Congrats on getting the CE removed. That wasn’t easy!! Hoping Passalaqua gets the CE removed on QOIL next.

It’s strange they keep filing these crowdfundings but never raise money through them.

That’s what I am thinking. That OTC markets has it out for leadership. I’m in another Passalaqua custodian play (QOIL). We have been CE for a while now with crowdfundings every year but no other news. It’s wild. Good luck guys….

Passalaqua is also involved in QOIL. Trades at .0001 and merging with a renewable energy company. Filing came out yesterday. I’m watching to see how he does in NDTP. Seems like a good guy and smart.

QOIL filed this SEC filing back in September. Also, the name Joseph Passalaqua appeared in the filing. The same guy involved with the MEPW custodian.

QOIL could go crazy tomorrow with Biden signing the order to banning oil drilling on government land. He is going to announce tomorrow. At least that’s what might be going on. Finding a broker now to buy it is the hard part.
