They are also waiting on JG's patent. He was granted in early July Provisional Approval and have an expedited full approval in process.
This according to JG's Instagram post.

The one reason I think is Gonzalez got a provisional patent on the tech granted. He posted it on his Instagram July 6th. They may be waiting on the full patent being granted this way there is no possibility of rejection of the patent.
