I noticed Scottrade is now allowing internet BUYS for CBAY...

Bid on HPRD just up to .2505 Ask at .26

It was the board of directors that fired Roger, the current CEO was one of 3 that made up the Board of directors.

HPRD starting to show a little life...ASK is up to .25

Would you except the job as CEO of a company and then shell out $800K of your own $$$$ to settle a lawsuit?
That does not make sense to me.

Wowser, it is possible the CEO has moved.

There is an earlier posts where some did a search and found the CEO owned a home in GA that is currently for sale on EBAY for about $500K. It is very possible that now he is the new CEO he moved to where the business is located.

The post contained the link to the ebay site that shows pics of the home and even has the cell# to call with info. I believe this was from last Friday.

I believe these $100M in potential contracts are not a result of Hurricane Dean and are from previous talks with Mexican gov't and their environmental agency.

But think of this, if you are the CEO of a pennyland stock in the triple zero's and you see what is happening now ( and the possible outcome ), one would think there will be some duplication of this play in some other stocks..IMO
