I know you are an intelligent person, however how do you come up with these statistics on % of buyers vs sellers. Each trade has a buyer and a seller. If price goes down there is more sellers than buyers and vice versa.. cfgn keeps leaning and hitting and rinse and repeat also cdel. They are controlling the dilution.

6.1 mil of which 1.2 was after hours print of dilution. Average daily now total volume is around 8.9 mil so they are not selling aggressively at the moment.

The good news is that sorc bought tea pot when oil was around 40$ a barrel and now its at 70$ish. Also they are doing modified ugd in teapot. Other than that seems like same old wait and wait.

I wish everyone would understand how this works. It is not the company diluting. The company borrows money from a vulture firm that gets convertible stock that is convertible at any time. They are guaranteed to make a return on investment because they can hit the bid and their price is always far below the bid. This will happen in definitely. They have not ever been able to get a conventional loan even when they had $50 million in revenues and $20 million in receivables they still were not able to get a conventional loan. No one will lend this company money. The dilution will happen forever or until they declare chapter 11
