making a nice bounce right now if you got in at .0014-.0016
search SEC filings - they raised shares to 2.5B - I think the filing was back in mid July and the effective date was 20 or 25 days later.... they are a dilution machine right now... print, print, print, print, print, print
they spiked up the PPS in the am to get attention and then backed the trucks up for the big dump

surf -
did you listen to call?
Nice and steady climb, volume increase, more accumulation at higher pps, making for a nice run
would be nice to break $1.00 today - make them shorties sweat!!
there is only 9M in the float, with recent short increase during July, this stock can easily get back up above $1.50 IMO...
I think everyone has been waiting for another fallout or some dreaded headline regarding this bank but I don't see it happening right now. I believe the worst news is out and we continue to trend upward.
SSBX up 16% - currently at .92c today... where is everyone!!!!
maybe $1 today???? this stock still has room to move
VSPC - $750,000 ARMY Contract PR out today
VIASPACE Subsidiary Wins $750,000 Army Contract for Robotic Detection of Chemical Warfare Agents and Explosives
25 minutes ago - Pr Newswire
VIASPACE Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: VSPC) subsidiary Ionfinity has been awarded a $750,000 Phase II contract for its proposal entitled "Advanced Robotic Detection of Chemical Agents, Toxic Industrial Gases, and Improvised Explosive Devices (IED)s for Force Health Protection" submitted to the Army Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Program. This competitively selected two year contract will result in a field demonstration of high sensitivity detection and analysis capability for chemical agents and explosives that threaten US forces. In addition to developing products for the $55 Billion security industry, the new sensor technology is expected to have commercial applications in environmental monitoring, agriculture and medicine.
Ionfinity's contract is to develop a novel chemical agent sensor through a joint collaboration with NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory, Caltech, General Dynamics, Sionex, and Imaginative Technologies. This chemical sensor system consists of a new and powerful detector called a Differential Mobility Spectrometer, a novel "soft-ionization" method that does not fragment or multiply-ionize sampled species, and a micro-gas chromatograph for confirmation and enhanced detection capability. The goal of the effort is to demonstrate a commercialized prototype of an enhanced version of the General Dynamics JUNO(TM) system that is inexpensive, compact, totally integrated and very rugged. The new detection and analysis system can be used to identify chemical & bio-warfare agents, industrial toxic gases, and chemical components of Improvised Explosive Devices in air, water or solids. It is designed to be integrated with unmanned ground vehicles for medical force health protection and combat casualty care missions. This device is targeted to detect chemicals at parts per trillion (ppt) to low parts per billion (ppb) levels within 6 seconds.
Ionfinity Chairman, Chief Operating Officer, and Principal Investigator for this effort, James Weiss, reports, "This new sensor will change the paradigm used for future chemical detection and analysis, making it much more convenient, sensitive, selective and timely."

