When you escrow your property tax payments, the TAX BILL gets sent directly to the company that services your loan.
Please go to the Clark County Web site:

This lists all 47 Properties that Cal-Bay owns with the MAILING address.
Call the Treasurer and you will LEARN that the mailing address is where the Tax Bill gets mailed to.
So which one is it? Are you a Shareholder or not?

I wouldn't own shares in this company if someone gave them to me. Jeff, I think the sec is hot on his trail as well as the irs. Wouldn't want to see you caught in a halt.

How come I have never seen your posts before. What was your former alias? What is your agenda? I have posted that my agenda is to continue to do additional due diligence to pave the way to recover my loss through litigation. It isn't bashing when you post links to information that the company has failed to release. You just want others to buy so you can sell to them

money, I really don't remember which ones, I didn't mark them down, I just checked all of them.
Now we had a board member check ALL of the Clark County properties and POSTED the findings, only 1 was past due.

I also have my taxes escrowed, and when I go to Cuyahoga County website the address that the tax bill is sent is DIFFERENT than my home address. The tax bill is sent to the servicer. I never see the tax bill in my mailbox.
If you do some DD and look on the Clark County website the TAX BILL is sent DIRECTLY to Cal Bay at the company address.

They have Assets,
the value of the assets less what is owed = net asset value or NAV.
If they were Paid in Full then NAV would equal the FMV.
( If they were paid in full this stock would be in the $1's not sub 0's)
Just because they owe money does not mean they do not have an asset.
Please give me some factual info, the parcel #'s would be appreciated.

I don't have the time to check to see but if all payments on the properties were paid here in October, I think adds strenght to our cause that the new CEO has good intentions.
It is evident that the $$$$ is there to keep payments up on the property which is a good sign.
Again he did not just put up $330K of his own $$$$ and make sure over $30K in taxes were just paid for nothing..IMO

the $47M in asset value and $18M equity position are the properties that ARE NOT in litigation right now.
However ALL of the assets are frozen. I believe an early post by The Real Titan ( Titan excuse me if my memory failed here ) stated that on Oct 15th we would have a judgement on the case regarding the frozen assets.
If the assets are unfrozen= instant $18M in equity for the new CEO!! Just a thought
why would the T/A resign? Did they do something wrong?
The form that was filed with the Nevada SOS is completed, filed and paid for by the T/A. Perhaps the new CEO is not doing business the same way that Pawson was doing business... just some thoughts..
the next form we should see filed with the Nevada SOS is
Certificate of Acceptance of Appointment by Resident Agent, which will name the NEW T/A

I found some research on Mercer. It appears that he owns his own company, The Mercer Group Inc.
The Mercer Group Inc company website contains links to CBAY news, along with a list of other clients. I am not sure when the site was last updated but it states that The Mercer Group Inc owns 10,000,000 convertible Preferred B shares with a 1 year restriction.
