As disclosed in its Report on Form 6-K filed with the SEC on August 4, 2023, the Company appointed Jianjun Gao, Ph.D. as a new independent director on August 2, 2023. As disclosed in its Report on Form 6-K filed with the SEC on October 5, 2023, the Company appointed Jing Chen and Zhixiang Gao as additional independent directors on October 2, 2023.
