I mean that by going White they have expanded their revenue stream by anywhere from 3 to 10 fold... and if more people understood that then they would be buying this up a lot quicker then they are ... but thats ok.. Over 4 million sold at 001 and one sell for 790000 goes thru at 15:30 (3:30 for you non military folks) and OTCN drops the ASK... he want to move shares and he wants it to close in Trips it would appear... Most likely Family Man is pushing for it to drop so him and his family of raiders can load up more. 😂😂

Guess today is a good day to be off.. OTCN atop and has dropped the ASK back to .001 from .0011... Still not done it would seem. 😡

I removed my last post... seems like a waste of my time and the boards time to get into a pissing match with someone who is in my view clueless about this stock, the company and most of all the people who have been here for several years... not several weeks like some who seem to have all the answers... Biggest thing to focus on today is if OTCN stays down in the pack... if he does then we are free to move about the air craft once again. Lots on my plate today so good luck everyone, hopefully we have turned the corner... back tomorrow.

Thanks Wolf... a while back I posted ruffly the sane reasons as to why there was no change in the Restricted shares. It was scoffed at by a few here and scam was what the call was. But having been a Board Member on a Pinksheet and. OTCQB  stock I knew it was most likely the reason why there was no change Your post is much more detailed and greatly appreciated 

Now that was a very nice close... and an excellent week... add my last amount of shares today at the 14/15 range... and will just tuck it all away until this hits the big .10 Then start selling some off. Have a great weekend everyone.

Well I will be damned we are finally in one together again... been a while my friend...

Some need to get a history lesson about this company and the stock itself. In November of 2020 Affluence Corp acquired OneMind Technology. They were able to acquire it for practally nothing because there was a Pandemic that was world wide. OMT could not generate any revenue for its then parent company because of the world wide lock down. So Affluence, looking to the future saw an opportunity to move from its then business model to a business model that centered around the IoT. AFFU now owned a company that could not bring in a dime in revenue... and it could not bring in revenue in 2021 either... so in order to keep OneMind afloat until they could begin to generate revenue they needed a way to fund it to keep all of the employees from bolting and going else where.. So they did what we all now know they did...they sold shares... they funded OneMind and paid for it's R&D so it could eventually get to the point where it is today. They must have been doing something right for that year and 4 months they were on lock down because in Nov 2022 Dell signed them on as an Edge Partner. So when anyone looks at this company today they should only be looking at it thru a lens that has a start date of 11/2022. Revenue began in 2023 and continued up until the Merger debacle with Durham Black...then the company was once again put on hold as the NDA did not allow them to talk to anyone about the merger ..the merger was held up because Patrick Shutt could not fund it.. and 10 months after the initial announcement that there would be a merger the merger was unwound. So looking at OneMind... came into existence as a public company in 2020... could not operate and generate revenue due to the Pandemic strong hold then... Came out of the Pandemic in 11/22 and joined forces with Dell... went back into a shut down due to some very poor agreement by the company when merging with Durham Black... 10 months later merger was unwound...then in Oct the 2020 notes were due and dilution started in Oct of 2024.. then Control of the company was passed on the Michael Balkin and we are now all awaiting word on WTF they plan on doing with all of this... Jim has screwed up many things...but he also had no choice in how he financed the purchase of what someday will be a major player in the IoT, Smart City and AI world...

The deal with Dell was put out in a PR when it happened...

Thank you... and I realized what you were doing and am glad you put that up...There are far to many here that half ass read posts and then jump to the conclusion that they have it all figured out... when there is a mistake made, like the one I made, correcting it is always the best thing to do. Right the PR clearly states they are looking to form a partnership... I said they had a partnership... so as I said I was not clear in my post... at some point we may or may not get news that this partnership has been formed.

If you are not familiar with White Labeling... its very close to what Private Label is.... They will be extending their revenue base by allowing a White labeling, which gives them more control over their products then what Private Labeling does...

The problem we have with this stock and this company and its management is they do not do Forward Looking PR...they only do confirmed information PR's. I have been here close to three years... A while back I posted that in that time they have averaged 11 PR a year.. and of those 11 four of them are for when the Financials are filed... so basically they do 7 PR... when something significant actually happens the PR it... The MOU with MTi was a signed agreement and they put the PR out... the New Board of Directors that were brought on and was a PR... but until something like a contract is actually signed and is in the working stage they dont put out information...

Now as far as I am concerned that is wrong, but its who they are... if you invest here and are waiting for the Big Breaking news, in which all of their connections with Dell, Orange Business, MTi, Global Hitts hit it big...then you are going to need to be patient. When the LOI with Digibriks is completed they will announce it...if there is a, Note I said IF, there is a merger of any type they will announce it... but unlike almost all of the Pinksheet stocks that many of us invest in here on the OTC...the ones that put our PR after PR and those PR's say nothing and are used to move the PPS of their stock... AFFU does not do that... they are to a fault the complete opposite.

