You really need to stop making acqusations about things you have no Idea about you need board aproval to sell a public company? YES and Sam did not get it. 2. You need to at least be an officer of that company Sam was not at the time he represented MAC1 as a company for sale. He was asked to resign May 27 ,2009 and he did just that. Miracle Applications is still the primary company that acquired MAC1 despite what sam may have written whether he did not understand about how a merger workeed or whether he was trying to possable scam investors I don't know. But I will tell you that Miracle is NOT a shell company and has sales and is a functioning business. As well they are the public company and it has not been sold , so please MR. OTC_Guru stop leading others to think that Miracle Applications and Mac 1 is a shell company and that is owned by someone else when it is not been sold and will not be sold as far as I know. I was told Mr. Abecassis released the press about the merger of MAC 1 IND as to where he wrote MAC 1 Acquired Miracle Applications Corp. That is wrong. I was told that he wrote the press release wrong and never corrected it. Mr. Abecassis was compensated 50 million shares for MAC 1 IND and was acquired by Miracle Applications. This is what I heard a current director.I also was offered a copy of the cert he received for MAC 1.The company from what I understand will be clairifing this in an up coming release. IMO

I feel the company has a good long term outlook as they will be putting out news that bring added value to them. If you are holding I guess your losing money as well ? and if your not holding stock why are you even messaging the board?

MAC 1 Ind is owned by another public company and when the board of MIRA.PK through Sam Abecassis out, he decided he was going to act as if he was still a principle of MAC1 IND and cut a deal with another public company. He is riding on a fine line of going back to Jail.

I spoke with Hope CEO of MIRA VIA email and she mentioned in her email that Sam was let go for his legal issues. Besides that she is very enthusiastic about MIRA and it's future success. She told me that Sam Abecassis and Jeff Galpern are not involved with the company other then them having shares in the company that are all subjected to rule 144. They each own over 20% of the I/O, as I do agree that Sam has strung me along to believe all the crap he told me. I am glad that the New CEO is a bit more methodical and will not give me any info on what the company is doing or what there future plans are. I think she is going to make this work out for all of the shareholders.

Van, I far as I know I spoke to Bill at IACH and he infact did mention that they were not going to close any deal with Mac 1 Ind as he was not aware of the fact that MAC 1 Ind was owned by MIRA. He now sees that when Mr. Abecassis resigned and a new officer was oppointed that Sam Abecassis was misrepresenting himself as still being the owner of MAC 1 Ind. He is fully aware as of today that this Abecassis is not an officer nor director and was not able to make the call to merge Mac 1 Ind. The sale would have to be made from MIRA to IACH.

I smell FRAUD... MIRA.PK is filing an injunction against Information Architects Corp. as well as Mr Samual Abecassis who in May was arrested for fraud and identity theft which he is out on bail. This guy I guess does not care about what the words Follow the law means LOLOL0 . Miracle Applications has the letters of resignation and appointment of the new CEO of MAC1 IND. Copies can be presented if needed.
