently are responsible for roughly 67% of the revenue in the state of Florida in this sector (23 dispensaries, maybe 24 sorry if im off). With the most recent earnings there is no fluff and the numbers truly speak for themselves. They are making enough money where they wont have to sell shares to expand their business, which is great for the stockholders. I have the luxury of living in FL and have a medical card so i go to their dispensaries (maybe too often :}). Their facilities are top notch, not blowing smoke up anyone's ass. Lines are literally out the door especially early in the morning. With the opioid crisis in Fl its no wonder i see so many people (and huge percentage of the older population in FL) turning to medical marijuana as a more safe option for pain. Its almost a blessing that this stock is so unknown as it allows people who do their homework a reward for their hard work. I try not to watch the day to day price action as with any holding. Trading based on emotion is how people lose money in the stock market.
Peace

Im sure this has already been posted but its worth a mention. The majority of novice traders use free platforms like robinhood. This limits ones ability to what they can purchase ie only a handful of pot stocks. Until Nov.2 Aphria wasnt even available to these traders. I could see an increase in volume for the stock now that more people will have access to purchasing APHA.

I live in Fl and have a medical card. I visit the Jacksonville dispensary on the regular and Trulieve is top notch. They always have great product and the staff at the facility is great. Its always packed, sometimes all the way out the door. I would have to imagine its similar at all of their facilities. FL has a huge senior citizen population and i cant tell you how many of them i see at the shop. Doesnt seem like too many people are even aware of this stock, yet it quietly keeps doing its thing.

So I try to follow the clues and go down the rabbit hole to see who Scythian has ties with. So Aphria is the lead investor in $20 mil in financing. APHQF CEO Vic Neufeld and LHSIF CEO are both on the board. They both run very successful companies in the same sector.
“Scythian's mission is to be the first accepted drug regimen for concussive treatment. Scythian has recently formed a collaboration with the University of Miami and its world renowned neuroscientific team to conduct pre-clinical and clinical trials of its drug regimen. The University of Miami believes that Scythian's scientific approach shows significant promise and differs from previous approaches to treat this growing problem. The collaboration with the University of Miami allows access to their extensive knowledge base in the fields of traumatic brain injury and concussions and allows for Scythian's clinical studies to be undertaken at their world-class facilities.”
So maybe it’s market cap is a little high but when it comes to smaller cap companies, management is key. It doesn’t seem like the general public has caught wind of this company as it’s otc volume is always below 5000. Worth keeping an eye on to say the least.

When the stock is running everyone celebrates and just the opposite when it's down. I think we have support near $5.25 and definitely at our 50 day ma around $4.91. Everyone has their own agenda and targets for their position and to each their own. Personally I buy the large dips and am accumulating for a more long term approach 2-5 years. I also completely see why some would sell after our most recent run. Either way, this is one of only a handful of companies in the sector that is not a micro cap (i.e. Market cap north of $500 mil) it trades on the TSX and they don't have to sell shares to pay the bills. Anyways, off my soapbox. Happy trading to everyone.
Brian
I was about to say the same thing. Daily chart is looking strong with nice volume and creeping towards $6. Hope everyone has a kickass day.
Brian
Nothing but a healthy pullback. We ran from $5 to over $6 in less than a week. Let's see where we settle in and find support.

I believe neither of those sites were compensated for the articles they published.
I have not seen anything about our stock being promoted what I have seen is many of the other stocks in our sector being promoted including IMLFF (which I like, but at a lower price.)
Brian
It listed at about 5pm est. just another example of $$ well spent. Aphria gets 2 hand picked members on the board , not to mention continued expansion into the U.S. I feel like we will keep churning along testing resistance points and slowly making new highs. I think we could still test $5 before we head up towards the mid $5s. Just my opinion of course.
Brian
Not sure if anyone had posted this new article yet.
Have slowly been accumulating shares on dips. Aphria seems well diversified with its assets (cash/investements ) in its portfolio of a handful of quality companies involved in the marijuana sector. Also with exposure to both us/Canada markets they are less risky than most companies. With more companies entering the growing canibus sector in Canada's its important to pay attention to the price its cost to do business. This is where Aphria shines, they are a best of breed when it comes to cost per gram grown. While their market cap is lofty 600mil ish I do believe they have room for serious growth. What that number is, I like everyone else really doesn't know. Do your own DD, find the right sources and question those as well. Have a great weekend.

Maybe it's the blog written yesterday by insider monkey that posted on yahoo.finance scared a bunch of people.
Could you be more specific about what you believe looks good about the 10-q instead of making generalized blanket statements? Thanks in advance.
Brian
I very rarely post but this assessment is spot on. This much goodwill is a huge red flag. Best of luck everyone with your investments in trtc and other companies.

Like most, I tend to disagree w the good ole professor normally. Perhaps it's because he posts 100000 times a day and it flows like diahrea of the mouth. This time though, he does have a point. The intangible assets is a red flag. Its not the end all be all but just something to keep in the back of our minds going forward.
DP stated Blum is on track and deal will likely be done this week

Mark do you have factual information to back up your claim? At $1-2 a share wouldn't our market cap be close to 1 bil?
For those of you that have held this stock for multiple years, at what price point are you going to start taking money off the table? While I never post, I have owned/ followed this company for the past 3 years. Thanks in advance.
I truly enjoy listening to Bob speak about our company

Im sure you have owned cemjq since it was only a couple of pennies. That is obviously why you are always on this board complaining instead of retired off of your 2000% gain. If your "throwing in the towel", do you really need to constantly tell everyone on this board that is your intentions?
as usual, thank you for your wisdom and insite
latest post by bob on facebook:
Many of you have emailed me asking why www.mymedicalrecords.com is not part of the Patient Privacy Rights (Facebook: Patient Privacy Rights) report card. However it would appear that the "Report" is not as interested in reporting all the facts because posts from me continue to vanish. So I tried again one last time to...night and when my posts now instantly disappeared I decided to post the offer I posted on their page to my page for those who are interested in what I said. (Hopefully Patient Privacy Rights is not a is not a paid advertising site.) In any event this is the offer I posted, "If anyone can find a Personal Health Record that offers better user controlled “Privacy” than MyMedicalRecords.com, Kira and I will donate $1000.00 to the charity of your choice or this organization (Patient Privacy Rights) assuming it is interested in finding out."
bob is the man!

Thanks for your input. It seems like you have done a whole lot of DD on this company. Keep up the good work. Anyone check out the 10-Q that came out today?
i think they are from facebook.
i just find it hard to celebrate when our stock is trading at .032 cents. maybe its just me, but i think it is way to early to begin celebrating.
To be honest this news really doesnt suprise me. I have been a shareholder for a few years and this is pretty typical for this company. This is quite unfortunate, because it seems like the ownership has good ideas as far as creating revenue stream but something always seems to take a turn for the worse. Did anyone else get a phone call from SUN today? Thought that was a little desperate, but whatever. Have a great day trading.
