I agree with CVIEW that if it isn't soon, they need to provide an explanation. That would be more prudent than leading us on.

Others please feel free to post. The race in on.
Who wants to go on record as saying AMEX will happen on or before December 31st, 2000? Just for kicks.
From the sound of the posts, odds favor a 2001 announcement.
LOL
If AMEX happens before next year I will be absolutely amazed. I see the excuse of "They'll wait for next years fiscal quarter to be a starting point" being used shortly.
I believe this company is making a profit. I believe that there won't be enough shares to go around. I did buy more today.
But my AMEX hopes are becoming more and more minimal.
What could be the hold up for listing on AMEX? Everything seems in order, the symbol is reserved, whats going on? One month turns into two, two into three, three into.....
Certainly, if they mention it in the IBD, it must be soon. But then again, it was inside of an "Ad" and not the content of the paper.
I have been seeing decent blocks of trades go through, 1,000...1,500 This is more attractive than the pidly 100 share trade. Soon we will see 10,000 and 100,000 share blocks go through.
SEVU NEWS OUT--$80 Million Contract
Folks, today we had great news, an increase in volume of trading, which usually would translate to an increase in price. Being that the stock price dropped, I am completely convinced that the Market Makers are moving this to their advantage. We have to be patient.
The news alert basically told me one thing: SEVU is not a $9 stock. So I bought more.
The Yahoo profile page states that SEVU has 2.8 Million in the float. Is this in fact the case, or is it more?
If any one does have a more accurate figure, can you site the source.
Thank you.
Byeohteque
Not worried, but amazed...
at the low volume of trading this week.
Such low volume, with a relatively stable price at least means there isn't many sellers.
OK, for the Record....
I refuse to believe that SEVU should be down $.30 today. This is clearly Market Maker manipulation. Obviously there aren't a lot of buyers. But are there that many more sellers to push this gem down several dollars the past weeks.
What a joke. I'm going to be so pumped when this thing hits the AMEX. This train will roll.
All aboard.
Folks, I hate to say this, but in this market, there isn't a lot of buying going on. Going onto the AMEX would be much better in an "up" market, not a "down" market.
Lets just hope next week (which is the week several of you have predicted the Amex news) is a better week than this week/month/quarter.
OUCH.
$20 (twenty) per share is easily acheivable. When we hit the AMEX, which will happen, the short investors will rush to cover sending this puppy over $20 and possibly to $30. I believe those of us who are long, won't sell at $20/$30 and very few shares will be available to the shorts for their covers.
Its going to be exciting folks. Regardless.
Byeohteque-
SEVU finally has a "profile" on the Yahoo investment page.
This page says that they have 10 employees, and 14.7 Million shares in the float.
Good luck to all of us.
Crookk,
When you followed the other stocks from the OTCBB to AMEX, what happened to their stock price?
BigBizz, I absolutely agree!
The benefit would be much greater if the AMEX announcement came when the market rebounds.
I'm willing to wait....so I can buy more.
Maybe I spoke too soon on the selling pressure.
How many are excited that all of the sell off in the market recently hasn't adversely affected SEVU much. Its tells me that most aren't willing to sell SEVU.
New letter from Rich McBride on SEVU website, dated 9-28-00
Fortunately for IRF, they are a solid company which continues to increase their product base. Unfortunately for the stock price, IRF is still subject to some of the volatility swings that the tech stocks go through. Keep in mind also that IRF only has 52 million shares in the float. This contributes to wide swings both up and down. Hang in there.
Blood "substitutes" are coming.
Better known simply as oxygen carriers, this class of therapeutics will forever change traditional, emergency, and preventative medical practices.
The financial reward for companies that produce such products will create a new class of wealth for the investors convinced of their products worthiness.
I look forward to the discussion.
Folks, IRF is now on iHUB. IRF specializes in energy and making it more efficient for a vast variety of products. Computers may change, networks may evolve, but one thing that all components will always need is energy. This is where IRF comes in.
I look forward to our discussions.

I also saw SEVU's press release in the INVESTORS BUSINESS DAILY.
I sent an email to the general info request at AMEX about how long, on average, that it takes to get listed. I sent it two weeks ago. Still no reply.
Can anyone give a general estimate?
Interesting numbers:
I'm sure many of you are like me, in the fact that owning 100 shares of SEVU just wouldn't cut it, so we bought as much as we could. To the tune of 1,600.
This is interesting. Simply guestimates, of course.
Float: 4,000,000 shares
Avg. # per investor: 2,000 shares
Number of investors: 2,000 investors
I'm sure though that there is far fewer than 2,000 SEVU investors. Which is great if you ask me. As soon as the other 50,000 investors who want to pick this up on the AMEX, they'll have to get them from us.
Byeohteque
About the trading volume:
Yes, the volume today is very low. But one very good thing to note is this: at least there aren't a lot of sellers. No one is wanting to dump a chunck of thier holdings. Many of us have bought in and are holding. Big volume isn't always good. All in all, I'm just pleased there isn't a lot of sellers.

FYI, SEVU was mentioned in the May issue of Technology Investor Magazine. Today during lunch I was thumbing through some past issues and was pleasantly surprised by the decent write up on SEVU. That gives me more confidence. This company isn't messing around.
Folks, complain all you want, but here's the cold hard facts. Amex or no Amex. SEVU has a product and they are selling the product. I have absolutely no doubts that this stock will fullfill my expectations. I will continue to collect more shares at this discounted price.
There has been enough discussion on SEVU on both boards (RB and this one). The facts are out. They have a very proactive leader, with a product that will land in many home improvement stores. So if all you whiners complain about every single PR and how "misleading" they are...and this keeps you from buying the stock, then quit reading the press releases and quit wasting your time. SEVU is a $9.00 stock. Really folks, when we do hit the AMEX and hit Home Depot...how long do you think we'll stay at $9.00 ? I can read it now. SEVU hits $50 per share and the whiners are still going to be complaining that the PR's are misleading. FG, Bull, I'll see you at the top...(and I'll continue to buy more shares).