The one thing I noticed that makes me believe Roger is still the puppet master is from the Nevada SOS
https://esos.state.nv.us/SOSServices/AnonymousAccess/CorpSearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=9cot3v%252bVjk2YD8rebTuo%252bQ%253d%253d
the company was listed as inactive status for a long time as we all no, now if you look the status has changed to : Active as of 7/31/2008
the old officers are gone, Mercer etc... they updated Melinda Rice as President and updated Roger as director with a new address that was not ever listed before
10120 S Eastern Ave
Henderson NV
all my opinion of course -
How about SSBX along with your thoughts... thanks I'm in at .67
same turtle.. his name is Roger Pawson a blood sucking vampire disguised as a turtle... lol
a lousy 100 share trade and 200 share trade to take it down from .85 to .79... someone didnt want to see this close that high
However we still closed higher than yesterday and now have 2 green days in a row
Boardmarks up to 22 now / only 15.4M O/S and the float is 9M
I'm holding
Have a great weekend everyone!!!
large block on bid just moved up from .83 to .84....
come on move it up one more cent and take out the .85's!!!!
could make for a great end of day run and a great week!!!!!
if we could chew down this large ASK for 17K that keeps popping up at .85 would be a nice climb for us....
SSBX -higher highs and lower lows.. nice and steady
this is really building up nicely.. Take a look at the chart for SSBX - its really setting up nicely now
hi surf,
what are your thoughts on HNAB finding a partner?
SSBX over 120K traded already, some large bids showing up big volume this early in the day for this stock... i'm getting excited
Hello Titan, I see CBAY is back in action..
I noticed on the Nevada SOS the actually did finally pay to bring them to an active Status on 7/31/08
I also see our old buddy R. Pawson is now listed as the Director.... be very very careful
Good luck I know for many there is nothing to loose at this point.... heck I might get back in tommorrow
SSBX - one of few financials that is not getting knocked down today... good to see positive movement today.. Also boardmarks up to 20 today!!!
I got in at .67 for a big bounce and some for a long play
SSBX starting to bounce up 19% only 15M O/S and shorted to hell
SSBX starting to bounce up 19% only 15M O/S and shorted to hell
bid is stacking up.... keep your hands and feet inside at all times... enjoy the ride!!!!
Stormy - please no Jinx nothing is a "sure slam dunk" LOL
Nice start to the morning SSBX fans...
we need to start finishing on higher highs and lower lows for some nice MOMO.... .69 low of day for today IMO
Here is a recap from that article -- thanks for DD!!!!
Some very great points listed below
http://www.ericdavid.com/newsletter/mailer/SSBX080608.html
Lets look this situation over:
1: The Banks COO stated Capital positions remains strong.
2: Allowance for loan losses is adequate to support the balance sheet.
3: Allowances for loans losses are adequate to protect against probable losses in the loan portfolio.
4: Enhanced liquidity positions to support customers needs
5: Halted Stock Repurchase plan
6: Halted Bank branch expansion for the next 3 quarters.
7: Bank has $240 Million Dollars in operational Cash
8: Total deposits of 1.7 Billion Dollars and increase of $295 Million Dollars 21.5% from the previous quarter..
Now this is where it really gets interesting, both the Chairman of the Board and CEO resigned at the very same time on the very same day. I love the way this Bank dropped the bomb with these PR’s last Friday and got them out of the way. I feel it was very well orchestrated and that only good things will happen. Let’s face it this Bank is not in trouble of failing in fact from what I have read about Silver State Bank is that they are one of the most conservative Banks in the USA. This stock has been punished for no apparent reason except that they are in a sector that the Market Makers and Short sellers decided to ruin. Oh and by the way, Silver State Bank just this morning issued $10Million dollars in new SBA loans THE SAME AS THE CURRENT MARKET CAP!!!!! Crazy but true
In my personal opinion, I feel that new management will be in the form of another Bank or Financial institution. Should this be the case then the shorts will have no choice but to cover and with 1.25 Million shares short against a 7.4 Million shares float these shares will move higher in the blink of an eye.
In closing, Silver State Bank did not create this oversold situation the market manipulators did. In order to profit from shorting one must buy back the shares shorted. And I feel that many more have shorted this issue since Friday and those are the ones who will get burnt!
Have a good night.

Stormy that would be great news, do you have a link to that article?
Great point before about sub-prime, SSBX's portfolio is sub-prime free, only 15M O/S..... got the making for a nice ride!!!!!
bid moving up.. now at .70 ( 20 ) X .72 ( 55 )
Bid moved up to .68 X .71
hit that ask and lets start this PPS on a nice long upward move
could run like CSK did after hitting bottom
Agree 100% - picked up some at .67
need some MOMO and could have a ABK or IDMC type rebound off 52 week lows
would nice to close above yesterday close of .70
this is not a highly followed stock, just need to get some attention
Great call you guys and gals on ABK.. oversold financial that has rallied like a champ.
what do you think of SSBX - only 15M O/S and got CLOBBERED last week
looks like it can have a ABK or IDMC type rebound IMO
depends on how much interest and volume we get into this stock..
I noticed board marks have moved up!!!now up to 14...
I truly believe this stock is WAY oversold... it would be nice to see a close above .70 from a technical stand point...
it has a wide spread between .66 and .72 at times.. dont worry it has been accumulated down at these levels for the past couple days and some above between .78 - .84
volume is picking up on this one
has the making for a great financial rebound
check out my post on the SSBX board - I didn't know anyone had posted recently and I just added..
nice to see volume increasing
