I have sold out all of my SEVU stock, and I am litteraly sick to my stomach. I can't believe I fell for it. I can't believe I was so very stupid. This was a very expensive lesson to learn. The A@P report, was obviously very well done and researched. These "loop holes" that Francois says exist are too many to count. Absolutely unbelievable.

I have to agree with CVIEW.

So many respected posters on this board kept saying "soon, very soon", maybe I weighed those opinions into my investment decision more than I should have.

..but the talk on the town is that the shorters are having their day and covering. Are there more people (normal joe schmoe's like us) selling than shorters covering, apperently this has to be the case. MORE people are selling PERIOD. Even if the shorts are covering. I hope Tonyeight isn't right, (Tony you have a good question) I hope the shorts are NOT able to cover much down here, because I would love to get a short squeeze on the way up.

I'm sure most who bought SEVU are in for the long haul. So many people post that they are buying more on the way down, even myself. Yet obviously Sellers outnumber us.

Not for much longer. I can hear the AMEX train coming.

Can somebody explain to me how the stock can go down with such huge volume supposedly being attributed to short covering? Short covering is "buying", and if there are more buyers than sellers the stock rises. Fundemental folks. If the market makers are marching this down, who are they buying from? Themselves? That I don't understand.

Again, I believe SEVU will make a hell of a lot of money. Which clutches my fist tightly around my shares. I have added to my position on the way down.

The fact remains, the OTC-BB isn't doing the true "investors" a bit of good. I truly hope Mr. McBride is working diligently to put us on the AMEX as soon as possible. EVERYONE knows the importance of this move. Minimal stock manipulation, better spreads, and true indicitive inside markets, and a more efficient market as a whole await our arrival on AMEX.

If any one has contact with Mr. McBride, beg him to hurry. I know its not appealing, but begging sometimes works. LOL

We have experienced very uncharacteristic volume lately. Something is happening. You don't go from 30,000 shares per day to 100,000 shares per day on no news. It could be that the MM's are stocking up before a big announcement.

Realisticly, who is selling? I, for one am not, and will not. I believe in the products and refuse to take a loss on SEVU. I'm frustrated with the AMEX delay, but will continue to hold strong.

I ask who is selling, because, I'm sure I'm like most others. You bought this for its potential, so why sell?

Diverdan, my thoughts exactly, as we continually wait. SEVU can sell 90 katrillion dollars with Korean, Turkish, and even the Kamchatkan military, and it won't do a bit of good until we are on the AMEX. All news, any news, is essentially worthless, until we are on the AMEX. As far as I'm concerned, they need not worry about releasing anymore press releases until the AMEX news. There are 12 trading days left this year. Will AMEX come before those 12 days are over?

You are correct. On the larger exchanges, your broker must be able to acquire the needed shares in thier inventory or from a network of brokers they are associated with. As you may noticed, or will notice in the future, with some thinly traded issues, the brokers may not have the shares available to short and will decline the order. I had this happen to me with RKY recently through my broker, Scottrade.com.

This spread is large, and I haven't seen a different inside market other than 5 X 5 in weeks, if not months. I have seen SEVU with a larger spread though, sometimes 3/4 of a point to an entire point. A true sign of the need of a more efficient market.

I think SEVU should stop releasing good news. The stock goes down with good news. Maybe they should release bad news, then it will jump up 10 pts.

He mentioned how he knows enough people with SEVU shares that could equal around 1% of the float. How many of us can say that? I'm willing to bet several of us can say the same thing. Which begs a larger thought, most of us are holding out for AMEX and a possible split. Added, when this hits the AMEX, how many of us are going to double our position instantly due to marginablility of the stock? So then 1% turns to 2%. This could quickly jack the price beyond what we all could imagine.

Speaking on AMEX is more than necessary. Now I'm more convinced that next year is more than likely. Why? Because he's going to be "working totally on the goal of moving to the American Stock Exchange..". This tells me that calls need to be made, return calls need to be made, and dates need to be set. They're not just going to say "OK, how does next week look on your calendar?" They may say something like "How does next month look on your calendar?"

Staying on the OTC-BB is an absolute joke. The market is screaming up and SEVU barely gets out of bed. AMEX isn't something that would be nice to have. AMEX acceptance is an absolute must. Until we get put on the AMEX, we are going to continually "compete" against the market makers, and not other investors. "Investing" is a term you can't use with confidence on the OTC-BB. You can't tell me that there are more SEVU sellers than buyers today.

What a joke. If AMEX doesn't happen soon, as in 1-2 weeks. An PUBLIC and PROPER explanation is DUE.

Amex Guess Analysis:

51% of the voters believe that AMEX will be announced this year.

41% of the voters believe that AMEX will be announced next year.

Essentially, what this tells me is that nearly half of the investors in SEVU don't have confidence in an AMEX Christmas. I believe this is due to lack of evidence to the contrary. It may also be due to the fact that half of SEVU investors are impatient.

After all beaucracy favors a long and drawn out process.
