Come on dude, be straightforward in your analysis. Explain how the Accum/Distr and ChiOsc, which are hands down the best indicators for dilution, all have increased?
I'm sure you know this, but if one wants to discern dilution they look for buying volume with a corresponding decrese in the Accum/Distr. line and ChiOsc line. I can pull multiple charts showing this.
A quick glance at the 60-min chart here shows without a doubt that the Accum/Distr. line and the ChiOsc (which is simply a MACD for the Accum/Distr.) both make a pronounced move from Nov. 5 on. Of course the MFI fell on Nov. 4 because around 10M shares were sold. That's someone selling off, not dilution.
Now, I'm going to try to keeps this civilized and I hope you can do the same.
LMFAO...facts? Good luck with that request.
I don't see it being as registered...
Has anyone looked up the trademark to see if it is actually registered?
Bout 7M in buys and 4M in sells.
Possible, but the company has stated to s/hs in private emails (take them for what they're worth) that no dilution has taken place. I wasn't around for the run up and didn't get to watch the L2, but the Accum/Distr. and ChiOsc. during those times doesn't indicate that any new stock was being pumped in. Usually you can tell when there is a high volume day and the Accum/Distr and ChiOsc nosedive. That wasn't the case here.
Yeah, but as another poster pointed out, they may be able to convert at any time, despite the fact it would not make sense to do so at trip 0 prices. I still don't think anyone is converting though.
Right, you're talking about the ones issued in 06 and 07. There were also CDs issued in 08. Other than the 29k already converted, as far as I know, no other conversions have taken place, and wouldn't make sense (at this pps) to the holders if they did.
Which CDs are you referring to? The ones assumed in the March 2004 exchange agreement, or the ones issued in 2006, 2007, and 2008? The latter matures three years from the date of issuance. Of the CDs assumed in March 04, $125,000 remains from the $475,000 balance. It is true from the financials that $29,210 of its convertible debentures were converted into 35,061,636 shares of stock, but I think this refers to the '04 CD. Also, whatever has been converted is still reflected in the now stated o/s.
MM smoke and mirrors.
That's true jm, but almost all gaps are filled. We'll see.
If you're going to buy, I'd wait to see if gap gets filled later in the day.
Looks like a gap up this morning.
From what I understand in the limited financials they released, the CDs aren't exercisable until sometime in 2009. I think they hope by that time enough money has poured in that they can either payback the CDs or restructure them.
Some interesting plays to keep an eye on.

I'd be careful with that bearish engulfing candle.
Why is the Accum/Distr and ChiOsc so down when the volume is so high?
Go crawl back into your hole. There is no dilution here. Just your style to show up when the pps is down. Anything to suit your agenda to bash this stock. Pathetic...
wonder is any of the buying as more retiring?
slowly working its way up today. Very little selling. Looks like weak hands have exchanged places with stronger ones. The true test will be to see if we can sustain the upticks.
Why would deals have non-disclosures on them when its in the best interest of both to get the word out?
Trading like a low float today. Hopefully flippers don't start dumping again...
PR must come this week IMO or whatever interest was gained will quickly be lost.
I'll file that one away for later study.
I generally agree with that. But one must keep in mind how the forest looks from the trees. What do you mean by "decomposition shows an embedded cycle."
I mean, when the RSI is at these levels, I agree that the high probability play is a pullback occurs. I don't rely that much on the fast RSIs insofar as I use them to give me an idea where the slow RSI is likely headed. It also depends on how I'm playing the stock, i.e. short/long.
Right, time frames are always the key. If you notice, I first posted a CNOA chart based on its 3-year historical prices, and based on that, a trend looked more like a test of a downward trend, instead of creating an upward trend. But I noted that a break of the downtrend line at .69 could indicate a reversal.
Thanks for the critique, though. Always nice to get feedback.
Interesting. Why so heavy on RSI? Also, why can't overbought RSI/Stos just be the beginning of a pullback/correction, and not the end of a trend?
Trix is still making higher highs and higher lows. No divergence. Agreed that the RSI is overbought, but like I said, a pullback might be in order.
What are you looking for before you see a trend established?
looks like we are on the same page. Can't wait to get in on this possible trend forming.
Warned about CNOA on Sunday...looking really good now. Check the charts.

Real smart as I'm sure they're long gone as am I. Go ahead and troll through all my posts. I'm sure you have nothing better to do with your life. LMFAO...
How am I pumping the stock when all I'm stating are the facts and basic technical analysis of the charts. Even a self-proclaimed-know-it-all like you can't deny that charts don't lie.
Your reputation precedes you.
hopefully the MMs dont wack it down.
lol...we need about 20 more people like you to get this puppy moving.
