The brokerage said Canopy's sequential 62% net revenue growth and sharp gross margin improvement in F3Q20 "help give better visibility" to its operating momentum. It noted recreational cannabis volumes increased by over 2,000 kg sequentially, and it models "modest" sequential growth over the next two quarters, which may prove to be conservative as derivative products are launched. Management is committed to keeping shelves stocked with high THC products, which typically sell at premium prices and are in high demand, Piper Sandler noted. According to Piper Sandler, Canopy does not need to chase sub-value pricing with its recreational portfolio balanced between tiers (40% premium, 30% mainstream, 30% value) with broad momentum. Canopy is seeing momentum across all three tiers, with strong demand for its TWD value brand and over 50% sales growth in its LBS Sunset premium flower and pre-rolls. The brokerage believes Canopy could also benefit if other licensed producers exit the market, which it considers likely. According to Piper Sandler, Canopy's capital position "helps facilitate strategic and operational shifts." The brokerage noted Canopy is adjusting to an 'evolving' industry, and it believes its balance sheet provides flexibility to do so. As new products are introduced to the market, Canopy's near US$1.7B in cash and equivalents allow it to quickly allocate funds to different initiatives to help meet consumer demand. Piper Sandler expects Canopy's current cash burn rate to moderate as its strategy becomes more focused, and to turn positive in 1 to 2 years. I agree with you that a buyout or an equity partnership will happen.

However I don’t see that happening till near the end of 2020. As KBLB still needs to prove the following
- mass production
- product consistency

I believe it is coming and that DuPount will be the company . This product has the potential to impact many markets.

I would say that the gap has now closed..... all I see left is between .147 - .15 which should be closed shortly
