Real?
No kidding! Good ol’ BS Shaw is really scraping the bottom of the barrel for “news”.
What a joke.
You did not say
WoW! You think???
Hence the reason we were joking about it
and I said...
“But I suppose there might be a tad less appeal.
:) ”
Can you be a little more specific?
I’ll assume you mean BS SHAW is not screwing the shareholders every chance he gets...
But if that is TRUE, then why do so many FACTS point to the oppposite?
I wait right here...
ROTFLMAO
Yes... we do agree on both fronts.
And it appears that the suppositories are “better”
in terms of bio-availability...
But I suppose there might be a tad less appeal.
:)
The link to the PR does not work.
Here is what the last 10k says..
“On December 22, 2016, the Company entered in a membership interest transfer agreement with Open Therapeutics whereby the Company sold 80% of its membership interest in Pilus back to Open Therapeutics. Open Therapeutics agreed to terminate and cancel 80% of the unexercised portion of the warrant to purchase 28,917,647 shares (or 23,134,118 warrants) of the Company’s common stock. Open Therapeutics agreed to pay to the Company 20% of the net profit generated Pilus Energy from its previous year’s earnings, if any. The first $75,000 of such payments would be retained by Pilus Energy as additional consideration for the sale, which is reflected as a contingent liability on the Company’s consolidated balance sheet. The Company further agreed it would vote its 20% membership interest in Pilus Energy in the same manner that Open Therapeutics votes its membership interest on all matters for which a member vote is required. Through March 31, 2018, there has been no activity recorded by Open Therapeutics with respect to Pilus Energy, and thus the $75,000 remains contingently owed to them.”
So this is something TAUG only would have paid IF Pilus had generated “net profit”...
WHY did BSeth give away 500,000 shares for something that more than likely NEVER would have been paid
and IF it WAS paid, would have come out of proceeds???
Is this ANOTHER example of how he screws the shareholders every chance he gets?
ROTFLMAO
Excellent post; which demonstrates how to support CLAIMS with FACTS!
It is so easy to say that there are “outrageous lies” being spread about good ol’ BS Shaw.
Yet I never see any FACTS to back that CLAIM up.
Thanks for always bringing FACTS!
:)
Once again, it is claimed that “outrageous lies” are being spread...
Yet not one shred of PROOF is offered.
Poor widdle BSeth Shaw.
Everybody lies about him.
Too bad the filings tell a different story...
Or are the filings incorrect?
BSeth Shaw spewed his BS here for months, but FINALLY corrected one “misstatement”.
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1142790/000149315216008806/form8-k.htm
Of course, he lied in this too, because he said
“On April 11, 2016, the management of Tauriga Sciences, Inc. (the “Company”) became aware of a misstatement in its Definitive Schedule 14A (the “Proxy Statement”) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) on July 17, 2015.”
BSeth Shaw knew many many many months before April of 2016...
That is a fact that has ample PROOF here.
Need me to post links to his posts AGAIN???
I wonder why it took so long to correct???
I wonder why he played games and denied denied denied???
The shareholders deserve so much better.
Kick BS SHAW to the curb!!!
I quoted YOU!
So we are more than 6 months past this
Actually, they would be late to that party too...
When I was reading on Endoca’s site about their gum,
I noticed they also have a suppository.
https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.endoca.com/blog/suppositories-effective-take-cbd/amp
This is what BSeth does...he tries to ride the coattails of the companies that actually inovate.
I doubt the guy has ever had an original idea in his life.
He just jumps on whatever the latest THING is.
I have not tried CBD yet myself... but I know someone who has taken it after having 2 back surgeries.
That person swears by it.
Unfortunately, that person also wears a tinfoil hat
and believes the BS about CHEMTRAILS and a whole lot of other stuff...
So needless to say, I really am not going to take his recommendation seriously.
I do believe there are things that conventional medicine has ignored.
I give my dog turmeric (cucurmin) for arthritis pain and I have noticed a difference.
I have thought about trying CBD on him, but it’s more expensive and this seems to be working for now.
I loved your ideas for the ad though!!!
Up Your’s with Our’s
That’s hilarious!
Whoa! Who are you and what did you do with Skidoo?!?
Is this change of heart because BSethie screwed over TAUG shareholders with his use of the 2 Mil from Cowan???
The long term shareholders of TAUG [bold]should [/bold]revolt...
It should have happened a long time ago, in my opinion.
But better later than never!
But but but ...NEWS OUT! TAUG is contemplating new flavors!!!
WaHooo!
To da moon!!
Don’t be left chasing!!!
ROTFLMAO
I am well aware of which things are toxic.
