Poor management IMHO.
I watch all Alc/Bev stocks and this one tanked hard.
Google it. The 2011 event just finished in Geneva.
Yes, and we are in 2011-2012 year for the competition, so what is the point of posting an award from two years ago?
Not sure, you are the stock wiz, I just watch the Alc./Bev. stocks closely.
Why? It is publicly disclosed and even the transactions are disclosed. What is the beef about it?
Surely there are many hybrid type operations on the board?
That is friggin hilarious! Can I use that line? Best one I have heard all year!
You may be right on the second part, but I disagree with you on the first. If the shareholders wanted to purchase a beverage portfolio (i.e. Happy Vodka Corp) they should look at ROX, DKAM, DEO, BF or others that are in that line of business. The fact that LIQR does not own Happy has no bearing on the investment, Happy is one of 3000+ products that LIQR sells.

So Kezz, let's say you owned Happy. This brand is selling substantial amounts of booze and LG is the distributor of the booze exclusively throughout the world, earning LG about $1.75 per bottle sold (based on extrapolation from the filings).
What more do you think that LG or its shareholders deserve out of that relationship?
They won in 2009 which was the 2010 award. The 2011 awards were just posted in December 2010, no DNA on the list of best tasting...
Posting news from 2009? What is the relevance?
Happy Celebrates 1,000,000 Bottle Month
January 6, 2011 – Jacksonville, FL – Happy Vodka Corporation announced today the celebration of 1,000,000th bottle sold from each of the Happy product lines; including: Happy Vodka®, Happy Rum®, Happy Gin®, Happy Tequila Blanco®, Happy Tequila Reposado®, Happy Sake® and Happy Ouzo®. This milestone in the sales and development of the Happy product line demonstrates the viability of Happy as a truly long term brand. “It was great to see the Happy Team hit that goal right at the 10th Anniversary of Happy” says C.J. Eiras, CEO of Happy Vodka Corporation and Liquor Group Wholesale (Publicly Traded: LIQR).
Happy relishes in the fact that it spends less than 1% of annual revenues on marketing and advertising support, yet the products continue to sell well domestically and in 12 foreign countries though Liquor Group’s worldwide distribution channels. When shipments of the Happy product arrive, they go out to market almost instantly.
So what’s the next step in the Happy progression? Eiras says that the company has been researching additional spirits line extensions, several private labeling wine options as well as a private labeled beer line as viable growth options for the product portfolio. Eiras is also interviewing several independent distilleries, expressing that changes in the production of the Happy line are imminent, as the company wants to domesticate the production of the product lines.
Happy Merlot anyone? How about a Happy Lager?
Rheingold is a Super Premium - WHAT? I thought it was being sold as a cheep beer...Did I miss something? I think you are sadly mistaken if you think it is a SUPER PREMIUM.
Thanks. I hate to see you loose all your money as well, but don't say I didn't warn you!
It does not make sense. Please elaborate on the evil bears trying to push down the price of DNAX. What do they have to gain?
Someone named Patrick Kenney...DUH.
I guess DKAM can pay LIQR to settle the case with all the Reingold profits! HA HA HA no profit at DKAM to pay...
Welcome back! I missed you!
I guess you tried to sell your DKAM shares to post bond but since they were worth so little you could not get out?
Can you explain to us all why someone would want to sell their shares at $0.55 other than that is the going bid price?
I would be happy with 1/2 full!
Good luck on your trades!
Happy New Year to all on the board, and remember only three short weeks until the final court hearing for LIQR vs DKAM!
You guys are a riot!
Happy New Year to all on the board, and remember only three short weeks until the final court hearing for LIQR vs DKAM!
They need more brands and more profits!
In the end Mel & Darren will be the only ones to profit off of this company. Watch and see.
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all!
Happy Holidays to all, including longs, shorts, pumpers, dumpers, even Naked Canadian Illuminati Short traders too.
LIQR had Trump for all 18 Control States, along with all other DKAM liquor products. DKAM could not fill the orders (read the joint press releases about this online) and DKAM ended up loosing all of LIQR's work effort getting these brands to market because they did not have the product to fill orders or the money to pay back the contracted marketing plan. Thus LIQR sued DKAM.
FYI DKAM still has never filled orders in MI and other states where LIQR created a market for them, as is demonstrated by the State of Michigan still showing LIQR for Trump.
If Mexcor was actually selling DKAM products like PK says they are don't you think that DKAM would have replaced LIQR in MI and the other LIQR controlled states by this time two years later?
Looks like a SEC banned way to communicate with shareholders unless they place the Safe Harbor notice at the bottom of each text. Just one more demonstration of the sophomoric management of this company.
Don't blame yourself, your posts were normally very informative about this company. I watch ALC/BEV stocks all the time (see how many I moderate here) and I can tell you that this one really never had a chance. Selling one product will never make it in this portfolio driven industry.
Wow, someone spent less than $10K buying this turd and people are sooooo excited about it!
I guess it must be nice to feel good about an investment with such low standards...
Great analysis! You really do your homework!
I saw that on some other TV show too. I guess LIQR was ahead of their time!
Well this company has so much potential. Too bad.
PROMOTIONAL DOLLARS? HA HA HA! That was what LIQR ended up having to sue DKAM to try to collect! I can't wait to see what happens in January with the final hearing on that case...
Huge stock with huge potential! Not.
Don't forget the effect of pending litigation...
You made it to more dilution!!! 3M more shares in the market plus the conversion!
YIPEE!
WHY ATTACK THIS POSTER WHO SEEMS TO BE AN INTERESTED POTENTIAL SHARE BUYER?
I believe that towing the company line may be difficult with the results thus far...
WHAT A POS this stock is...
My guess was lower, too bad I missed out because I think I would have won!
Can somebody post the year end price guesses?
I would like to see where everyone guessed since I could not log in during the contest...
Thank you! You too! Hope all your stock dreams come true!
