This company is run by a liar and conman. Bill is doing business with a man who has a record that is a mile long and bill has found himself a partner in crime. Why would any investor want to be involved with this company. Nothing good is happening with in the company. Bill just wants to get money no matter what the consequences are. Abecassis was paid for MAC 1 by MIRA.PK 50,000,000 shares plus a 2.5 million share sign on bonus for him being CEO of MIRA. Look at MIRA news and you will see what the true story is as Bill and Sam are misleading shareholders into a scam. Mr Abecassis is tring to sell MAC 1 Ind to IACH as he is no longer involved with MIRA and has no interest in the company other then him owning shares in Miracle Applications for the purchase of mac 1. There is no buying as I mentioned because the company's stock price is not in the market. The spead between the Bid and Ask needs to be tightened up a bit, along with some good news releases.

I have read some of the passed releases and Ms Jarazewski has been a board member for almost a year now. I don't think he had to make a call to get her to to become the CEO. But you really have one heck of an imagination.She is a sharehoder of this company as I would think she would like to see this company do well and have all the shareholders make money.Since Mirace Application took over the public Co. They have done nothing to hurt shareholders as I can see. They have not diluted the stock as formally Gobal Triad had done.They have not touted the stock nor tried to promote the stock to mislead any investors. I am surprised that shareholders are bashing this company, when they should be a little more suportive and maybe give a bit of constructive criticism .Mr Galpern is not involved corporately and this seems to be the main topic of discussion. I hope so. It is a great company ,there margins are also great, but they need to get there sales up a bit. I think the company is looking for someone to buy the company. There need for additional funding is essential to the company's future success. IMO

I am very unclear to what you are tring to get accross to us. I don't no much about the company at this point things have been a bit quiet. I do know that Galpern and Abecassis could not be selling stock as they are owners of over 10% of the O/S. The float from what I gather is the same as it was last october at 10,340,000 float. I know that a friend of mine holds 4+ million so the selling I could not even quess where it is coming from.

I really don't have any idea what the company is doing as in financing or what they are doing fundamentally. I am waiting just like evryone else to find out what is on deck. I hope they are able to get things going.

I don't care what Sam Abecassis released . It was false and that was the problems the board was having with Mr. Abecassis and upon his arrest,he on a number of occations do deals and sign contracts with out consulting any one else in the company. Now thats nuts! he was asked to resign and did so on May 29,2009 he agreement was for the purchase of MAC 1 Industies and they were compensated 50 million shares for the company in Miracle Applications common shares.

Now if MAC 1 Acquired Miracle Applications , don't you think there would have been some kind of compensation to Mr Galpern even though does not deserve a dime. He never did anything wrong to hurt investors. I beleave that his motive was to make some money , But I know he would not let investors get hurt. I beleave in all my heart that Galpern has no intentions of ever hurting investors in MIRA !!!! if not all of this nonsense started with Anothy Mellone and his conning ways. I have really not seen that hear. There has been very little cash raised ,the float is tight and it does not look to me as a company that can really expolde one day. It would be nice for share holders or not bashers to stop tring to bring negitivity in to this company if he is in the background looking for companys to venture with.Maybe we will make some cash . Yeah, I think that is correct, but the only issue is if it is done without the proper paper work and back up . You could end up commiting a crime. Doing it and doing it legally are two different things.

The only hope for this stock and for investors is that the group that holds all the shares , work something out with Frohman to buy there stock back. If that does not happen I don't see any value in the short term for investors.IMO The chart say's it all up and down. The group that holds all the stock is wanting out that is way this stock can not stay up.They own the stock at .20

Go to MIRA and there press releases and you'll get most of your questions answered.The only thing that I know is Sam misrepresented the transaction and it's merits when Sam Abecassis released the merger agreement. He stated that MAC1 acquired Miracle Applications, In all actuality it was Miracle Applications that acquired MAC 1 as they paid I think around 50 million shares for MAC 1. If it was the other way around MAC 1 would have had to compensate Miracle Applications for the company which surely did not happen. Any additional info call the company's transfer agent and they will tell you when acquiring a public company they need every doc concerning the reverse merger or acquation that validates the transaction as well as a contract following a possible LOI. Understand? All the steps have been reviewed by the company's attorney's and they are in a good place I hope. The company's Board is clarifing the other releases that were issued by Abecassis to make sure that in fact they were all true and not misleading.I was told that if there was any misleading activity that the company was going to approach the SEC.As of now I hope that Sam goes right where he should be JAIL. He has represented to IACH that he was able to sell MAC 1 and even after IACH was sent a letter of Abecassis resigning they are still talking about acquiring Mac1 . They also will be getting what is coming to them as Karma is a Bioootch. Them knowing that it was an illegal transaction and they are still acting as it is happening. BAD BAD BAD IMO