Some things are just unavoidable.
Others things it’s an easy choice to avoid.
Just my opinion.
You can do as you choose.
Well gee...I don’t think dog owners intentionally give their pets chewing gum or any of the other things that contain Xylitol.
But reality is, if you have it around, it is possible that your dog could get in to it and snarf down a bunch before you catch him.
Best to just not have it around.
Very interesting...and very informative.
AND I found the answer to the question the consultant refused to answer.
“Ingredients: Gum base, Maltitol, Sorbitol, Xylitol, Isomalt, Natural flavors, Vegetarian magnesium stearate, Silicon dioxide, Stevia. Contains traces of hemp seed oil and sunflower oil.”
Any products with Xylitol in them should be kept out of reach of dogs.
https://vcahospitals.com/know-your-pet/xylitol-toxicity-in-dogs
I do this by not purchasing products with Xylitol.
:)
So the company “has it”?
But you claimed it would be filed...
Actually I think at one point you even claimed it had been filed...lol...
But in reality, it’s nothing more than a THREAT.
There is no class-action lawsuit...
Just some disgruntled losers threatening to sue the company.
Too funny!
ROTFLMAO
Here is the link to buy...US dollars...
https://www.endoca.com/product/cbd-chewing-gum-150mg
I put it in my cart and was quoted 7$ for shipping.
Of course, only an idiot would buy one pack and have it shipped for that...lol...
They have quantity discounts.
“Buy 6 pcs and get 10% off
Buy 3 pcs and get 5% off”
They also are NOT afraid to tell you what sweetener they are using...
ROTFLMAO
I ask, because I am curious.
Again...why is TAUG’s paid consultant, who is incessantly touting the company and its (so far unavailable) products, afraid to answer a simple question about which sweetener is being used in the gum???
TAUG had no problem listing a boatload of other features of TAURI-GUM.
It seems a bit strange that they worry about it being kosher, and gluten free, etc.
But there is no mention of the sweetener they are using.
Then, when someone asks, instead of answering what should have been a simple answer to a simple question;
the consultant refuses to answer and deflects the question with “why do you ask”.
That looks like a big RED FLAG warning to me.
ROTFLMAO
The article on gum was enlightening...
“Anastassov admitted that the company’s first attempt at CBD gum, CanChew, which was released in 2014, was not as effective as he had hoped, despite 14 years of research and development. The problems in releasing CBD from a gum base meant that 50% of the cannabinoid remained in CanChew gum after hours of chewing. CanChew Plus is a significant improvement because it offers 80% of the compound within half an hour of chewing.”
What kind of testing has been done on TAUG’s gum?
How is their product getting around this issue??
Or are people just supposed to believe that they are really getting all of the advertised amount of CBD???
https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.marijuanabreak.com/cbd-chewing-gum-does-it-actually-work/amp
No...the pricing is $15 (US dollars), which at today’s conversion rate, would be 13.08 Euro...
Glad to see you admit that it’s a “very good” product with a better price than TAURI-GUM.
ROTFLMAO
I am curious. Why do you (the “consultant”), who touts the so-called products (none are on the shelf at this time, right?), and is so often extolling the virtues and advantages of those products, dodge a simple question?
Which sweetener is being used?
I did not notice a sweetener mentioned in TAUG’s glowing list of TAURI-GUM’s attributes...
What sweetener are they using???
I believe you mean EA not “EU”...lol..
So maybe you don’t know all about it?
Anyway...TAUG said this...
“Tauriga's CBD Gum Product line, are the following specifically integrated features:
-- Tauriga's CBD Gum product line is Gluten-Free
-- Tauriga's CBD Gum product line is manufactured - Non-Genetically Modified Organisms ("Non-GMO")
-- Tauriga's CBD Gum product line is Allergen-Free
-- Tauriga's CBD Gum product line is VEGAN
-- Tauriga's CBD Gum product line will be KOSHER (Star-K Kosher Certification)
-- Tauriga's CBD Gum product line will be PAREVE (Non-Dairy)
-- Tauriga's CBD Gum product line will initially be available in COOL MINT
-- Tauriga's CBD Gum product line will only be sold to customers of age 18 or older “
The EA brand is 100% biodegradable, which I think is probably more important to more people than kosher chewing gum.
“Normal chewing gum is a huge environmental problem. It is the world's second most common form of litter after cigarette butts and swallowed chewing gum often ends up in your toilet since it’s not biodegradable and passes straight through your gut. CBD gum is both biodegradable in nature and can be beneficial both when chewed and even when swallowed.”
