I joined this message board when the entity was known as Symposium Productions doing business as Symposium Entertainment and it was
then located at 447 Hudson Street, New York, NY 10014. It was and
remains a Florida entity.

I have not been to this Board in a long time. Is there any reason to believe they do any business of any kind here in the United States?

Does anybody know if they have a bank reference?

I had been following this company for a long time but then I sort of let it go, figuring on losing big. I just happened to check this board today and things are looking up from what I can tell. Does anyone actually know whether they have a physical business office of their own, or are they operating out of some other entity's office? I know they were in Connecticut and California, with contacts in Puerto Rico, but I have not followed what ultimately transpired.

I have heard nothing, and frankly I know just about nothing. I follow this entity but not for the purpose of investing.

It is too early for me to have any feelings on this, but I can say, I have followed the company for a long time and this may be the "opening" I have been waiting for. I hope their pet food business endeavors work out well for them, and that the products can gain national acceptance here in the US.

I have not come across any recent discussion about what the company does. Paw4mance is a Canadian company. It has been acquired by Cody Ventures, a Nevada public company and Cody Ventures changed its name in its Nevada registration to Paw4Mance.

My concern is simply this: does Paw4mance sell any product or engage in any business in the United States? Is there any truth to the comment that they have lots of dealers selling their pet food products but they only make enough product to fill orders one at a time as received [and they limit this to Canadian retailers]?.

Why is this a good stock to buy?

Just ones I have judgments against.

To the extent that the principals are doing anything at all as of this time, what address is being used as the company's address? Chicago? Vancouver? Seattle?

My judgment has nothing to do with SEC matters as such and I have no reason or desire to be in touch with the SEC. I just hope that the company does well and has liquid assets and can pay me on my judgment without jeopardizing its own aims and objectives. If the company grows, I have a chance of collecting on my judgment. If the company sinks, my judgment becomes worthless. I can be very patient.
I really have no animosity towards anyone involved with the company.

I thought the company had been at Century City in Los Angeles but it now appears from its website that its address is 9911 W Pico Blvd in Los Angeles. If this is correct, when/why did the company move?

I received this news release via Google and I called the lady whose name appears at the bottom as the contact person. I reached a recording, in a nice female voice, and I asked that she return my call, which she did. We had a very nice chat, and I really do believe that she herself has much faith in the company and in its plan to carry the 3D Network to fruition. She made it clear to me that as of now they do not have any 3D network up and running but she sure is excited about it. I asked her to give my best to Jack Honour and I explained to her near the end of what was indeed a very enjoyable call my "relationship" to the company as a creditor. Happy New Year to all.