A prime example is this... a month ago OneMindNG attended an Expo in Barcelona Spain, where they are head quartered, we were told a update of that 3 day expo would be forthcoming... what we got was the press release of the MOU OneMindNG and MTi signed... and that was all. We were all expecting news of contracts or possible contracts something that was a bit more juicy and would move the needle. When asked why there was not more the response was. The only thing that come from there that is completed... Note COMPLETED... was the MOU... if there is more news when its officially completed they will announce it.

That is their transparent system... everyone, myself included hates it.. but you either accept it or you move on because these people are not going to change how they operate. What is happening now, In My Opinion, is a clean out.. OTCN is cleaning out all of the notes and and convertible debt... once done the new BOD and the person running the company now, Michael Balkin will tell us where they are taking this company and how they intend to get us there. My hope is, since in the five years that Affluence has been in business, they have never done a RS...I am putting my faith in what ever direction he is going to go, it will move this up and there wont be a need for a RS... if it happens there wont be a damn thing I or anyone else can do about it... I just dont think it will I am old I worry about waking up tomorrow, not about what this stick will or wont do..and I own a shit pile of it... its for my grandkids anyway so they wont know if it succeeds or tanks for a long time anyway.. Thanks Janet, always welcome you links and the great DD you provide.... this is a gam in the making, thats for sure.

Most of the retail that is buying this have been here for a long time...long being 3, 4 or more weeks... everyone knows that OTCN is the leader of the pack on this selling of shares... Well it has been discussed on this board... if there is ZERO volume then who ever is dumping will figure it out and simple say fuck it, once this get moved out of this level I can come back and sell on the movement of the stock upwards... thats why I have stopped buying..thats why OS and a few others have stopped... buying a 0009 thru .0011 is not going to get us anywhere... so its a choice some are making.

Agree... its very disheartening for many who have been trading at this level for a long time... Spin off and buy back would be a 25 to 50 percent jump within the first hour... I get that this is the worst trading time of the year as well... but really this is massive news for a stock one click above trips.

When all is said and done I am going with the information we have...not the What Ifs and the Maybe's that could come from mixing the past with the present

Fact, in the PR that announced the Merger with Durham Black was unwound James stated they were looking at company's to bring into Affluence still and that 2025 would be a good year for the company.

Fact, James stated that when the merger with Durham Black was put together it was Durham Black who did the LOI to bring Contrivian into the company on the assumption that the merger would go thru. He did not at anytime mention the other three LOI that were announced by Affluence... Those three were being brought in by James and the old board of directors.

Fact, Digibriks was announced by Affluence as being created once the merger was completed. And once created would hold OneMindNG, as well as the 3 LOI that were announced. Contrivian would be a stand alone subsidiary of Affluence and would NOT be a part of the Digibriks subsidiary

Fact, The Q three clearly states that Affluence has issued an LOI for Digibriks... Which is now A software and service company located in Barcelona Spain Its impoetant to note that when James announced when the LOI for the three companys was completed they would, along with OneMind be moved INTO a new subsidiary called Digibriks. Those three were going to make up Didigriks...now the LOI in Q 3 clearly states that Digibriks is now a Software and Service company. So it went from BEING CREATD... to a now functioning company in the software and service sector.

Fact James stated that the OTC with held the ability of Affluence to update the Company Profile until the issue of Control was completed, so the listing of the two new Board of Directors was held up until just prior to Thanksgiving when both of them were listed as Independent Board Members. This was an indicator that control had moved from James Honan, and the previous Board of Directors to the two newly added Board of Directors... what we dont know is how that control is set up. Is Michael Balkin solely in control or does he share control with William Gonyer... my money is on Michael having sole control of Affluence

Fact, OneMind and MTi completed an MOU to works together on projects that fit both of their expertise.

Now if we take all of the facts and mix them up pour them into a bowl and bake for 60 days what comes out of the oven is this.
The Q 3 repost states that the LOI for Digibriks was done on Oct 14.... standard LOI require 45 to 60 days to be completed... 60 days puts us around the 14th of December. The September press release announcing the merger having been unwound states that Affluence as a strong pipeline of potential acquisitions.

At some point before the end of this year we will find out who is in that pipeline and that, IMO, they will be put into the completed LOI for Digibriks along with OneMindNG. Once completed, Digibriks will continue to work along side of MTi, Dell Technology, Orange Business, Global Hitts and other future partners in the IoT, Smart City, Medical and other sectors where this combined assortment of AI services will thrive. The links below will verify all of the stated facts. There is nothing in Affluence future that will include Durham Black, Patrick Shutt or Contrivian those three were part of what was going to be, but no longer will be. MTi will work along side of the new acquisitions, OneMindNG and they will Digibriks, Any other future acquisitions Affluence may make will also be puts into Digibriks as well

All of this is just my opinion and until someone or something comes along and shows me something else I am sticking with it. There is not really much any of us can do other then wait...wait for OTCN to be done and the company to get its act together and inform shareholders if this idea is what is going on or if there is something else happening... but they need to do it and do it soon