ROTFLMAO
More expensive than this (already out there) product
https://www.endoca.com/product/cbd-chewing-gum-150mg
Top of the google results.
But the search also turned up this article which was interesting.
I’d say TAUG is late to the party, as usual. Once again they are just trying to ride on the coattails of products already out there and HYPE surrounding those products.
“There isn’t an enormous difference in price between CBD gum and oil these days. CanChew Plus works out at around $23.33 per 100 mg of CBD. For reference, PureKana’s Natural CBD oil costs approximately $18 per 100 mg of CBD. When you account for the better bioavailability in the gum, there is little difference in price point. Bhang’s gum is far cheaper, at $7.50 per 100 mg of CBD.”
https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.marijuanabreak.com/cbd-chewing-gum-does-it-actually-work/amp
ROTFLMAO
If there is not more than ONE consultant, then why does the filing say THIS???
“Subsequent to March 31, 2018, the Company issued 9,750,000 shares of its restricted common stock to consultants under consulting agreements”
Please take note of the plural used for “consultants” and “agreements”...
Unless TAUG is making inaccurate filings, AGAIN (as they have in the past), then I think it is pretty obvious that there is more than one!
ROTFLMAO
Or how about when he and the TAUG Thomas Graham claimed that the court had ruled that the venue would be Florida!
Oops!
Where o where is that class-action lawsuit that was supposedly filed against AYTU???
Yeah...I have looked...
If you claim it’s been filed, then provide a link.
Betcha can’t!
ROTFLMAO
Hilarious...
Wasn’t the CONpany supposedly doing this LAST year?
I sure hope Darin got his flu shot this time.
ROTFLMAO
No doubt.
TAUG would have been better off if he had just let it go bankrupt.
He is just milking it dry.
Slow painful death vs. quick end?
What are the odds that it ends up BK at a later date
or is sold off to some company similar to WhiteFox, that further destroys the shareholders?
If shareholders want an example of how BSeth “saves” the shareholders from bankruptcy,
all they need to do is look at what happened to BVAP.
WaHOO!
What a joke.
Yes...
Maybe we are supposed to assume that good ol’ BSethie is sitting in front of his computer, watching his...oh wait...the TAUG shareholder’s... “investments”, tick by tick?
And of course, he’d want to be in his “office” that the TAUG shareholders are paying for, so he could access his “ROLODEX”...LoL!
Maybe he has a phone just like grandma used to have sitting right next to the Rolodex?
That M&A call could come at any moment....
There is some debate about if there is even a broom closet with TAUG’s name over the door, but the shareholders are paying for SOMETHING.
“On December 1, 2017, the Company relocated its corporate headquarters from Danbury, Connecticut to New York, New York. The Company’s main office is located at 555 Madison Avenue 5th Floor Suite 506, New York, NY 10022. The Company has entered into a two-year lease at $1,010 per month for the term of the lease.”
*cough*
$1010 per month...LMAO
Oh...right...I guess you need to build a whole NEW supermarket...lol
Totally impossible to just install them at an existing supermarket, eh?
So WHY did TAUG need to waste the $$$ on these chargers (was it 6 months ago now?) just to have them sitting around gathering dust until their “consultant” finds a spot for them at a new supermarket???
Wasn’t TAUG supposed to be trying to sell other chargers and receive commissions on the sales?
How is that going?
I guess they can’t exactly point to the chargers they have installed during a sales pitch, eh?
So...
ROTFLMAO!
Ahhh...your “5000” retail locations claim was about the lip goop.
Want me to post the link...again..I have many times before.
IT NEVER HAPPENED!
NOT EVEN CLOSE!
I doubt that TAURI-GUM will be in 5000 locations either...
One look at all the failed attempts in BSethie’s sordid history should clarify that for you.
This is just another pathetic attempt to ride a wave of HYPE (CBD oil)
so that TAUG can keep the financing mealticket running.
When are we going to see the 10q???
I’m always looking for a good laugh and reading that should be a HOOT!
ROTFLMAO
It may be the CEO’s “job”, but if a “job” does not fall within your particular abilities, then a CEO with any real merit, would delegate the “job” to someone with the skills required.
Yes, every name that TAUG has picked so far has sucked.
So why do they stay on the same path?
It’s pathetic.
And the TAUG shareholders pay the price.
So you think TAURI-GUM is a good choice?
Message board “carping” or not, if the shareholders are not impressed with the product name choice, then what makes you think that any potential customer standing in a retail check out lane is going to be?
Maybe BSethie should have let shareholders weigh in or vote on the name.
Surely the result could not have been any worse.
WaHOO! TAURI-GUM!!!
To da MOON!
